  • Cost Timing belt change 1.2 69hp

Hello together I got a quote for timing belt changes, new water pump and the rib belt today. Vehicle is a Fiat 500C Built 12/2013 with 121000Km. Last timing belt change in April 2019 at 60000Km. I almost fell from the faith. Is a free workshop and they really want to have 729€. I think I will do it in self-direction. I don’t pay such prices. Since my Volvo V70 with 5 cylinder diesel engine last year was not significantly more expensive. And since also the strap tensioner for the rib belt was changed and the strap for the climate (i.e. a total of 2 rib belts) cost 800€. So what did you pay in the workshop for this work on your Luigi?

  • 500 Hybrid Service

Hi together, my dealership claims that our Fiat (03/2021) has to be inspected for the first time. Of course, after a year this is understandable, but it is a day registration and we bought the Knutschkugel only in September. Since then my wife has driven almost 1000km. I know this from my BMW so that it is necessary to have the service done either after time period or mileage. How is this with Fiat? Thank you and nice greetings Skaos

Hello dear forum community! In short: We are at the superior to buy a 500 Fiat for my wife, kindergarten, sometimes in the city, nothing wild. • Conclusion after over 1 year Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge (2019)

Dear community, my expectations of reliability, economy and quality are still surpassed. Now, after almost 10tkm, I would like to ask if others would like to give the Luigi such a good testimony. Certainly, the interior is somewhat limited even for normal grown European men, but that was already known before the purchase decision. The seats (paltrona woman, without much adjustment possibilities) are much more suitable for long distance for me than, for example, those of my EX- Audi A5 (2011), since I always had back pain after 2 hours of driving, no matter which of the many adjustment options I also chose. But Luigi ́s seats still have a lot of air up ;-). Consumption is also very acceptable. 5-5.5l on road. 6-6.5l /100km of pure city operation. (range 550-700km possible) U-Connect and all electronic equipment now work completely trouble-free. So until today we did not regret the purchase decision for this second car no day, started z on the contrary, please keep on like this… VG

  • Purchase advice new 500C

Hello. We are currently planning for my wife to buy a new Fiat 500C. New because, just as she imagines it, there is no young used or daily registration available here. I notice, however, that with the daily registrations, which are a few months old but have not run anything, some gross discounts are granted, probably also due to the model change. Nevertheless, I am worried about a later residual value or about the money, which is in the meantime The calculated 500C with all possible comfort and back costs 24.500 €, as re-import 22.500 €. Is then after 4 years and 40,000 km a residual value of 10,000 € still realistic, if they after the customers after the daily registrations after? We are test driven not the convertible, but the normal one. The was pleasantly quiet, how is this with the closed fabric roof? The presenter was the 1.2 with 69 HP. We courageously crossed the 105 HP variant, in the brochure I then with I’m afraid that this is a 2 cylinder motre with turbo-charge, because my motorcycle engine is bigger. How is it with sound and vibrations and susceptibility? Otherwise we would be positively surprised by the driving behaviour, the little one drives like a big one, space is really good at the front. Would anyone be discouraged from the convertible here? Or from the 105 hp version or the mini engine with turbo? We never had a Fiat and we don’t want to put 22.500 € in the sand? f Your opinions and recommendations. Greetings Markus

  • Fiat 500 TwinAir Year of manufacture 2016 – Radip reception problems with Uconnect 7 inch

Hello, we got our new Fiat 500 TwinAir in September 2016, with the Uconncet 7 inch radio. Everything works, except for the radio reception neither analago nor Digital (DAB). Sometimes the radio reception goes for 10 minutes. If you restart the engine, however, the radio reception does not work for the entire journey to 90%. Traffic radios are always running. On the side of my car dealership, the antenna and the radio were ready to be replaced. is still standing, currently we have driven so 7800 km. Since I am rather frustrated bim, I have hope that someone else knows the problem in the forum and can give us a tip…… Thank you Frank

  • Winter tyres for Fiat 500C – recommendation sought

Our youngest new addition to the family fleet, the Fiat 500C (1.2 8V, 69 HP, EZ 07.2016, currently 600 km), will also want to be moved in winter, namely on normal-sized winter tyres 185/55 R15 82T. When searching for tyres, I regularly base myself on the available tests, for example here http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…tests-2015-im-ueberblick-t5468935.html . However, since the test results can only be transferred conditionally to other sizes, tires can also be used on different rides. testify to different behaviors, now my question: Who can – from experience with winter tyres in the mentioned dimension on the small Fiat 500 – recommend or advise against certain products?

  • On-board power supply fiat 500 Dualogic

  • Fiat 500C – Automatic. Purchase advice, known defects, pay attention to what?

Hello! Our Smart Cabrio comes slowly into the years and maybe we need more seats. The car size for the city should be as compact as possible and a convertible should be anyway. Therefore, the 500C came to mind (and I like the 101-hp-ige ). First of all:the automatic is a must. What experiences did you have with the 500C? What would you recommend? What should you pay attention to with a used 500C? What additional equipment makes sense? Thanks for your help! LG
