You could already think it out, even the newest Dacia, the Lodgy can’t convince in the NCAP crash test. Still bends A-pillar and Schweller breaks in. Roof gives in, front panel splits at eye level of the driver. Just like in the Logan 2005, Sandero 2008 and Duster 2010. No constructive improvements. Result: 3 star safety 2012 looks different and Dacia doesn’t recognize the need for action! Now everyone can decide for themselves why Dacia is so inexpensive rear impact: Poor Savings when buying, the children pay in the accident. Modify Footroom Heating
The other day I drove on the motorway and had completely turned up the front footroom heating. Unfortunately, the lodgy in the footroom of the driver’s side distributes the airflow very unevenly, the outlet lies directly above the gas foot (which then almost “cooks”, the left half remains untouched. A better distribution can be achieved if you put a silicone hose with 4 cm inside diameter in the outlet (choose the larger opening) deep enough and put it inside the upper footroom cover. f leads the left side and placed there with cable tie invisible near the lever to the engine compartment opening. Runs impeccable, warm air on both sides! As a tip for those who also have the feeling of being unevenly “heated”. Greetings Toni

Exchange AHK “for security”?
Good evening, dear motor-talker I have the following problem: Last week I had a small driving accident with a Dacia Duster. I hit his AHK at about 5 km/h more speed than the Duster. You have seen the Duster nix, and in my shock bar (C1) I have a about golf-size 1cm deep dent behind the license plate. I come up for everything, of course, also told the driver, and he has to check his car for safety. Now his workshop has made a KVA for the exchange of the trailer clutch mechanism “for safety” over 380 euros. My questions are A: Is the damage legitimate? If not, what do? And B: Is the price justified?

Dacia Sandero 1.4 Drive fuel-saving
Hello guys, I asked myself some questions again, my neighbor driving school owner asked about how I save as much fuel as possible while driving! not cycling etc. ! I usually drive like this : 1 gear only starting, 2 gear up to 20, 3 to 30,4 to 40, from 51 5speed . And between the gears always FULL GAS until I am at the desired speed . For example 1 gear start , 2.speed directly pure and full throttle up to 25-30, 3.speed up to 35-40 full throttle , etc until I am in 5 gear or to the speed limit My neighbour and former driving instructor also told me, full throttle in the lower speed range does not matter, the engine gets only as much petrol as it needs at the speed, if I can quickly accelerate to the desired speed I can save. I am in the speed range between 700-2000 U/pm 50 km/h 1750 U/pm (according to Tacho 60 km/h Dacia Tachos go 10 km/h imprecise) If I have to brake I leave the gear in it, and then switch down when I am at idle speed level i.e. when I am at the I always turn off the engine at the traffic lights, where I know that I will be standing for more than 20 seconds. I always start red lights slowly so that I don’t have to start again, works quite well. Tire pressure I have at 2.7 bar front and back the same. At the time 175er R14 70R Firestone, Winterhawk tires. Now I ask myself the Dacia, with its low power output at E10 more gasoline than with E5? The rear windshield I usually only use heating for 1-2 minutes at the start of the car (depending on the weather) and switch on this KURZ only for 1 min in between times. How much liters of petrol consumes a 330W (RMS music equipment) system ? I do not always switch it to maximum, only if I am sometimes very good on it or drive with colleagues. Where is still fuel saving potential (except for the music) ? Thanks for reading!

Sit too soft in the new stepway!
Hello, I ordered the new Sandero Stepway… but I also had the opportunity to test the new Sandero Laureate. I noticed the too soft seats. My idea now is to cover the seats with hard foam, to work in a Lordose support and to cover the whole with lambskin covers or to attach the foam to the lambskin. So I hope to improve the comfort of the seats for long distances. However, I could imagine that it effek more active methods gives to improve the hold of the seats and that one of you already has experience with it. I am very grateful for every suggestion in this direction. Greetings Radislaus

Steel wheels for Lodgy Prestige?
Hello, I have today quite spontaneously hit with a Lodgy Prestige dCi 110 (Vfw, 3tkm old). This is still on the 16″-alu with summer tires. But now I still need winter tires… – do I need other wheel nuts for 15″-steel rims? – can I then use a 16″-alu wheel as a spare wheel (roll-off circumference, space for the wheel in the trunk)? At the moment is only the repair kit on board. – from other Dacia (possibly even Renault?) also rims fit?

