  • V E R K A U F T !!!

V E R K A U F T ! ! ! Despite all “well meant” so-called advice from the motor talk forum it is sold. The 3.0 TiD Vector Kombi ! For EUR 11.000.- ! Better the coal on the table than other rep. costs in view and an extremely unsatisfactory calculation of the supposed GM premium brand Saab ! I wish all Saab diesel drivers a lot of fun with your cars, respectively their engines and as many, damage-free Kilmeters as possible ! – different from various forum answers, exception “Luxi” ! You get each other’s bags full here, what kind of shit you drive, and if you, or I want to sell the car, you get the advice not to offer it through the forum… ? Where am/was I here ? Why are you here ? It’s only about 3,0TiD “Council and Action” ! Otherwise nothing ! Say goodbye to me in the BMW X3 3,0d category

  • Crack in the exhaust manifold

Hello experts, have now given my Aero, year 2007, 193,000 km, a new steering chain. The (competent) master of the workshop said, the chain tensioner still had 4 grid reserve, but it would be the right time before the gears and chain guides were damaged. The unsightly valve cover was also painted immediately. Looks just great now and the new chain makes me feel good !! On occasion a 30 mm long crack in the crack at Zyl iner 4 detected and immediately professionally welded. If cracks occur more frequently with the Aero engines ? Your experience with it (if there are such ones ) would interest me very much. Greeting Julefreund

  • History of my 9-5er

Hello together I have been reading this forum for almost a year now, and I have to say that I like it. I now thought that I would also register and tell you the story of my Monday Saabs: On January 5th 2004 I got my 95 Sport Kombi. A week later I was already at the dealer again. Reason: In the factory they changed the plug from the seat ventilation to that of the seating. Result: defective seating. Then came the following defects: to dark display from the board computer, shackled subwoofer, seat again passenger, automatic climate control (climate), charging pressure too low, oil pressure too low (where chain tensioner could no longer tension at high torque), clamping brake blocks at the back while driving backwards. There were nopch various little things that have annoyed me. And the seat tongue still doesn’t work. Although some of you think that the guy must have a bad picture of Saab. I had previously had a 95 LPT Limo MY98. But I still like to drive around with my car. It’s my favorite… (besides my better half.. :-)) Oh yes, before I forget: Can anyone help me with the passenger seat?

  • Oil sieve at 50,000km or later?

Hello now I have 53000km on the clock and according to the service booklet was the last change at 42000km or so. Should you let the sieve clean in the train of an oil change or first the next time. I don’t know the previous owner and have no idea whether he has driven a lot of city or highway. Where will you be about the price, if you change oil and let oil sieves clean. eastmac

  • Xenon light prone to defects??

Moin! I saw 2 Saab 9-5 with a defective xenon light within a week. Remarkable because Xenon is supposed to be very durable. Has anyone ever had a defect in his xenon light here? The flashing of the light when switched off via the light switch certainly doesn’t have a very trusting effect in terms of longevity… Stefan

  • Buy 9-5 or don’t you prefer?

Hello, I’m thinking if I should buy a Saab 9-5 2,3t se limousine. The car has almost 100,000km on the hump and is from 10/97. It is a checkbook and first-hand. It is offered by a Saab dealer. What do I need to know before buying it? Drive almost only in the city. Is the car worth it or do I have an engine damage? Thank you very much.

  • Price comparison Oil change

Hello Together, after mature reflections – not least through the contributions here in the forum – I decided to put the oil exchange interval down on 10.000km on my own => I am traveling with a 2,3t which currently has about 15,400km on the clock => Saabinchen may forgive me the first longer interval 😉 Where do you have to carry out your oil change – I hope you don’t change all – and what do you usually cost? -> I would like my Saab pharmacy at the “P I would also be happy about information about the oil used and the required amount -> according to the manual 0-W30 is recommended. What work is still required in case of an oil change (filter, small parts, …)? Greetings, Sven.
