  • sorry- Mondeo TDCI – finally gone

Somehow I was sorry. I did a Mondeo Kombi TDCI with Ghia 2.5 years ago – buy reason, because a lot of car for little money. Basically everything OK, but constant trouble with the nozzles, 2 times adjusted, nevertheless corrosive engine jerking especially at speed 100 – haha, that one drives in D unfortunately more often. The climate automatic – a joke? Does the part really only know cold and warm? The same applies to the seat heating. Otherwise – problems with the brake caliper at the rear left – once a year new white l stuck. That was actually with the negative – the car also has its good: the built-in Becker-Navi – great! Space offer – perfect travel suitability – also perfect, if no engine rucksacks Nevertheless: I changed it 3 weeks ago for a Volvo V70 D5 – a little less space, but in comparison it has certainly been worth it. Too bad – would have liked to stay with Ford (although – I am not ?) – but from a car beyond the 30 kilo Euro I expect a little more. And now Let’s stone me!

  • Mondeo remains cold

who can help? mondeo BJ 1996 the temperature indicator always stays in the “cold range”, but moves something. Even after a long drive the heater only brings a lukewarm air. There is the thing with the 2 cool circuits that permanently runs the fan. I checked, even after driving the highway the fan does not run. why does this stay cold??? before someone asks, cool water is in there up to max. Thanks for all the answers

  • FORD THE DOING WHAT will never happen again

Hello so now the measure is full I have sent me end 2004 a mondeo tournament as a year-old car gleistet for “SCHLAPPE 23000€ so far so good BUT then problems with 1: o’clock went no more after just a quarter of a year warranty 2arkpilot box defective warranty 3:Navi antenne defective exchanged guarantee 4: Particles in nozzle problem injection warranty 5:coupling defective 1200€ verleisil after approx.50000km 6: Navi software defective 7:Parkpilot defective same as with 2 warranty 8: rust at driver’s door r and case room repaired 9: Ruckle at 2000 turns sofware and some part was exchanged…. still don’t know what you can still do 10:Flugrust without ende statement workshop is like that for every car…. CLASS New price 36000€ 11: Navi dvd was already outdated more than a year ago probably still in warehouse…. was exchanged on colanz So and now comes 12: Again no navi signal again antenna foot want the really approx.130€ plus installation salmon number 13:Si tzheizung driver’s seat defective costs for material approx.14€ plus installation So I registered with ford and described my problem your statement was: “We still do this on guarantee”So I thought that no cost will come to me. “We have to check however if customer services etc. was made at contract workshop we give up to 5 years colanz of course also the km-stand is counted…. I should get in touch with my dealer” which I also did and also required suddenly it’s I get 20 percent of the total rep. paid So wi said find I take salmon number approx. 350€ minus 20percent stay for me about 280€ over this car stands more than I drive in workshops around And then I find such a “exciting OFFER” find I ridiculous if you don’t let customers test or otherwise if the customer tests you should also scrape rep. that’s my opinion how you see the oh yes this bargain is BJ 12.2003 and has 58000km down Is for the list Betrechtich could be already a few km more if this not always had something that is the 3 first and also the last of the sentence agrees because everyone with ford continues and with train home

  • Quite loud wind noise at Mondeo MK3 year 2001

Hello, man, now I’m already posting for the second time… Madness! I’ve been driving my 2001 Mondeo highway several times lately and what’s really annoying to me are these wind noises on the side windows. Now I’ve been thinking if I’m supposed to build on them with such stupid plastic wind deflectors, but I’m not sure if they bring the desired success, namely a quieter driving noise. Has any of you already done that? What would that cost?

  • Report in the current ADAC

I have just read the report about the new mondeo. just the conclusion: “No doubt: the new Mondeo is the best car that Ford has developed in the last 10 years. With its agile driving behaviour, excellent steering, unrivalled space and attractive prices, it is a recommended alternative to the established (and more expensive) competition.” There are also MINUS reviews in the report, such as very bad sight to the rear, push buttons hard to read, for the time being no automatic, but 2.0 TDCi for 26900 euronen?? doesn’t sound bad. wait and see what kind of child disease he has

  • Mondeo TDCI 115PS – Tuning Question

Hello guys, I bought such a tuning box around 199,- Euro, which supposedly promises 27hp and 42Nm more power, as well as the further advantage that PS/Nm can be adjusted by means of adjustment wheel, in order to be able to minimize the power a little while with too strong Russbildung! But the instruction is very spartan I have the following problem, on the note only says above: “Box between the plug of the rail pressure sensor hang” I read everything in the manual, but there is never anything of a rail Druchsensors described, respectively mentioned where this is located! Maybe someone can help me here, where the thing comes to? Thank you

  • Day-time running light

Is it possible to activate the day running light at Mondeo year 04/2001. It looks like this is already available. Even the corresponding backup is available. In the workshop I was told that this could only be done via a software update. To do this you need the software from a Scandinavian Mondeo. They could not get it. But like in other Treads, save me the gabble about the meaning of the day running light, I want the technical solution. Ralf
