Hello forum members, have bought a transit with 220 Tkm from a dealer. When buying, the dealer told me that the valve cover seal was renewed because it was leaking and otherwise everything would be fine. Vehicle runs very well. Idle running constantly at 850 revolutions and top speed is at 150 to 160 on the straight. After 3000 km again pushes a lot of oil out of the valve cover seal. What’s the problem? The old familiar flaws such as main-beam automatics and problems with the rear camera have been fixed. However, the following problems remain: 1. The seat squeaks – is there anyone else like this? 2. Doors “shepper” 3. The camera sensors hit the front 3 from the left (i.e. from the 4 sensors the middle right), although there is nothing. …For the back I got a new camera with the first complaint?! 4. Radio transmitter is “delayed” every now and then when restarting or another . The snoring of the seats and doors makes me crazy, the seat sounds like a good slatted rust:-(Otherwise Top Karre!!! Planned: a) Chiptuning from upsolute.at from 155 to 190hp or on 435NM. Hello, I have a Tourneo Custom with 125 hp. Unfortunately, you can notice very strongly that it is somehow again and again at artificially retracted limits, which is very bad. Because I already have the impression that the engine could easily do much more. I also find the Vmax limit a little too low for me 157 kmh. I also have the impression that the car could easily do more. My question would be which possibilities of increasing the performance or removing Begrenzun Bzw. who has done what and can report on his experience? Are there also possibilities directly at the Ford dealer? It would also be important for me that there are variants in which one does not lose the warranty on the engine, or that one gets a guarantee from the provider of the tuning for it.

Hello everyone, The Tourneo Custom and the Transit Custom in the car version basically have two batteries. I would like to know how they are connected. Simply parallel or is there a separation relay that prevents both batteries from being empty when you hear a lot (& loud) radio? Furthermore the question: Does anyone already have a schematic of one of these vehicles? I have created a new topic, because the electrics is just a separate topic. Hello together, since yesterday my transe (Euroline with air conditioning, see signature) the air blower only goes on level 3 (max power). Today I checked if I find the preresistances somewhere, but unfortunately in vain. However, since the blower switch is a really big module, I suspect that the preresistances are integrated with it. Can anyone possibly confirm that, or is there a relay integrated with it? Finally there is also a Security for the blower elais!?! Or can someone tell me where I can find the resistances? Hello together, since I have unfortunately not found out (some threads are already a bit older and without concrete solutions), I try my luck with you. With our 2 year old Ford Tourneo Connect the socket in the trunk was dispensed with. Enquiries at an authorized Ford workshop as well as directly at Ford did not bring the desired success. Only by the hint with the hidden line I found this and made an socket on it. Unfortunately missing (although ) the wiring up to the battery or fuse box. At the point where the fuse should come in for exactly this socket, there is only 1 pin (minus pole?), the main line stops somewhere. Therefore the socket broke and the fuse does not succeed. Ford signaled to me that you do not know (exactly) how the cable runs. Ford himself referred me to the workshop, there even threatened me at that time with the removal of the internal covering and that the fun nevertheless I have the feeling Ford has dispensed with this in a van quite important socket so that they can collect well during retrofitting. Also, assume here from different methods of the workshop. One is honest and/or has a clue, closes it briefly not so much, the other istvoder makes on ignorant takes the half car apart and makes a thick bill. Can please help me please? Thank you in advance. A nice hello to everyone here, drive a transit Euro 6, EZ 05.08.2016, current mileage 66500 km. My car shows all 4000 to 6000 km oil change required. Has been done up to the 60000 interval already 3 times with countless updates. I had the 60000er done correctly, but at 66000 the problem was already again. Does someone have similar problems? Besides, my bending light exploded on the left (glass shards lie in the headlight) and can someone tell me if I am there can install any H1 with 55 watts.

Hi, I have a new project again. I would like to install a double-din radio (including other loudspeakers as well as subwoofers and amplifiers) My question: 1. Are there double-din radios which can be operated with the Ford steering wheel remote control 2. Above all the language choice would be fine or… 3. 3. Is there a double-din radio where this is not important – because it also offers a function like this? 4. Hello to all here in forum. I have been offered a Ford Transit, first registration 05/2008, 2,4 ltr. TDCI, 103kw rear drive, mileage 350 000km long distance. Evidence has been changed: exhaust, gearbox incl. clutch at 330 000km, wheel bearing front at 340 000km, oil consumption at speed 120 – 135km/h on the highway allegedly 1/2ltr. to 20 000km. What are your experiences with this car and what intervals are intended for changing the control chain?
