  • Ruffles at the ZX

Hello are short we are proud owner of a ZX 1,4i BJ 93, only unfortunately he has a few smaller annoying noises first when you come on the first gear over 20 KM/h he starts to nibble quite easily or so similar in the other gears it is only there you can hear it almost no longer it might be on the flywheel? The second problem is that if you roll in the gear so motor brake but also easily when you drive, a buzzing appears at the gear stick you hold the nu r it’s easily fixed away. Now please our can maybe someone say what these noises are?We hope you can continue to help?Thank you in advance.

  • Engine oil level

I noticed today, when I was on the BP after refueling at my C8 my oil level, that this is only slightly below the middle of the two brandings (min-max), more precisely if you “riddle” the scale between min-max in the lower third. Is that already a problem, isn’t it? Does the engine still have enough lubrication in all situations? Or can the engine take some damage away? I have to service soviso next week to my Citroen Vertr agswerkstatt driving (also oil change…). Is this Olstand a problem until then? Ichh still have a can Castrol Multi Guard SAE15W-40, API SF/CC standing around in the garage. Can I fill up the oil stand on the max. mark until the workshop visit, or is that not necessary? Thanks for your answer mfg franz

  • Problems Remodeling my Zx*s

Hi people! so, what I am doing with my little citroen zx(1.4 75Ps Bj95) is I don’t think in the mind of the inventor…. I didn’t like the spotlights so much anymore, and I just got new ones from the smart…… (he was standing there so badly, and I thought I’d take her with me…) because I always wanted to have a new bumper, but there wasn’t any good ones (just so funny angular, I got the whole front with aspiration and co also from the sma rt fetched…(doesn’t look so bad at all…..) so, but now I have a little problem, and hope you can help me here! With the old headlights, the original ones, the light width regulation was screwed on the car, but the part had to make the new headlights place, and so the hold and a few other parts were flexed out! so that’s not the problem, because in the new headlights the regulation is with a ngebaut! only I have no idea how to connect that now…….Help(the technical surprise club is worth it exactly) Besides, there’s a little story like zb when I have the standing light and driving light on everything works, but when I turn on the remote light, the driving light goes off, and only the remote and standing light shines….. someone ne idea how to solve that?????If you can’t imagine it that way, I can still later. add a few pictures! I know that this sounds funny (smart on citroen…..Bahhh) doesn’t look bad at all, because the front is long-drawn…. So I hope for a lively participation MfG CiTrOmAt^^

  • Hello to all Citroen drivers and inside

Hello everyone, I would be interested in which Cit. dealers you’ve been like this since, and where you’re satisfied or rather dissatisfied. I often find people talking about traders who do their job…. and often do their job excellently for you. But by name nobody is mentioned why? Therefore, a call in which hands you give your vehicle to make it fit again. Mfg SaxoVTS

  • New XM access

Hello Citroen-Gemeinde, just got me an XM. Great car, a 2.0 Tecnic. Is my first Citroen ever. I wanted to ask if someone with experiences can help out here. Are there things that should be considered? What are the strengths and weaknesses? And at all….

  • Your Citroen dealer experiences?

Hello, I would be interested in your experience with your Cit dealers. To what extent are you satisfied with – service-friendliness in sales – technical information skills – workshop competence? To make the beginning: I had so far contact with Toni Ulmen in Düsseldorf. In the service, the employees seem very friendly and accommodating. So far, there was nothing to complain about. On the contrary, the sellers were quite accommodating and flexible in finding prices. However, I have my doubts about technical information. Questions about built-in radio and AUX connection activation could only be answered unsatisfactoryly. And the workshop competence leaves a sad impression. I was already there twice because the speed-dependent volume control of the radio does not work. After both appointments I was told that the problem was solved, which was unfortunately not the case. And since no test drive had been carried out (km-stand comparison), of course, nobody could notice this either. Since I need the car for the daily drive to work, the organization of a replacement car for the day of “repair” bothers me. Since also the accommodation in the service by possibly providing a free replacement car does not really help. So, then I am curious about your experiences!

  • Final stage installation successful

So I used to install my power amplifier in my C4 and have to say it was easier than I thought. First of all I got a fuse from my Citroen dealer for the already lying power cable. (2,30 €) After that to home safety set cable under the steering wheel measured and yes it is 12V. Then it went to the rear speakers because I wanted to pick up my audio signal for the high low level adapter. The damned plastic claddings were really torture but not like in other The car manufacturers are lucky to keep the holding ibble at Citroen when you remove it. So both sides dismantled adapters to the first speaker and with extension the other cable from the speaker opposite and connected as well. Then Stromabel snapped and placed from front to back under this plastic strip on the driver’s door and then under the back seat in the trunk. The mass cable made me worry about something there under the claddings in the trunk There was no screw to clamp in between to get on the body. Luckily under the plastic cover on the trunk lock there were already holes there I could then still attach my cable. I then simply got the remote signal over the ignition plus on the radio just bent up the clamp a bit and pushed over it. To guess is that I completely left all Citroen specific adapters so that a reset is no problem. xtrem was simple and not as stressful as in some BMW ́s. The only worry is now only the power cable, which was already from Citroen. It’s not necessarily the thickest. So far, however, only the rear boxes are connected and before I install a subwoofer I will put in front of the power cable still a capacitor think that will create the 2.5 sqm cable then. • kaufberatung xantia hdi or td? Or rather XM2,5td?

What do the Xantia Diesels have? What should I pay attention to? KM, consumption, tax… What are your experiences with these vehicles? If I am rid of my Sigma and the 200sx I still have then I would possibly switch to something completely different. I came across the Xantias when I was rumstriking because I liked both design and price/performance with the used ones around 2000. Besides, not everyone has. VW and co already exist too many. I don’t have a specific car in the A yet. uge but i don’t know how reliable e.g. the hydraulic suspensions are. One always hears of the spring ball changing but how often does that happen and what does it cost? How about with timing belts or chain? If belts are what are the alternating interwalls? The electrical system is supposed to spin often in French. How is it ordered? After all, they have some things like rain sensors, climate automation etc. Climate must be on the rain sensor I can do without but if one is already in it should he also goes the same way as other toys 🙂 Thank you for your contributions. With the XM it’s basically about the same thing where I’m only interested in the 2.5td or does that make a difference at all whether now 2.1 or 2.5 apart from the equipment? Ohso, in any case only switchcars come into question.
