Hello to all…do you also have problems installing the map update in the car…Followingly happens: – USB stick plugged in – map update “Maps” selected – the queue starts to run After a short time the display “map update failed”. USB stick I have the same as before with the other updates. Who has an idea.

Hello together, today during the tyre change, feedback to the summer tires: back 3mm, front both 1mm!!, left. The summer tires ran just 10000km thanks to Corona. According to dealers, this is a well-known problem with the hybrid, because the axle at the front is not adapted to the requirements E-drive, and it comes to extreme wear. DS is already working on the problem and the corresponding recall. He also offered a culling rule. Usually keep my Summer tires otherwise about 40,000km, even then with the C5 Biturbo V6 with sporty driving. The DS7 is a nice car, but the whole hybrid theme makes a very experimental impression. 5x manufacturer recall in 1.5 years is already a lot. Martin

The manuals make certain limitations to the motorizations: In DS4 and 308 the cold protection is multipart, while for 408 and Astra there is only a smaller version for the lower area. Hello, I have recently looked at a well-equipped DS4 as an annual car and made a short test drive. It was a DS4 PureTech 180 Performance Line Plus. I already read some posts here in the forum, but so many posts are not. Are there positives like negative experiences with the vehicle (generally) and the motorization(interested me especially) ? What should I pay particular attention to when buying? The operation is a bit “different” and for me not t absolutely intuitive, maybe I just have to deal with it more. I have not yet found out the true meaning of the small screen, except the navigation card to “zoomen”. Thanks already for feedback.

Dear community, I’m interested in buying a DS4 130ps diesel. I’d like to get away from the VAG Group at last. So, now to the Problmatik. The said vehicle stands in Vienna and has more than 1 year new car warranty with option for further warranty extension. According to the sales consultant, I have to make all warranty cases and inspections at a DS store for the receipt of the warranty services (it’s clear anyway). DS stores exist however only in a handful of larger cities in Ö. I would have to drive 1:30 hours to the next DS store for every problem. This problem scares me off a bit from a purchase. I don’t mind driving far for inspection once a year. But if there are problems that run on guarantee, I imagine it very tedious. How do the other DS drivers do? Is DS only worth it in the big city close to the store? How vulnerable are DS cars? I quote the sales consultant: “DS is premium like BMW and Mer cedes, this usually does nothing but the annual inspection”, I do not want to rely on one sentence. ^^ And another question on the subject. Do I have a Peugeot dealer in town who has DS cars as a demonstration car on the premises. Do all customers who choose DS now drive here every time 120km to the next DS store for inspection and repairs? Hello I have a question about the audio system in the DS7. We want to order our DS in April and are not quite sure, because of the audio system, whether the higher version in connection with the better glazing compared to the standard audio system is worthwhile. Hey guys, I’ve got to get myself a DS 7 crossback in a couple of months as financing It’s definitely going to be the BlueHDI 180 with the Opera interior. Massage function, sitting ventilation, pano, ambient lighting & night vision will be on board. Currently I drive the C5 Tourer HDi 165 Exclusive with luxury equipment & the EAT6 and am super satisfied with the car except for a few small things ( from the 2nd to the 3rd gear it’s sometimes so that the gearbox “slips” and the n 3.th gear pops in). Material Technical & Usage Technically, the car is great. The Frenchman also has space How is your experience/opinion about the DS 7 Crossback & the EAT8 ? Are there diseases of what I need to know ? How is the engine running ? How is the transmission switched ? Is the trunk just as well usable as the C5 Tourer despite 6cm smaller from the length ? How do you get along with the “touchpad ? Electronics problems ? Would I be happy about your experiences, at least cost et the car 30,000€

Ok. The incident has been three weeks ago. Temperature at -10 degrees. In the morning (previously 10 minutes pre-climate, battery at just under 80%) start button pressed and instead of electric motor the burner wants to start immediately. WILL! However, the engine stutters, no gear can be inserted, the engine goes off and the error message appears in the picture. 4x partly repeats with waiting time in between. Always the same. Service called, ADAC comes, replacement car also. When the tow truck came, the tow truck was d I was the burner in the street when the almost new car was on the tow truck. All were behind the curtain. Also the workshop could not find out. They read out and additionally checked all plug-in and hose connections. The friendly asked still if I could not park in a garage in the cold. *hüstel* Since then the car runs without problems. Next “construction site”: I drive almost always in comfort mode. So hybrid. The battery has (yes, in winter) is the range about 30% lower) now at 100% only 22 to 24 km range? That’s not normal, right? Otherwise I can’t complain about the car.
