Hello, I bought a Fiat Punto year of construction 2012 from a Fiat dealer. At the beginning there was no problem, the first 3-4 weeks the start-stop system worked quite well. But for some time the car stopped. To my driving profile: I drive daily about 15-20km in city traffic without traffic jams to work and also back 15-20km. Once a month there is also a pure highway track of about 600km. The car is perfectly maintained check booklet and there are no control lights. The day before I was at the dealer I drove also these 600km on the highway. This has read out the error codes (No available) and the battery tested (also without fault or fault). After the approximately 600km long highway ride the battery should have had a charge level of about 50%. The dealer said this is already correct, since the light engine does not charge the battery but only the battery needs to charge, which is also consumed. However, because the battery has such a low charge level, the voltage is too low to activate the start-stop function, the dealer has recommended to buy the battery for regular battery charging.

Change complete exhaust system
Hello, I have to change the exhaust systems on my daughter’s 500s. One problem is that the car is about 300km away. (Do I need special tools? Is there something where I have to pay particular attention to it?) I was told that I have to solve the rear axle to change the exhaust system(or have to let off) Next statement, for this car there is only one connected system. I find two and three-part systems for each online spare parts dealer. Has someone changed only the endtoprf? The exhaust on our 500s is actually one-piece and is torn off exactly before the endtoprf. Car doesn’t start / wobble contact?
Hello, I drive a Fiat 500 0.9 TwinAir Turbo 85 hp and for a week I have had trouble starting the car. It’s not the battery, but a part of what is installed directly in front of the battery (see photo). If I wack it/it moves the position decides whether the central locking/other power supply in the car and starting the engine works. But it also seems to adjust again and again, so that I wrangle about it with almost every start. Unfortunately, I don’t know about cars, what do you call this part? Hello everyone, I wanted to get to know how drivers of the vehicle in the title of the consumption looks so far. I have already read some statements and also test reports about it and there is talk about 7l-8l/100km everywhere. Also with fuel monitor an average of 7,2l/100km is achieved and a minimum consumption of just 5,9l/100km. However, I can not quite believe this information, especially considering the fact that the vehicle is moved with us with 5,6l/100km (city traffic, country and federal roads) and even has potential down. What do your experiences look like in this regard?

Punto Evo AU failed
Hello together, I was yesterday with the Punto Evo (1,4 petrol) of the friend at the TÜV that she had increased 1.5 years ago.Unfortunately there was no badge because he did not pass the AU. Lambda value too high and CO value too high. (No error code and no indicator light on) Now I was in 3 workshops grossly inquire.One says certainly exhaust system leaks appointment in 2-3 weeks free to look up. 2 says completely check it speaks for false air but date is possible at the earliest in 3 weeks. Car does not go to final speed
Hello new here and you since my last hope. Have the Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 8V of my acquaintances here in “care”. The following problem: car starts super running quietly, but as soon as you give full throttle the engine does not go over 3500 turns and charge control lights up briefly, then breaks down and game starts again from the front. Fiat 500 retrofitting cruise control (Mod. 2016)
Hello, because I have not found any concrete contributions on the topic of Tempomat here or in other 500 forums, I would like to start here. Maybe someone has already successfully retrofitted and can give tips. Starting point: Fiat 500 69 PS (EZ: 29.12.2015 – Modell 2016) No Tempomat, no Limiter In various Fiat forums you can find one or other report, that with existing limiter the steering pole switch has to be changed and you have also the Tempomaten. Another report says that the cable for the steering pole switch was already available and only by installation / plugs the Tempomat function could be retrofitted. With eBay now for ~40,00 EUR a lever has been fired, one can try it out. Of course, with our 500er no plug is prepared. Now the question arises, how much effort (time/cost) the installation actually means, without at the Fiat-Stock-Stick a small fortune to burn it. I leave this here at times so. Evtl. has actually got some tips. Craft skills and technical understanding would be given. Otherwise I would like to contact the assembly unit.

Oil pressure tell-tale
Hello, if I turn on the ignition at our Twinair from 2010, the indicator for oil pressure and overtemperature is not on. I know this from all cars, that these lights are all visible once and then go out. Now the manual also says: Quotation: When turning the ignition key on MAR lights up the indicator lamp (for versions/markets, where provided) but must go out as soon as the engine starts. Can it be that for our model this is not intended? If these lamps don’t turn on, then it means that you don’t see it, for example, if the oil pressure is not right.
