  • Fiat 500 TwinAir Year of manufacture 2016 – Radip reception problems with Uconnect 7 inch

Hello, we got our new Fiat 500 TwinAir in September 2016, with the Uconncet 7 inch radio. Everything works, except for the radio reception neither analago nor Digital (DAB). Sometimes the radio reception goes for 10 minutes. If you restart the engine, however, the radio reception does not work for the entire journey to 90%. Traffic radios are always running. On the side of my car dealership, the antenna and the radio were ready to be replaced. is still standing, currently we have driven so 7800 km. Since I am rather frustrated bim, I have hope that someone else knows the problem in the forum and can give us a tip…… Thank you Frank

  • Winter tyres for Fiat 500C – recommendation sought

Our youngest new addition to the family fleet, the Fiat 500C (1.2 8V, 69 HP, EZ 07.2016, currently 600 km), will also want to be moved in winter, namely on normal-sized winter tyres 185/55 R15 82T. When searching for tyres, I regularly base myself on the available tests, for example here http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…tests-2015-im-ueberblick-t5468935.html . However, since the test results can only be transferred conditionally to other sizes, tires can also be used on different rides. testify to different behaviors, now my question: Who can – from experience with winter tyres in the mentioned dimension on the small Fiat 500 – recommend or advise against certain products?

  • Fiat 500C – Automatic. Purchase advice, known defects, pay attention to what?

Hello! Our Smart Cabrio comes slowly into the years and maybe we need more seats. The car size for the city should be as compact as possible and a convertible should be anyway. Therefore, the 500C came to mind (and I like the 101-hp-ige ). First of all:the automatic is a must. What experiences did you have with the 500C? What would you recommend? What should you pay attention to with a used 500C? What additional equipment makes sense? Thanks for your help! LG

  • FIAT 500 Recommendation Newbies 1.2 or 1.4

Moin Moin, actually comes from the Audi A4 Forum. My wife is currently driving a polo with a 1.0 engine. Now we would like to buy her a FIAT 500 soon, but can’t agree with us with the engine is the 69hp or the 101hp the better one? We know about the extra power. Your consumption values, would be interesting anyway. The car should be used by my wife to work and she has a distance of about 15Km on the highway. What can you give me about the engines and al Tell me a lot about the FIAT 500? Would I be happy about answers and your experiences. Happy sunny Sunday to all of you.

  • Fiat 500 newcomer is insecure ?!

Hello dear forum community, my wife has chosen the FIAT 500 after a long search. He can cost up to 6,000 €. Of course we first Googled and searched forums but this article has made us unsure:Fiat 500: Used car test — 31.01.2015 Now we are about to write off the Fiat… or is there still hope? We have no idea which year of construction with which engine is most reliable. Generally we know almost nothing, only that the small car is well off Are there certain models? Models that can be excluded? What do we have to pay attention to? Or rather a Twingo?

  • Fiat 500 polterns front axle…what are you…

Hello in the round: again and again there is talk of a grim front axle, mostly on the left. We bought a 500 with almost 23000 km as annual car. Unfortunately this is also a topic at our “Caruso” 🙂 So far the cathedral bearings, cross handlebars and the Stabis have been exchanged. All left….without success. Now on Friday is the left shock absorber. That is the 3rd attempt and I would like to give the Mech another option on the way, as it was already said: “After that I am mi t my Latin at the end”. Any ideas, something about the steering? The whole meetings always end with the hint: “I do this and that and I’ll get back to you…”, but unfortunately this is also 3 years ago. Who has effectively eliminated this polting and if so how…? Many greetings

  • Buy new Fiat 500 – which engine?

Hello Forengemeinde I plan to buy the new Fiat 500 as a second car. Drive it in the country and regularly 2x the week 60km to work. Here it is about 15 min country, 15 min city and 20 min highway. Have driven the engines 69 and 85 hp. Would both be enough, as I do not need the car to heat. It is more dependent on the decision 2 cylinders or 4. Also regarding the durability of the engine. Fuel consumption does not seem to matter much or? What do you think? Thank you for your tips Michel

  • 500C (extreme) leaky rear window seal, if applicable exhaust gases in the interior

Hello everybody, we’ve been having our new 500C for 3 months now. This one makes us a lot of fun but unfortunately has such a “small” problem. We have always noticed a relatively bad air in the car and have become stunned where it probably comes from. In the search we found an extremely leaky rear window seal. That this should not be 100% dense we have already found out. But with us this is really extreme. You can use it without pressure when the cover is closed. Now our guess. Could this possibly also bring exhaust gases into the interior? I could still imagine it while standing. But it shouldn’t be during the ride. I put 3 photos (2 times our car, 1 time an example seal of any 500C) and a video. The video is recorded in the stand and also shows the whistle if you set the ventilation to level 2 and higher.
