  • Alfa 147 Quality problems ?

Hi fans, I love to buy a 147 JTD 115PS as a used one with max 15000 Km. Are there any problems with reliability with 147? What about the processing? Can you screw the license plate directly to the bumper without this huge “adapter”? The father of a friend of mine also has 147 with control buttons for the radio on the steering wheel. With these buttons the corners are already peeled through after 40000Km and the red ginter floor lighting shimmers! normal? Hope that’s not the case with you, because I would like to have a mopf 147 because it is not as boring and overpriced as a golf πŸ™‚ and the 115 PS Maschiae in the match to the 77Kw Tdi in the golf should go off super. Please give me a couple of little comments about the 147er so that I know better about this car. I am still a little unsure at the moment because my parents never had a foreigner and then you always shy away a little something in the beginning. I don’t want it to be said afterwards: see if you’d gotten a golf, then you wouldn’t have these problems now! MFG l-j

  • Wants to buy me a 156 1.6.

Hello dear Alfaristi, I’ve been looking for a newer car and a better quality one for some time now. so finally I want to get away from opel. πŸ˜€ so, that’s where 156 jumped out of my mind, now I know about alfa garnix and I don’t know what those so for “diseases” contain. for this reason I would like to ask a few questions: 1. how is the processing from A to Z? so from the interior equipment up to the split dimensions? 2. what does the said 1.6 he consume so in the 3. which price range for the engine are ok? so build year from 1996 to 1999? km stood up to 100,000km. 4. what is special to pay attention to when buying? 5. what is there with the model everything for extra ́s that you could possibly retrofit? (so what like BC, el FH x 4 and so) 6. what are the acceleration values? (can hardly imagine anything under it with a 1.6 with 120 ps. πŸ˜€ thank you already in advance. greetings

  • Alfa Romeo GTV 3.0 24V

Hello Together, I am very interested in the GTV and would like to ask a few questions: 1. Does the 3.0 GTV go better than a Golf 3 VR6? 2. Can I sit properly in the car with 191cm height? 3. What do I have to consider when buying used cars? Does the GTV have special weak points and how reliable is it? I thank you for every answer!

  • Brera Diesel

I’m playing with the idea of buying a Brera Diesel (5-cylinder, 2.4 l with 200 hp). I’ve never driven a front-wheeler before and can’t really imagine that you can drive with such a motor in motion without the traction control intervening every time. In the context of four-wheel drive, there’s always only talk of gasoline-top motorization. Does anyone have experience with a powerful diesel and front-wheel drive?

  • 156 Sw Recommended retail price

Hello I finally got n new used car in front of me at the beginning of next year. Have taken the Alfa 156 sw into my mind. As diesel. Whether the 2,4jtd or the 1,9jtd I still know exactly. Is ultimately a question of the tax and consumption. What is the consumption net so much higher. My questions: -What engine has the longer durability with good care? 4 or 5 cylinders? -Do you get about 8000 eurons what is cut from year 2000 and so about the 100000km? I have about 10 000 E uro is available and wants 2000 Euro for event. Repairs should be put aside… -Supply coupling should also have. Is the problem-free retrofitting possible? -Leather and seat heating are mandatory – How are the speakers installed? In the doors or hat rack? or both? -Shop purchase advisable? MfG Matze

  • So that’s how long a JTD lasts

Hello people, have already written about my 146 1,9JTD. This has now nearly 215,000 Km down. Yesterday was with my dealer, since the car spreads about 2L oil on 500Km. In other words, if I fill oil up to max, I arrive max 500Km – then the oil pressure indicator goes on in curves. Okay, so far so good. I always thought it would be on the turbocharger that he got bearing game and the oil burns with the supply air. That’s not (unfortunately) so! With me the piston rings are worn – and that with a modern engine already at ~ 200.000Km. I had until recently always the high-quality Castrol oil for diesel in it, as well as I made an oil change every 15,000 km. Car drives almost exclusively highway with moderate driving mode (between 120 and 160Km/h) and now that!! Well, since my car is still good in the SChuss and I have changed almost everything on wear parts, I will now have my engine repaired, or use a, if cheaper, replacement engine. Achja, a wear of the piston rings you notice, if one pulls out the oil column in the running engine and meets one there the whole oil vapor or real pressure. I ́m curious what this should cost again – plan times 4000 EUR one! Nevertheless sad sad !!!

  • Alfa NEWLING ! 156 buy – no problem ??

Hello dear Alfa municipality. I have driven from Austria and never Alfa my first question: could have a company car from a company fleet: 156 2,4JTD sportswagon Alfarot 09/2001 44tkm, 140hp, leather, wood, SR, WR, climate control, seat heating front, RAdio/CD, el. roof, is allegedly in Γ– with over 17,000 eur in the list. I get it for 12,500,- – what do you mean ? My concerns: * the color – is beautiful, but does it affect the resale negative ? * Space offer i bi n 1,87 – would have to adjust the seat rails – supposedly it works. But then the seating offer behind me is absolutely bad – is nevertheless in the original condition already a joke – or am I there pingy ? Had up to now only BMW 5s and 7s – there was of course more space . But at least the kids should be able to sit normal – or ? What are your experiences with it ? ? WORRY TO NEVER NOTE ? IS THE ZAHNRIEM A THEMA ??? Thank you for your inputs !!! Willy

  • Who advises to buy a Spider?

Hi, the Alfa Romeo Spider has been one of my three absolute favourite cars for a long time. As it is probably time for a new convertible/roadster in the spring, I might love buying my dream! I have a Spider with year between 1996-1999, max. 100tkm, leather equipment and price up to max. 9.000,- €. I don’t care about color, but my favourites are: – grey – black – red I’m relatively open, but 150 hp should be min . offer, so it starts at the 2.0l TSpark. To a friend belongs the tuner model of the 156 of Prell with 3.5 l machine and fabulous 280 HP! The part is simply in the point of power and sound fabulous! *lechz* Unfortunately also the consumption of min. 16 Super! I would like to treat myself to a model between 2-3l displacement! Now we come to my actual question: Up to now everyone advised me not to buy an Alfa Romeo, the usual clichΓ© of “ital. Beauty with many breakdowns” was the standard -Can you confirm that? Of course I don’t want to laugh at a car that is always defective! Can you sing a song about it with my former Opel Tigra! Which model with which motorization would you recommend to me as a tip? It should be reliable above all! Don’t hit, but can you say that at Alfa at all? What weaknesses does the Spider have? Or should I rather buy a GTV? Does this model have fewer weak points? As I said about d he optics, the sound and the motors we do not need to discuss, these points are undisputed with me at the brand Alfa Romeo!!! *Lob*

  • Yeah, I want to…

Hello dear forum! I have been working in completely different corners than here, but now I want to separate myself from my E-Class and have heart racing as standard πŸ˜‰ Before I get an Alfa, I would like to have a few questions, namely, are the engines of Alfa strong or rather something for the cozy way cruisen? My consideration went towards GTV 3.0 V6 24 V. Do you have some information about this? Is there anything that should stop me from taking an Alfa? apart from any problems that are especially highlighted at Alfa, but which every other car also has? Would I really be happy about themed comments so that I don’t experience a revelation again like with Mercedes. THX already in advance. mfG
