  • Power loss of new FoFo II 2.0 TDCI

    Hello, since last Friday we are proud owners of a new Focus 2.0 TDCI DPF. Unfortunately the joy was attenuated right after the collection by the dealer, when after a few kilometers after a restart suddenly no more power was available and we hardly got away from the crossing. The car could only be operated with low gas, because as soon as more gas was given the power was gone and the car was jerking. After a new start the problem was however again The next day, however, the dealer who could not detect any error with the diagnostic device (told some of the air in the diesel line). Today Sunday (with 150km) the same problem occurred again! Did someone already have similar problems? Thank you, Wolfgang

  • Hole for towing eye

    Hello, today wanted to register the RSC front apron for my focus. However, I did not think that the towing eye is now covered. Of course, the part was not entered, but the examiner said I can come back when this is done and then I get the registration without paying again. So I have just dismantled the apron just now I’m facing the problem that I don’t know where to drill. Can someone help me there? Is there a trick with the I find the right place?     Buenas stilles, yesterday I had my first test drive with the new FF ST. All in all, I liked the ride. What I noticed negatively was the high fuel consumption. The dealer wanted then also nothing to beautify. ” Such a “strong” engine needs well and likes its 13-15 liters”. Is the Ford technology so far after the others? At the moment I drive a 6 Zyl. BMW with about the corresponding output, only I never consume over 11 liters, since I can do what I want. What does your experience say? As far as equipment is concerned and the car itself, I can’t complain at all, just cream. What does the insurance take? I think a simple 5 cyl should not consume more than 10 l. Always assuming you drive a normal cut. If I’m not mistaken even a turbo is installed that should seem sprite-saving in my view, right?   • Several questions about the Focus II Trend Tournament 1.6 TDCi

    Guude ihr Leud, last week i buried my Fiesta MK III 1,3l with the recycler and decided for an annual car of the above type. But now i have some questions about the focus, because i am still mentally strongly fiestarized. And these are “only minor” different*gg* So, point one would be the trunk lock, it has happened to me now 3 times that i am standing at the traffic light and my trunk has unlocked by ghost hand. Is there an explanation for this? I don’t want to have that on the highway. Luckily it only happened in the stand, but it stops the traffic. Point two. Since the focus is already beyond the 25,000 km, I wanted to animate it, of course only warm driven, sometimes to the maximum performance, however, it has from 130 only badly accelerated. At the driving destination I looked at the air filter once and found it strongly augmented. I would like to know if it is really only the air filter, which will be tomorrow l changed, or can there be more? There was no message in the on-board computer and no message about a lamp in the amature board. Point three. Sounds stupid now, but do I get the matching warning triangle only at Ford, or is there any other dealer for?     Hello all, I am actually a faithful BMW driver (323ti Compact) but this year I want to buy a new car. The new one should also be compact and sporty. And there comes the ST as well, because price/performance is great. Have only read good about it here in the forum. Now to the open questions… Does anyone have a list of equipment with prices? Or does a suitable link? What have you paid for (with accurate equipment would not be bad)? Can you no ch choose other rims? These standard ST rims are not so my taste.   • Left-kilometer indicator spins

    Yesterday I got my C-Max again after the LPG conversion. Now it falls on me that the residual kilometer indicator in the on-board computer normally counts down although I drive with gas and now the yellow lamp has approached at 80km although the petrol indicator shows 3/4 full. What is going on? Does the on-board computer only calculate the restliters based on the distance and does not notice that is taken from the petrol tank nix?

    Hi The dealer said it makes sense not to stop the Focus ST immediately after stopping, a minute is waiting for the loader. I suspect that it is about the thermal backflow, the loader cools down a bit (lifetime). Is this also true for leisurely city traffic for all trips or only after the spores have been given to it?     Hi her “forddies” I wanted to buy a new car in the middle/end of this year and I also had the ST in mind, because the price setup of Audi is slowly but surely too expensive for me. But back to the topic. I definitely wanted to buy my new car at least a new chassis and 19 customs duties but there is actually little to nothing about it. Wolf is still quite alone when I see this right. When I think about the focus, there was really a lot in the area and since I live in Saarbrücken you can of course see quite a lot of it floating around here. Do you think you should give the market in that area 1/2 year or have you heard something more concrete about what and who produces what. Can you put the St deeper without any problems (about 50mm) and without further work put 19 inches on it? The St is already something fine ex works no question but a little qualitative self-styling must not be missing either. dear greetings Florian
