Hi, I need a quick advice from you. We were looking at a Saxo BJ97 with 70km. The seller indicated in the advertisement: 1 hand of private. Price 1500,- On the phone the man first said that the car belonged to his wife, they bought a new vehicle. We were there today and the seller, a Yugoslave, then talked himself several times. Facts: – The car comes from France from a woman. Whether the first registration is on you I could not see, since ic – The car had an engine wash and the guy had a problem with our friend (KFZ-Master) looking at the vehicle. But we didn’t let him take it. Our friend thinks that the price was ok. – The seller is a small dealer What was further strange: he wrote his wife in the purchase contract, he also showed us the ID card. He wanted us to buy the contract of sale from the French woman. He didn’t want to show us his identity card. However, we were in his apartment, not a backyard shop. His wife’s passport was Yugoslav. TÜV and AU he rewrites the papers today. Furthermore, he also countersigned that the vehicle was accident-free. We have now paid 50,- and are supposed to receive the car tonight. The doubts are getting bigger and bigger. Could something be wrong with the car, Or do you think this is just an idiot who wants to make a good deal because he bought the car for 800,- an old grandma in France?. VG

HIII ASSISTANCE TO ALL!!! AIR IN THE WINTER AREA broken!!!
Hello all, I have a Citroen Xsara, built in ’99/ first registration ’00. My ventilation has always caused me problems. It always went on full pull or not at all temporarily. But just today at the winter break nothing happens anymore and I hear only a buzzing from the center console. Does one know this symptom? Ventilation engine defective?? Pipes run through?? Or something else??? Can one possibly fix this itself and avoid such an incompetent factory visit? I ask for s Chnelle help, thank you in advance!!! Christian

C1 5. Drive gear sparingly
Hi, everybody. I’m going to Holland in about 4 weeks for a week and have a question for the return journey: How much km/h should I drive in 5th gear of my C1 to have the best performance ratio? Since I have the minimum equipment, I don’t have a tachometer and therefore can’t calculate it. Therefore the question to all the other C1 drivers I want to consume as little fuel as I can on the many many kilometers Thank you very much ^^ MFG XspYroX

Sporadic start problems
Hello! I have a Cirtroen ZX 1.4l harmony. He now has a little more than 110,000km down and drives so far quite well. In spring I had the problem for a short time that he only jumped after a few start attempts. But has vanished with warmer temperatures. Now the problem returns with the winter. I replaced the battery, because it was on anyway. I also checked the OT-Geber. The has 375 Ohm. Recently I replaced the spark plugs, then The car jumped on for two days and I thought I found the mistake. But this morning the old game. I always turn off the ignition again and wait until I have to type the code again. At some point then it works. It definitely seems to play the outside temperature a role. Does anyone have a clue for me? Thank you Steffen

Delivery times C1
Hello, How are your experiences regarding the delivery times of the C1 at the moment, wait for 9 weeks (should be 6-8 weeks). Is a Sensodrive with ESP (whether it is the ESP that the delivery time is so long?). The dealer can not provide any information “but should be on his way to it”.

Consumption too high
Hello guys, I’ve been driving a Citroen c3 Picasso 95 Vti for over a year now and am generally very satisfied with my Lemongreen vehicle. But I have a problem with my beloved Lemone : He needs overland 7.5 liters on the highway 8.5 liters in the city 10.5 liters In the beginning I thought about the drive-in phase but after 16500 kilometers of mileage it should have been eaten already, right? So people please tell me how it is, if you also have a C3 fa hrt, with the consumption so goes Oh yes, I had the engine checked already and let a new software be played up,… unfortunately without success.

Crankshaft housing clogged! Now engine damage !! Picasso!
Hello, another short question: In December my Picasso suddenly received the warning message: Oil pressure too low, stop immediately!! I also did this: The oil measuring rod was out and the oil was distributed everywhere in the engine compartment and below. Citroen workshop of my trust in the place now suspects from the engine’s wash: COLBENFRESSER! Question: The whole story is still in court because of warranty. (An Audi VW dealer) Next week an expert looks at this. Is the crankshaft housing ventilation slowly approaching, or does it go from one week to the other, that it is sitting and something like that happening? Citroen suspects that this is a possible cause…..! But the expert has the last word. If something like this has been going on for some time, then I would have of course Chansen that it is said that the trigger of the oil loss and the resulting engine damage could have passed already at handover (purchase) of the vehicle. nze, when I had the car 9 months and had driven 4000 km. But far before I had already had massive engine problems passed on over my lawyer. And also that the car runs out occasionally during the ride. But the car dealership wanted to say nothing out of court. That’s why I sued her then…! So it would be nice if it was assumed that the beginning of the whole drama was already hidden when the car was handed over! Is there someone who gives me courage??

C1 – Oil change
Hello guys, I have been the owner of a new C1 for a good month Now my question to you: From which KM stand should I make the first oil change? I have such a number of 2500 km in mind, but don’t know if this is true. and my 2nd request – where can I have the oil change made? Do I have to go to the contract workshop because of warranty ect. or does it work at ATU – the currently oil change offer for 1 € + oil costs? Thank you for your help and reviews! M atthias

Engine temperature 70°C & in case of rain fogged windows.
Hi ) The temperature indicator always shows 70°C, sometimes after a long ascent (only in summer) sometimes 80°C, rarely 90°C at mountain ascents (also only in summer). The air blower in front of the cooling ribs works normally, i.e. normal wind noises when the car is standing, so inconspicuously. But some times in the high summer/Turkey the two blowers were so loud that one could think, there is just a plane starting, whether the car was driving or standing. I have so much noise already in the G This was probably because the heat indicator exceeded the 100°C limit, because cooling water was missing. Whenever cooling water was missing (a hole had) they became enormously loud like a launching plane. Could it be that these 2 blowers can blow air at double speed? Dumb question, I’ve experienced, but I want to know the certainty. Ok, only if you drive up the mountain for a long time, even if it’s hell heat outside, was Wun I drive Citroen Xantia X1, 121 hp, 2,0i, automatic/climate. The frontal protection screen attacks immediately in case of rain. Only when I turn on the climate, windows are released. When I steer the air to the windshield, there is very little air out there, although the blower is at the highest level. What’s going on? I thank you for any answers in advance. Marko.