Dacia Club Forum ????
I was blocked today in the Dacia Club Forum. I don’t know why. Is one of us still there user? I guess the start of my last topic was not desired. The thread was: Who is admin here and who is in which forum moderator. Is this from your point of view a forbidden topic in the *Off Topic*? I am speechless…. Greeting from Kiel, Pit

Experience report
Hello (also future) “Dacianer”, wanted to get rid of a few lines. I drive his September 07 a MCV diesel. I am very satisfied with the car, did not regret it, and have cycled down until now about 16000km. The fuel consumption is great, I consume now with the summer tires under 5 liter. Diesel. My car before (E200T) consumed about 10 liter. Super. With my driving performance that was about 300.- a month. That is, I have my fuel costs more than halved. 50.-) and comprehensive (about 500.-) are also everyday. The engine is not the strongest, but according to Tacho he drives also about 170km (I hardly drive urban traffic, and have driven the car well). Even at full throttle the consumption hardly increases above 6 liters. If I give myself trouble with the fuel saving, my onboard computer shows 3.8 liters (at 60kmh in the 5th course). This is unfortunately not feasible everywhere, but nevertheless!!! There are also some points that I criticize, but that was there until now. My biggest criticism is the weak noise insulation. I don’t know now whether the petrol engines are like that, but the diesel engine is like that at higher speeds. That’s why I ordered insulation material on the Internet, and the doors were insulated (now the door speakers sound good too). I changed the lame insulation in the bonnet, and I also changed the cheap “pole tires” for low-roll resistance tyres. I’m an old base. I had other cars (730i, E200T,A6 2.5tdi, Hartge H3 etc.), but I just don’t want to spend any more money for a car. So the MCV was the right car for me at the right time!!! However, I would take a petrol engine and make a gas conversion. Renault offers this for the Dacia, also ATU does that. I am at the top of a conversion, and the material didn’t cost much, and was also fun. I don’t know which one is in my diesel. Does anyone have experience??? Thank you for your experience Asta la vista, Helmut Anlage Photo of my Dacia MCV

Dacia Sandero in the magazine Grip 23.11. 18:00 RTL 2
Did I just find on RTL2: Det is looking for Dacia A new car at a used price – that’s what the Romanian car brand Dacia offers for a basic price of 7500 euros. The target group are buyers who are otherwise only looking for on the used car market – just like our viewer Andrea. But what advantages does the Sandero of Dacia offer? How much quality, safety and extras does the buyer get compared to a used car? Det advises the buyer and presents the Dacia Sandero comparable vehicles from the Used market opposite. Greetings Paul

Please no more closing
Now it’s the second time that a thread is closed by people who usually don’t have anything to do with Dacia. Since I’m asking about the vehicle what I’m about to have–a sandero– I’m asking those who are just trying to ruin everything here, please do it where they are normally in the forums that affect your vehicle. I’m not going to go there and whirls there all mixed up. That’s my personal opinion and I’m here. r not insulting or attacking someone personally here. But this has happened here in the contributions Dacia by so many people unfortunately already very often. Everything please with the mods helped this time nothing it is a topic and only because you don’t even before you become insulting thought. I have not experienced such a thing yet. We Dacia drivers are not free game we are also people of flesh and blood like any other in the world too. It would be really a pity if here even more by no t Accept different thinking and driving people will be even more closed. I hope for your sensitivity, of course all people are allowed to report on every topic, just please no longer insulting and under the belt. I accept also that you drive other vehicles, you have to be afraid to drive with a Dacia on the road already in advance, I think I brought you a little bit to think about Another nice day Mawibo
