    Hello, maybe someone can help me further, I am looking for a guide to the timing belt change for an Alfa 147 1,9 jtd 8V. I have already searched everything here and unfortunately find no good post where not immediately will be deviated from the topic.     Hello, I noticed today that with my Alfa 156 2.5 V6 the headlight cleaning system of the xenon headlights does not work.   • MKL lights up and on ABS every now and then

    Good day dear community, need your expertise because I am only layman. Engine control light is on and rarely it shows errors in the board computer in the VDC. ABS it almost always shows up and therefore I had it read out twice. In the first workshop the reading took good 15 minutes and he spit out a total of 22 errors and in the second workshop only 6 errors. Amongst them was: ABS sensor faulty front left – is on the shopping ticket – exactly which one I don’t know, because they somehow want to know about it, I have no idea. I think ignition errors or failure with the cylinder 3.5 and 6 – thought of new spark plugs – Brisk tuning spark plugs are in the in-cook car. On the display in the cockpit I also don’t know if I can trust the 90 KM country road and city/village and it shows me only about: 75 degrees to? I thought of coolant temperature sensor – but where is the exactly ? Thermostat ? Have seen, but there is ESP on it, so KMT sensor with ESP probably knar and it shows me about 2.5, but it’s quiet for me.

  • Hitting the landing gear while driving

    Hu people, I have next problem again. My Alfa 147 JTD 115 PS 1.9 Bj.2004 ,5 door, has low-laying spring by 30 mm lower. Until last time everything was ok, for a week hit on right rear side when I drive on impact holes or road canals, I notice then that is not normal because before was not the case. After my check the spring are completely and nothing is broken as far as the spring leg and also the spring bearing above is also ok. After my measurement on straight level with the customs stick it clearly shows that the right back side where I feel the strike is 1 cm lower than the rear left side. My question now: is the shock absorber in the bucket? My colleague has made the car up and also notices that the hand brake (fixed parking brakes) on right side is too tight d.h.with pulled out Hanbrake the wheel can move hard behind only right side , left side dret, with pulled hand brake, the wheel is fixed again the left side has to start with the left hand brake.

  • 2.0jtdm oil pressure faulty!?

    Hi people got started again again. I hope you can help me a little bit?! since 2 days there was always a short error message from the engine? to the first thing? to the first thing I had to do about 3 days ago I changed the engine oil and it was not too short! At my old ford it always went to the last drop everything out.Well, since I had about 6liter oil there I started 3liter and started a short run and then I changed the filter and wanted to let it down the screw was really impossible! Of course I would have been upset with a lot of power but didn’t want to destroy it again and so I would like to get back the oil from 3l as before and felt again new oil (Aral high tronic J 5w30 c) to the next one more times.

    Hello, I have the following problem with my 156 1,9JTD 16V and need your help. at approx. 3000 u/min comes the engine control light and the car has NO power more. Stop off, restart, the error is gone until it occurs again at approx. 3000 u/min. Whereby the error does not always occur. Just sporadically but if then read out at approx. 3000 u/min. I, as a simple and ignorant proud owner of an Alfa Romeo 147 – 1.6 TS – year 2003 have the following problem at present: I bought the car in 2006 and according to the previous owner, were installed in the purchase special suspension springs of Eibach i. V. with an LED turn signal strip. Both are also registered in the registration certificate. Now I would like to upgrade the car to standard springs for comfort reasons and have the additional LED turn signal bars removed. Furthermore, I noticed that the minimum distance of 11 cm between the road cover and fixed coros series parts (it is about two screws) in the front area of the car is no longer complied with. Could there be problems with the height of the factory front turn signals with the return with the serial springs? These are already very deep installed or can I not with the installation of serial springs the demanded height of 35 cm (distance road cover to the factory turn signal) again with the back construction with serial springs? It asks me if the front turn signal was not too deep.
