Hej, hej, I’m new here as a member, but before I bought my really nice and especially comfortable 9 5 from 10/ 2006 with 1,9 TiD 150 hp, green badge and 100000 km 6 months ago all the relevant information for me could pull out of here. Thanks for that first. So it was important for me to buy among other things that the typical weak point of this engine (droll valve ) was changed in August 09 still on guarantee. So far, so good. Until then I thought that I by the way, I could live very well with an Opel engine – but when I had to replace an injection nozzle last week, it was rather unpleasant for me to know that certain sealing rings did not have to be ordered from Opel, but from FIAT (! ). How for heaven’s sake it came to this symbiosis. Because who reads car newspapers fairly regularly, knows that Fiat invented the common rail technology, but otherwise with no brand (Fiat, A) lfa Romeo, Lancia ) is not characterized by special quality, nor by longevity. (It’s worth noting that the Xenon headlights themselves have kept their level and not lowered…) After various researches in swed.- and English-speaking forums, I came up with the following tip: Apparently it’s almost always the front sensor, the mucken (Sits at the front right of the auxiliary frame, good to see when you swing the wheel to the right.) Something grease the turning points and maintain the plug with WD40. Done. (New price otherwise probably around 80 Euro) Works again 1a. I suspect that lifting on the lifting platform was causal. With my Saab 9-5 2.0t Prins LPG, the cold start has been a bit difficult for some time now. It’s supposed to be 6-7 times until it starts. So far, I assumed that after a Prins SW update it would inject a little bit more gas after it was parked and issued. This gas leads to it being too fat and turning longer when it starts cold. Now it’s the case that I changed the battery two weeks ago – this lasted about two weeks. After that 600 KM of motorway and highway drove and once again about 50 KM through the city. I noticed since change that he occasionally takes a bit of bad gas after starting. If he switched to LPG it was no problem any more. Yesterday he just went out shortly after switching off at the traffic lights. I set the gas system a quarter of a year ago by a real professional. .. so I don’t know any more. At that time the car pulled false air and went out constantly .. in the error memory was nothing. Time to say Goodbye in the 900/9-3 forum! From now on I also belong here, in the 9-5 forum! After 2 1/2 (problemless!) 900 years my wife and I decided to enlarge ourselves by car! My wife first wanted to buy a Volvo (which I was not necessarily averse to at first). We did a test drive with a V50 and were quite disappointed, the Volvo fans like to forgive me! The dashboard is a single large plastic landscape u I found the engine (2.4 ltr., 140 hp, automatic) subjectively rather weak. At first the Volvo man did not want to pay my 900, and then at an absolutely ridiculous price. So I persuaded my wife to stop by the Saab dealer again… And there he was: 9-5 Kombi 2.0t Linear silbermet, EZ 2004, Xenon, PDC, seat heating, only 60tkm run with beautiful 17 inch Saab-Alus. Once put in and immediately felt comfortable! The typical Saab feeling eb After a test drive we were both (!) totally enthusiastic. The price also voted (both for the new one and for the payment), so we hit. Since yesterday evening the good piece is in the underground garage! Just rides great, I find the chassis much more harmonious as in the 900s, everything goes so wonderful “soft”, only the new dimensions you have to get used to. When driving my 9-5 Aero (e.g. when parking from a parking space when driving heavily) I noticed a strange metalic crack sound. During the ride there is nothing to hear about it, but from the stand it is noticeable. Otherwise I do not notice any abnormalities when driving/driving, it is now naturally noticeable when driving with an open window…. Do you have this with your 9-5 too or my black devil has a problem( little)…because otherwise everything is dazzling…?
