  • Navi with power amp and subwoofer???

    hello people!!! I have a question! and that’s what I sold my old car(mondeo bj.98) and bought me a new car(mondeo bj.04 with full equipment)…so my problem!: in my old I had an mp3 radio where I had connected an end stage with subwoofer… now I have the touchscreen-navi and I don’t know if I can connect the end stage and the sub… one knows if this is possible or has someone done it before? if yes ! how to build it and what you can do u need…(price, expenditure large or small) am grateful for any answer!!!! lg huhsi

    Hello everyone!!!! I bought me another Mondeo 2.0 Ghia Automatic 16 V BJ 2/93 last week. He’s already my 3rd before I put him to me the seller did the §57 a check.   • Leaning at the 99er Mondeo 1.8l petrol

    Hello dear workshop consultant, my 99er Mondeo, 1.8l Benz. has for a few weeks been an annoying skimmer, i.e. between 1500 and 2500 tours and little gas rolling away is accompanied by more or less noticeable backpackers. The same in the stand and running air conditioning: engine runs round and shakes lightly. Without load you notice nothing. The workshop moved with the laptop and established defective Lambasonden heater (error p0135). esseser (was claimed), which did nothing. Then the harness rang through, lines pulled separately, further mass pulled: same error message, same error picture. Claim at the end: The PCM module must be new, makes 1000+ EUR. For testing purposes, one cannot use: they come out of the warehouse unprogrammed (wg. immobilizer) and have to be programmed, which only once goes on. Risk that it is not then, one does not want to take on itself. I also do not. Is (afaik) only there for the warm running phase. There must be something else. False air, some sensor macky, etc.. Candles are new, of course brought nothing. Ignition cable? Whether outside moist or not doesn’t matter, so it can’t actually be. Throttle flap pots I have ohms appropriate, could not detect jumps or dropouts. Range 1.5k – 4kOhm, depending on the throttle position. Has an idea how to here Is it possible to proceed systematically?

  • Cost of oil change

    I just asked some fFh’s, which costs an oil change for the 2.0 TDCi. all gave me the information by phone “you pay no wage costs, only the pure material.” although the owners are all in the unmittelbaren circle, the price fluctuates however between 78,00 and 95,00 euro. the question is, why is the oil with filter so expensive. does this oil have a special specification, or is the filter something special? besides, I ask myself, what is the one workshop for he takes more material, which the other workshop forgets that there are different prices for one and the same work. all owners spoke of 6ltr oil, so it can’t be because of it. otherwise he might have thought that one takes less oil than the other. :-))

  • Rust on doors / Dispute

    Hello, like so many I have serious problems with the unfortunately already typical rust on the door folds. I have it with my Mondeo on all four doors. On the left rear door even the varnish with primer has remained on a length of about 10cm on the door seal. Now everything is bare and rusts nice (top galvanizing!). After Ford had promised me an answer to the further procedure before Christmas, I finally got this week the message that the doors on I don’t agree with the solution at all. I don’t see it anywhere that a car in this peis class (NP about 30,000€) and one of Ford’s promised “extraordinary high quality” on the doors should be gammelt and only painted. What does it look like when sanding with the galvanizing? Do you look at black metallic color differences in the painting? Problematic can also become a resale. Price discount Selling a car in the price range where it was repainted at the car body. A protest with my dealer shows no success, because he is allegedly bound to the factory. I see here only the possibility of a dispute. Now my question: Has someone with the same problems resisted Ford, possibly even started a dispute. What experiences did you have?
