Moin people, My mother has a problem with her Fiat Doblo (1,4l petrol engine, 2005). When the engine comes to temperature and then you have high speed (as for example when crossing the country at 80km/h upwards) the yellow engine control light starts to light up (according to the manual, it stands for an error/problem with the injection). Her screwdriver first meant that it is due to a cracked cracker, so bought a new crusher with cat and lambda probe and bought (the prices for this are su However, the problem was still there, then spark plugs, ignition cables and ignition coils were replaced. Allegedly there were error code for the ignition in the error memory. However, the problem still exists. That the problem with the indicator light is connected with the engine speed I found myself during a test drive ( unfortunately I do not live nearby). I therefore think that the problem is probably actually what with the injection system (mixing preparation) Are there typical errors or do you have to do a “traditional” troubleshooting, where you have to work slowly from the air inlet to the air filter to the injection system, as well as from the tank, over fuel filter to injection system and possibly even further over valves to the cylinder, through??? I hope here can help me jmd., my mother has put far too much coal into the cucumber, without which the error was removed and financially standing she is not well there as a pensioner. Greetz

Fiat Dukato RV Start problems
Hello, our camper has a problem. We were on the road and filled up our half full tank in the Netherlands, because the diesel was quite cheap there. Before the tanking process the WoMo ran perfectly. After the tanking we could drive 400m, the Fiat shook, took no more gas and went out. After that nothing happened. Two years ago we had a problem with the pump, which is in the tank, had these directly suspected…. but after knocking on the pump, as it was shown to us 2 years ago by an experienced mechanic (at that time it worked), did nothing more. After a few hours had passed and a tow truck came, the mechanic was also at a loss, did some tests, but it did not work. Towing could not be done either, had no towing device as trailer. At the top also did not work, because of the overall height. So since he had to leave us then we tried to start again ourselves, At once it went again and we were glad to get away from the thoroughfare. So we got again 5km further, when we got again the signs that he wants to go out, we quickly rolled into a side road to the edge. Have tested the fuel flow before and behind the diesel filter (newly a few weeks ago) which ran. So now came a new tow truck from Germany and towed us to his workshop. Now the car is there and they find nothing. W If it’s cold, it runs, it gets warm, it no longer takes gas. Cash receipt indicates diesel, gas station says pump was also filled with diesel. So now our Latin is at the end. Who else has something to offer? Thank you in advance for your thoughts, Marion

AHK disturbs PDC
Hello together. Since I found my problem in other forums, but still I don’t work with my Doblo, I’m addressing you. I have a rigid Ahk (brand Auto Hak) with specific 13pin cable set (brand Jaeger), so matching plugs, check control and PDC shut-down attached to my Doblo on the weekend. Everything is tested and works as it should. However, if I plug off the trailer, the PDC reports a permanent tone, although behind the Aut o nothing is located. (The trailer is pushed away and the car is horizontally on the asphalt) The fault here is the hook of the coupling. If it is disassembled, the PDC works as it should, the hook is attached to the permanent tone. I tested the sensors for function (tick if I keep my finger on it) I tried to adjust the sensors (doesn’t go there plastic with snap function) I checked all plugs and cable connections again, also those of the PDC since I have the S The pen in the connection box, which is responsible for the rear fog lamp and the PDC, has not been suspended either. I called my Fiat workshop and the problem is unknown. According to this workshop, the PDC is not reprogrammable or similar. Even the manufacturer of the Ahk is not aware of this. If I hold the two internal sensors with my finger, the continuous tone is gone, but the other sensors then also work. no more. I don’t know any more advice. Do you have any idea what else I could do? Thanks LG

Doblo – Seven seats
Hi all, I’m looking for a new car with my wife right now. Criteria are seven seats and sliding doors. She currently likes the Doblo the best. We’ve been to a dealer, but not only didn’t have a 7-seater, but also said that he has never sold one himself. So the problem is that I can’t find any information about how it’s solved. If the seven seats are in there, then it seems that you don’t have a trunk anymore. Is the trunk large enough for normal use? I’m talking about a weekend purchase now. Or at least put a folding box and a few drinks crates there. Can I still expand the seats if I want to transport something big for example? I imagine this quite stupid when the seats are folded in the back and the seats of the back seat are also. A level You won’t have a lot of space. Thanks for a few answers

