Good evening, I am about to buy a used CUPRA Leon ST Hybrid 1.4l/13kWh with 245hp. I have several viewing dates behind me, but finally found a suitable one where I intended to sign the purchase contract tomorrow. Now today a well-known one who works at the Tüv came to me and advised me on the purchase of a hybrid, since apparently in the next few years (3-4 new battery technologies come out and thus mine a lot of Rkeren has lost value as a general rule and I don’t get it sold again. I’m really unsure now if the purchase is actually the right option. I don’t really want to wait 8-10 months for a new leasing car. Thank you for your help!

I would be interested in how far the Leon plugin hybrid charges itself during the ride. I once had a plugin hybrid of another manufacturer as a car rental with which I was very satisfied, but I couldn’t charge it on vacation, which has charged itself during the ride at least so far by itself that you could perform sprints on the AB with full power. Or is it so that if the battery is empty, the permanently with the 1.4 Benzi so the plug-in hybrid only makes sense if I can charge it every day? By the 0.5% regulation it would of course make sense to get a plug-in, but I could only charge it every 3-4 days and have a 50km/day journey. Alternative would be the diesel. Thanks for your help

Hello, together I’ve been new to the Cupar family for 1 year and I’m actually pretty happy with the car until now. However, it’s kind of weird to me in the last month. I drove quite normally to the wash road (Shell), where I always wash the car. Couple of hours later I noticed that one of the side paneling at the back of the trunk has broken off (the gloss varnish plastic part). Of course I immediately called Shell and reported the damage and the have All well, but a few days later comes a letter that it is not fault of Waschstraße I am supposed to give up***. Ok, a few days later to the same wash road is also broken off the right panel – this time I photographed everything and immediately reported to the gas station. The branch manager immediately told me that he can do nothing because I moved the car ( ??? ). And after video observation is supposed to be an alleged production failure r be of my car, instead of guilt of wash road. Lawyer called, everything requested with pictures and everything. He told me that I have no right and I will not win anything in the case and I should pay with my comprehensive everything (What?) to the Cupar, told everything – the guy there just laughed and said “Ne, that never happens at Cupra/Seat, first time I hear something like that, we can’t do anything – fully registered” So, first of all apologies for Rechenfeh learn and for the whole novel here what I have written, but I am really mega Sauer and I absolutely don’t know what to do in such a situation. Hallöchen dear forum community. I have already Googled and read that the 1.5 eTSI should not have the starting truck anymore. Has someone already been able to gain experience with the engine here and can confirm that the new eTSI finally smooth even at half-gas and in case of sudden “from the brake to gas? Our 1.5 TSI Ibiza is already very limited, since you had to wait after the brake release at the traffic light always 1 sec. Have at present the Formentor VZ with 310 HP. Vehicle is fun, only the artificial sound is not our thing and “top off” is still missing displacement / power. Therefore, we are interested in the VZ5. Have seen the vehicle the days at the dealer. The small changes to our VZ are just taste matter: The carbon parts look like foreign bodies, the rear difusor is anything but beautiful, the new color for the letters of the type designation and “Cupra” also does not fit and is extremely s The black-shining one was much more chic and you can see the exhaust pot. On the other hand, even if we don’t have an offer from our dealer, the leasing rates (about 600 € without anz.) are very high. Tomorrow we will learn more about it. Hello everybody, I’ve read so much now that the e-Hybrid is supposed to have the function,at least if it’s hanging on the grid, I say to have “such a kind of” heater. Now I wanted to ask those who have such a vehicle, if that’s the way it is and if/how it works. Say, the option really warms the vehicle? Just a little bit, not at all, or how can I imagine it? MfG

Good day, I have been driving a Cupra Formentor 2.0 TDI 4Drive since June 2022 and I am really excited about this vehicle. However, something happened to me now that leaves me at a loss. I had parked and locked the vehicle quite normally. When I came back, I opened the rear door on the passenger side to stow the shopping in the back seat. at that moment a deafening vibration noise sounded louder than any alarm system. The engine was off and the entire car was out. The rear part of the vehicle vibrated and produced such a noise that drew the attention of the entire environment. Nothing could stop this process, neither locking the vehicle, nor turning on and off the engine. The vehicle was also able to drive, but the noise in the interior was so strong that it could hardly be endured. After felt 15 minutes I did not know anything else to help and wanted to call the ADAC. While waiting here in the waiting loop for connection , the whole thing suddenly stopped and as inexplicable as it had begun again. And hasn’t occurred again since then. Does anyone have an idea what the trigger might be or what it might have been about? I am grateful for every info.

I have had a very positive experience this week and I want to share it now: after 3 years I gave a Cupra Ateca back and leased a Cupra Leon ST again for 3 years with the same dealer (a large Seat/Cupra dealership in the Regensburg area). I realize that the dealership is bigger when you rent a vehicle again, but I still felt the handover as if it were a good one. At Ateca there were some scratches on the bonnet (cat slipped off) which definitely went beyond the usual wear, still two copper rims had curb contact and the trunk flap was scratched inside (movement!). All these things I told the dealer in advance by mail (with photos). On site he once went around the car, meant “fits” and the thing was done. No expert or anything, 2 min car, finished. On the Leon then I was ko I was able to do a 30-minute test drive with a Formentor VZ5 (quiet device!). Finally, I was allowed to take the Leon fully fuelled and went home very happy. I hope others could also have positive experiences.

Does anyone happen to have any information about what will be changed in the MJ2024 (no facelift) at Leon?

Servus together, I’m basically very impressed with the new Cupra Leon e-Hybrid 245 HP (Limousine, not Sportstourer). Both optically and drive-wise. Due to many short distances a hybrid could make sense for me. My simple working distance is 5 kilomter. I drive about 10,000 kilometers a year. Can anyone tell me about you how high the approximate consumption of the vehicle is? So power consumption when driving purely electric, then combi with the petrol engine and possibly the fuel consumption of the pure petrol engine (if the battery is empty). And do you know which tyre size belongs to this vehicle in summer and winter? Thank you in advance! VG Daniel
