Guude ihr Leud, last week i buried my Fiesta MK III 1,3l with the recycler and decided for an annual car of the above type. But now i have some questions about the focus, because i am still mentally strongly fiestarized. And these are “only minor” different*gg* So, point one would be the trunk lock, it has happened to me now 3 times that i am standing at the traffic light and my trunk has unlocked by ghost hand. Is there an explanation for this? I don’t want to have that on the highway. Luckily it only happened in the stand, but it stops the traffic. Point two. Since the focus is already beyond the 25,000 km, I wanted to animate it, of course only warm driven, sometimes to the maximum performance, however, it has from 130 only badly accelerated. At the driving destination I looked at the air filter once and found it strongly augmented. I would like to know if it is really only the air filter, which will be tomorrow l changed, or can there be more? There was no message in the on-board computer and no message about a lamp in the amature board. Point three. Sounds stupid now, but do I get the matching warning triangle only at Ford, or is there any other dealer for? My previous warning triangle is about twice as big as the trimming in the trunk floor pretends. And I hate nothing more than when something stupid is fooling around in the trunk. Greeting Alexander

Hello all, I am actually a faithful BMW driver (323ti Compact) but this year I want to buy a new car. The new one should also be compact and sporty. And there comes the ST as well, because price/performance is great. Have only read good about it here in the forum. Now to the open questions… Does anyone have a list of equipment with prices? Or does a suitable link? What have you paid for (with accurate equipment would not be bad)? Can you no ch choose other rims? These standard ST rims are not so my taste. Yesterday I got my C-Max again after the LPG conversion. Now it falls on me that the residual kilometer indicator in the on-board computer normally counts down although I drive with gas and now the yellow lamp has approached at 80km although the petrol indicator shows 3/4 full. What is going on? Does the on-board computer only calculate the restliters based on the distance and does not notice that is taken from the petrol tank nix?

Hi The dealer said it makes sense not to stop the Focus ST immediately after stopping, a minute is waiting for the loader. I suspect that it is about the thermal backflow, the loader cools down a bit (lifetime). Is this also true for leisurely city traffic for all trips or only after the spores have been given to it? If the loader is actually supplied by the engine oil circuit, are they plain bearings or ball bearings? a loader of the company KKK, has jemad the type at hand so that you can learn more about this component? Hi her “forddies” I wanted to buy a new car in the middle/end of this year and I also had the ST in mind, because the price setup of Audi is slowly but surely too expensive for me. But back to the topic. I definitely wanted to buy my new car at least a new chassis and 19 customs duties but there is actually little to nothing about it. Wolf is still quite alone when I see this right. When I think about the focus, there was really a lot in the area and since I live in Saarbrücken you can of course see quite a lot of it floating around here. Do you think you should give the market in that area 1/2 year or have you heard something more concrete about what and who produces what. Can you put the St deeper without any problems (about 50mm) and without further work put 19 inches on it? The St is already something fine ex works no question but a little qualitative self-styling must not be missing either. dear greetings Florian

Hello , now it’s so far have picked up my ST on Friday. No delivery delay or similar. Of course I let it go slowly and am quite satisfied with the purchase of the ST because I ordered it without a test drive etc. just like that. Don’t have ncoh much KM on the tacho because I was tensed in time but I noticed some things and wanted to hear if it is also with you or maybe also stöhrt. – Find the sitting position simply too high for a sports car, seats but are very pleasant and offer good side support. – restless driving behaviour in the lower speed range ( a kind of jerking ) – Ford should have quietly laid the ST a bit deeper or ? – interior pleasantly processed with nice details. – understeer and restless behavior of the steering at extreme speed Now don’t hit it immediately but what tank do you ? Hello 🙂 I hope someone can give me some answers to my questions…somehow I find it hard to find complete wheels for my focus ( year 01 ). Maybe I have to get rid of something before: 3 weeks ago I shot myself at Ebay complete wheels, actually everything was right, except for the press-in depth ( I know…seehhr important ). Were original Ford rims ( allegedly also for all Focus ), but well… did not fit, ET was 52,5. Now the actual questions: In my approval, the tyre size is only 185/65 R14 and the rims are only 5.5Jx14 H2 ET 43,5 or 47,5. If I look for exactly this assembly, I’m still looking for it next summer. Can I also drive rims with a lower ET value? E.g. ET 18? And can I also drive tyres 60R or 70R, 6 or 7 J, R15 or 16? I know that I have to have them registered (or when do I have to and when not). These are many questions at once, I know, but if I only have a p Aar get answers, the selection will definitely be bigger. Thanks already in advance to everyone. After about 2 years of Mondeo TDCI time I will order my Focus ST next week. As I have already read in other articles, a test drive with this car is almost impossible to get. After about 10 calls to various dealers one of them was able to make the car available to me for 15 minutes; however, only with the dealership boss on the passenger side 🙂 Well so far so good. After the test trip I had noc h a few questions, which the master could answer only unsatisfactoryly. Therefore, I now turn to you with my questions and hope that you can help with: 1. The Keyfree system: How does this system work with the ambient lighting. If I understand this correctly, the ambient lighting is there for me to facilitate the way to the car at night. With a radio remote control I can still explain this if I press the button 10m before. But how does it work? The same with the overall closing and opening function. I know the function from my Mondeo. However, I have to press the button on the remote control longer for this. 2. Everywhere I see the ST in electric orange. Does any of you have a picture of a silver ST? 3. Reserve wheel. In the test car was a spare wheel in the trunk. However, the trunk looked very small. With the tire kit the boot floor is just as nidr ig? So, basically instead of the spare wheel? 4. Does the Bluetooth preparation work (which works for 290,00) and the Sony MP3 radio with the Sony W800? What are your experiences with the Bluetooth system in focus? 5.