I despair of the Ducato
Hello, I would like to briefly summarize “my life” with the Ducato. I drive a Ducato box van 250l, 120 Multijet, BJ 2007, about 170,000km today. With about 60,000km bought. After I have: – div. front windows – all ABS sensors – ABS control unit – throttle valve – ARG valve or as the thing is called – headlights – burst diesel filter housing by now come still problems – with the ZV (can’t get the car occasionally over the remote controls (the white varnish leaves off, except for the primer) – gear problems 4th gear – the car could not be closed – rear doors that grind on the bumper and now rust from below (could not set Fiat) – stinking air conditioning – inside black mold in the corners of the partition – a sliding door that usually goes very hard at the first attempt to push it up and The next stroke comes!! If I brake normally, the right turn signal starts to blink!!! If I brake easily, it doesn’t happen. If I turn the right turn signal for a long time, the lamp control light starts to light up and the flashing noise gets faster. I have to look again if the turn signal flashes faster. If I turn on the left turn signal and then brake, then the turn signal starts to blink again. Ais, next to the normal flashing sound of the relay, to make noises. My guess is the right rear light. Here can actually only the “brake signal” with the “blink signal” meet. Has anyone ever had such a problem before? Greeting Dirk

Fiat Dukato as a camper and everyday car?
Hello, we are considering the purchase of a box van, which we can use for driving as well as as as a camper. I would build the equipment myself, so that it can be expanded quickly, if necessary. There are many box vans and combinations of different manufacturers, where almost all have an internal loading space height of approx. 137cm, at the normal roof of course. How high is the Fiat Ducato in the interior of the cargo space? Is that enough to stand bent? Thank you for all the suggestions…

FIAT Doblo cable break tailgate – Info which cable is wanted for
Dear Forum members, my good 4 years old Doblo 263 has a cable break in the tailgate cable harness with countless problems up to the not working rear lock. But I have changed almost all for silicone cables (not: 2x the very thick, 1x a medium). 3 cables were completely off (the thin ones). But there is still one phenomenon. If the tailgate is open, the lock works quite normal. But if it is closed, one hears the electric sound of the unlocking door. ngsmotors, but the lock remains (mostly) too. For this the windscreen wiper moves a piece. Often only after repeated attempts the lock then works. Second phenomenon: When I operate the rear windscreen wiper, the warning light “Heckklappe open” lights up as long as the wiping process is in progress. However, since I do not know which cables it concerns, an information would be great in this regard. Maybe someone has a plan with the color/function layout of the individual cables. It would be much easier to find the mistake. Thank you for it!

Doblo Cargo 223 BJ 2009 Rust problems exhaust ?
Hello forum members, I’m new here and this is my first post. Since March 2017 a used Doblo (BJ 2009) is my own. It’s a dealer car. Since the exhaust system was heavily rusted before I took over the car, the complete exhaust pipe was replaced by a new one. It looked tipiop on the chopping day (new exhaust stop) I looked at the underbody again last WE and hit me. The middle part of the exhaust system (40cm) The exhaust pipe in front of and behind the coroded exhaust piece, however, look perfectly fine from the outside (steel paint). How is this possible? What would you do in such a situation? Is it useful to cut out the rusted 40cm piece (welded with the rest of the system) and replace it with a new pipe piece? I’m afraid to start to rust the two welded exhaust pipes in front and behind the rusted piece (if you Is the exchange of the corroding exhaust piece of economic nonsense? (the rusted pipe piece is still solid, fortunately) Say: Should I leave the plant like this and react first when it leaks and then replace the entire plant? Has anyone had any similar problems? I somehow suspect that the dealer has used a rusting pipe piece already inside. Or is this phenomenon to be explained differently? Maybe someone can help me. Photos follow immediately. Doblo goes off again shortly after starting
Hello, I have a problem with my 2001er(?) Doblo. I started it today, ran perfectly for a few seconds, I was able to drive up the speed normally. Then the speed went back to approx. 1000 u/min, stayed there for a few seconds, no matter what I operated the accelerator. Then the speed went to the half and then the engine went off. I could not start the engine any more. Everything organs helped nothing except that it stank to Diesel. If I want to wait a bit and start the engine the engine gives a short jerker of itself as if it would come and then that was it again. I had that once a few months ago. But then it went on again. Do you know what it might be? Greetings
