Hi, I’ve been using the 147er as 2 liters since 2 weeks now, now after approx. 1000 km I have found an oil consumption of approx. 0.3 liters, which in itself should not be dramatic since the workshop master told me that up to 0.5 liters are ok on 2000 km. my actual question is, why does this engine actually consume oil? where with other engines sometimes garkein consumption can be detected. is the engine designed so that oil is inevitably consumed, or why is it? toni

I saw the GT on the last IAA and wanted to order it immediately, but since no warranty was available after the second year and more than 150K KM, I left my hands on it. Since the guarantee should be given now, nothing like to configure the Haendler and “my new car”. The seller tells me that there is actually no sliding roof for the GT…. Hi! I just had a big problem. Yesterday I drove from Hesse to Bremen. On a distance of approx. 200 km always nice with 170-190 km/h (more do not give the winter tires). The car ran wonderfully. When I arrived here and wanted to drive again after 2 hours the car jerked without end, because of ignition oscillations. How can this come at once? Before was absolutely nothing. 2 hours later everything was broken. Today is also a holiday. The candles have only been gone since 15,000 km. With a maintenance interval of 100,000 km, they can’t be broken yet, can they?????????? After the fast drive I moved the car at 120 km/h due to speed limitation in front of the Bremer Kreuz. Then 5 minutes of city traffic and then shut off. So the engine was not turned off hot, if someone looks at this as a cause of error. The control lights are all off, from there I can also say nothing. What should I do now? Tomorrow morning I have to go to Dortmund and In the meantime I have already bought the car. Hello, I drove today the 159SW with the 2.4L diesel machine. Subjectively the car felt more after 140hp, like 200hp. What I noticed: – engine runs very restless and rough – starting weakness, missing punch (compared to the TDIs) – consumption seems too high – pull-through, to keep up with an A4 TDI, one must already switch strongly. Hello! I bought my “new” car today. A 156, built 01/2000 with 2.0 TS, 155 HP, wooden equipment and the usual gimmiks (to be called: rest is (I believe) series) 135,000 km, light blue metallic. The attached picture is not that of my car, but mine looks the same. Unfortunately, it will only be registered Monday, tomorrow the TÜV will be made new, after that is not enough time to get to the registration office in time. So this will be a bad weekend… I’m going to have to get rid of it, but I think it’s a little something and then it can run hard.
