Hello together, after a few years I deal again with a new vehicle for purchase. Possibly a Cupra Formentor with a day registration. Lt. dealer about 25% under list price because of day registration. First visit took place. What makes me a bit stunned is the official Seat/Cupra the first registration 06/2023, but in the coc paieren everything is in English and Date of manufacture of vehicle 2022-11-03.(Spain) Is this then a German vehicle when it is in the Cup rawerk has been produced in Spain? I’ve been reading here for some time how all the codes(FIN) etc. are put together. It’s not that simple. That means that 2022 would be built in November and first registration in DE June 2023? But there’s still a lot of time in between that could be clarified or do I think that’s too skeptical? Thanks for feedback.

Hello everybody, I’ve been with my Leon for 9 weeks now. I’m also very satisfied in general (my first new car). Now it’s time to go into the cold season and I’m looking forward to getting into a warm car in the morning. I’ve now set the departure time for two weeks so that it’s loaded and pre-climated. The shop always works. Unfortunately, that’s not the case with the air conditioning. In the first week, was air conditioned on 3 out of 5 days. In the second week (4 working days), were 2 out of 4 days I honestly didn’t know why this would work and not. Someone an idea? Greeting

Hi together, I bought a Born on 20.11.2023 in the Cupra Autohaus. Purchased in this context means that I wanted to buy the Born from the exhibition, but it was not possible to print out the purchase contract on that day. Without another action on this day I am home and have received in the following days a little bit more documents. Now, 08.12.2023, so already 3 weeks later there is still no appointment for a pick-up. It should now probably next week as far as If it works next week, there are 4 weeks between the statement “I want to buy it” and the delivery. Is this normal with Cupra? Hello together, in my Cupra Leon I prefer to use Android Auto Wireless as a media player (-> Spotify). I find the feature excellent that I simply have the media player in the tile view and come by double-clicking directly into the Spotify app from AA (so that I can choose playlists etc.). Unfortunately, I notice that my mobile phone gets relatively warm during this use and also the battery decreases quite quickly. After the ride I see in the “digital well-being” App that also maps have been running along all the time (although I didn’t use the AA Overlay or Google Maps at all, but was actually only in the normal tile view of the car).Is there a way to configure AA Wireless so that I can continue to use Spotify, but for example Google Maps is disabled – or in any other way the battery consumption is reduced? Connecting the phone via cable is not an option (…convenience) and if I connect it to the wireless Charging Pad laying I have the feeling that it will get so hot that the battery won’t last a year

Hello guys, I hope someone has already been able to have a similar experience and can help me now. I currently have a Cupra Formentor VZ. The leasing contract goes a total of 48 months. The car is currently exactly 1 year in my possession. Since August the car is permanently causing problems.. all error message that comes on the while driving. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with my dealer. At the workshop appointment I was told that the engine control unit def ect would be and it could be that it takes up to 3 months for a new one to arrive. I was shocked because I had a Seat Ibiza as a rental car. I was not pleased of course and thought that I would not pay so much money for an Ibiza during such a long waiting time. Then the colleague from the dealer said that I should be glad that I am mobile. Then I thought great customer service. With a little whimsical I then got an Audi Q3. Also not the same equipment but I d Take better care of me than Ibiza. 3 days later, once again my car was finished, I was told that it would go faster. When I was driving, I noticed that my cruise control was forgotten to switch off. Of course, there is hardly anyone there who had to drive and clarify it. I got an appointment again in 6 weeks.. I was a little angry but only thought that I could drive without cruise control. After a week, the same error messages came back. I got back back and car again. As a rental car this time a VW T-Roc. 3 days later I got the car again that was on Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning came again the same error on the way to work. After work again to the dealer there came the error 4 times in a row. Now the car is in the workshop and maybe I get it again on Friday. Current rental car Seat Arona. I like to withdraw from the leasing contract because the car is very uncertain and with these error messages in the notmod I said that yesterday to my dealer and they only said that they can pass it on to Cupra but rather that it will be fixed and I have to accept it… Had someone a similar case because I just want to get rid of the car it only costs annoyance, time and money. Of course nothing comes from the dealer. No excuse or reduction or anything. I pay a lot of money for a car that in the last 3 weeks is almost only in the workshop.

Hello guys, I turn to you, since I returned my Cupra Leon ST last year after a 2-year lease. Some time later you just booked 2,800EUR for leasing damage. I received the report first also demand. How did the condition come? Four small scratches a 80EUR, which are insignificant. In addition however 3 new rims a 826EUR. In the meantime I already contradicted the report 3x and we arrived at a good 1,400EUR rest request. I have the My opinion: I really scratched one rim (velvet3), so I can understand the demand. However, I do not consider the other two to be “replaceable”. I am a little unsure of the “cheek” of VW-Leasing, because after a contradiction the four scratches were placed ad acta, after the second contradiction they came to me again with the price. After the third contradiction I was told that the frame was exhausted. I still have to know: The expert criticises the bad light conditions as well as wetness and pollution in the report (see picture). What I am about: I just want to know whether the 1,400EUR are justified here or whether I am being dragged over the table. If it is okay, then I am also ready to settle the demand.
