  • Used car purchase in the Netherlands

Moin Loide I’m looking for a used car and I found it on different sites. Unfortunately, I’m not powerful for the Dutch, also as far as the customs in the used car trade there are concerned. Can someone make sound information about VAT and registration here in Germany? Thank you already in advance

  • Citroen, much better than expected

Hello, I wanted to tell you about my positive experiences, where for the first time I drive such a French woman. So I had already at its age 2 Golf’s 2… different new Smart’s and then 3 years of new Chevrolet. Currently the 14-year-old Citroen causes me much less grief than the Chevrolet. I bought the Citroen Zx with 128tkm end of April, now he has already 142tkm. So far I only had to make the exhaust (end pot) and bring in some blocked brake pads. So sometimes really, as uncomplicated as the Frenchman, were my wolves, who were so 9-11 years old, at least not. I’m surprised how he still calmly purges, and thus on vacation I was already already. I am almost considering whether I should buy some Ctroen, for 500€… just something from 2004,2005…. The Zx for 700€ was supposed to be a transition. How about Citroen and Autogas retrofitting?

  • Rear wheels brake permanently, after approx. 20 minutes driving time

Hello, I have a Citroen Zx 1.4i, heck built in 1996. Now the rear brakes are grinding, after 2-3 brakings and I then need a little more motor force to drive. Sometimes there is also a small ruck, and the brakes dissolve quite suddenly. I don’t know now if they are purely dirty brake blocks, or the brake power amplifier can be. So that suddenly the valve opens up. Sometimes it whistles also n n bissel back when I step on the brake. Do I have to change the brake drums when I have been driving around for too long? I wanted to order these sets now and then go to my private workshop:http://www.ebay.de//130571073690?…http://www.ebay.de/…/360260181246?…

  • Citroen forum with subcategories?

Hello dear readers, moderators and administrators, I wanted to ask how the common opinions about subcategories lie here. Wouldn’t it be nicer if you structured the Cit-Forum for example: – C1,C2,C3 – C4 – C5 and C6 – BX …… Anyway, well,my layout is also rather suboptimal, but I don’t think it would hurt the clarity?! What do you mean?

  • Citroen Picasso shock absorber and air conditioning defective!

Hello, my parents drive a Citroen Picasso. My mom brought the car into the workshop with the thoughtful the shock absorber and brakes had to be changed. Now ATU (there is the car) said that the front left and back right the shock absorbers had to be replaced. If they would drive for 3-4 days longer, then they break through and it will be really expensive. Then the nice gentlemen also thought that the air conditioning was defective. It probably should be on the compressor, which would have a stone blow and therefore leak. My dad meant however that the air conditioning before the car was brought into the workshop still worked. For all the fun would have been about 1600 €. My mom was in November last year (so 5 months) for inspection (also at ATU) and then was told that everything was in order. Then she did not drive for 2 months (car was in garage) and now the shock absorbers should be broken?

  • Special oil for particulate filters?

Hello! I have a new C4 with 110 HDI PDF engine. For this, according to the maintenance booklet page 22 three PSA Peugeot Citroen standards are allowed: 1. The PSA standard B71 2294 (e.g. Total Quartz 7000 10W-40) 2. The PSA standard B71 2296 (e.g. Total Quartz 9000 5W-40) 3. The PSA standard B71 2290 (e.g. Total Quartz Ineo ECS) In the note is No. 3, it has the ACEA specification C2 and the SAE class 5W-30, called low-pollutant and fuel-saving and is absolutely recommended for vehicles with particulate filters. My question: What about the other two oils? Do they also have an ACEA C2 qualification, which should protect the soot particle filter? In addition, I wonder why the Total Quartz Energy 0W-30 should not be allowed, although it has the same PSA standard B71 2296 as No. 2?

  • Mobility guarantee Citroen and the pitfalls in detail

So, I just got really excited. That’s customer-unfriendly rip-off!! The following: Mobility guarantee from Citroen. During the warranty a really fine thing (had a breakdown with my C4, towing and car rental worked great!!). After the expiry of the vehicle warranty, the mobility guarantee is also extinguished once. Unless you do the inspections at a Citroen workshop, which participates in it, everything continues (until the next planned inspection after XX km or after XX months – depending on what comes first). If you have bad luck and is not informed and the workshop is not included in the program, you have no Mobi guarantee anymore and may 45,-€ transfer to the ADAC, if you place value on Pannenhilfe. That’s not bad luck! If you don’t have to be informed and the workshop is not there with the program, you have no Mobi guarantee anymore and you can’t make a difference… if you want to get a Pannenhilfe. That’s not bad luck! Why didn’t you say that again? Why didn’t you say that again? I’d have a friend?

  • But I am so horrified !!

Today I was with my friend (for the x-th time to replace the headlight lamp) and thought to myself, maybe I buy a new c4 limosine. am in spite of some macken with my very satisfied. also because of the design and the Esg. I am really shocked. this car I will not buy. there I drive my further and look around again on the market. and I thought, for the rest of my life I have discovered a new brand! so I don’t think it’s…
