  • Presentation and planning of a used Nugget high roof

    A friendly moin to the community, I am Chris from Paderborn and plan to buy a used Nugget high roof in the near future. I am the current model Nugget Plus last year for rent and am absolutely impressed by the room concept. I like better than the VW Cali. On Saturday I will look at 2 Nuggets (short version) at the dealer and test drive. Both were completely serviced at Ford. – BJ 06/2008, 150,000 km, 2.2 TDCI, 131 hp, switch, EUR 25.000 – BJ 03/ 2010, 164,000 km, 2.2 TDCI, 140 hp, switch, EUR 27,000 Which nugget would you recommend? Is the price reasonable? Thank you in advance.

  • Tourneo Custom 2018 Pipes while giving gas

    Hello together, I have a Tourneo Custom BJ 2018 2.0 Diesel that gives noises when giving gas whistles. V-belts have already been changed and the spinning roll should be OK. The workshop said the whistle noise would come from exhaust gases whistling past the cracker seal. Has anyone had this problem already and can give more information about it? Greetings David

  • Ford Transit jerks under full load

    Hi, I have the following problem with my transit year 2010, 2.2 Cdti, 85kw with meanwhile 320,000km: As soon as you come under full load and over 2500 rpm, you have the feeling that the engine has temporarily no full power for a few seconds. It accelerates, then takes away the power for a few seconds and then it is full again. The strange thing is that once the power is temporarily gone, the hand brake symbol lights up. If you go off the gas and drive only with half a car As or less, the performance is normal and the symbol does not shine. Brake fluid level is fine and the transit brake is also normal. MKL or the like is not on either. Thanks for the answers.

    Hello together I have now since August a Tourneo Connect Sport Bj. 2024, he has the audio system 6 and I would like to improve the sound possibly active sub or similar, someone knows if there are suitable adapters for plug and play to capture the signal, maybe someone has had experiences with it or maybe also has pictures from the plug behind the radio, would be happy if someone knows something.

  • High consumption for Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi Diesel

    In the evening, I have problems with my Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi Diesel 100ps (built in 2016). I had a problem here: https://www.motor-talk.de/…/…oher-spritverbrauch-t7449547.html?… I had a marten damage in January/February, which had bitten me the turbocharge air hose and as a result I had no more power. I had the damage removed and the bus has again steam. However, I still have one in my eyes. ø9,2L/100. What bothers me is that I can drive with full tank filling between 800-870km, originally before I had the above mentioned damage I was able to drive over 1000km with a tank filling. What also seems funny to me is that I shot on the highway at constant 100km/h on straight distance around the 11L. I had changed a new air mass meter (Bosch), a new AGR valve and the diesel filter 3 weeks ago, but no better g. There’s nothing in the error memory, so you don’t have a clue either. Maybe someone has an idea about what that might be, or if I’m just crazy and the consumption is completely normal.

  • Ford Transit went out while driving and stopped working

    Dear Transit Friends, our Sorgenkind is a Ford Transit, Bj 2016 180,000 km Transit l2 h2 2.2 Diesel problem : engine has run out while driving on the highway. Since then the engine doesn’t go on. Sometimes it goes on briefly, but always after a maximum of 5 seconds drains again. Has someone ever had the problem and can give me tips ? Error memory is empty. No error like DPF etc. was displayed.

  • Ford Transit 2.2 TDCI 100 PS presses a lot of oil through the valve cover seal.

    Hello forum members, have bought a transit with 220 Tkm from a dealer. When buying, the dealer told me that the valve cover seal was renewed because it was leaking and otherwise everything would be fine. Vehicle runs very well. Idle running constantly at 850 revolutions and top speed is at 150 to 160 on the straight. After 3000 km again pushes a lot of oil out of the valve cover seal. What’s the problem?     The old familiar flaws such as main-beam automatics and problems with the rear camera have been fixed. However, the following problems remain: 1. The seat squeaks – is there anyone else like this? 2. Doors “shepper” 3. The camera sensors hit the front 3 from the left (i.e. from the 4 sensors the middle right), although there is nothing. …For the back I got a new camera with the first complaint?! 4. Radio transmitter is “delayed” every now and then when restarting or another . The snoring of the seats and doors makes me crazy, the seat sounds like a good slatted rust:-(Otherwise Top Karre!!! Planned: a) Chiptuning from upsolute.at from 155 to 190hp or on 435NM. Cost ~500€ (always re-refitable) b) Sound system (hi-low adapter on the radio, each 2 new door speakers, sub + power stage ..costs around 130€. From soundzone.at

  • Performance enhancement, chip tuning, Vmax limitation

    Hello, I have a Tourneo Custom with 125 hp. Unfortunately, you can notice very strongly that it is somehow again and again at artificially retracted limits, which is very bad. Because I already have the impression that the engine could easily do much more. I also find the Vmax limit a little too low for me 157 kmh. I also have the impression that the car could easily do more. My question would be which possibilities of increasing the performance or removing Begrenzun Bzw. who has done what and can report on his experience? Are there also possibilities directly at the Ford dealer? It would also be important for me that there are variants in which one does not lose the warranty on the engine, or that one gets a guarantee from the provider of the tuning for it.

  • Tourneo or Transit Custom – Electrics

    Hello everyone, The Tourneo Custom and the Transit Custom in the car version basically have two batteries. I would like to know how they are connected. Simply parallel or is there a separation relay that prevents both batteries from being empty when you hear a lot (& loud) radio? Furthermore the question: Does anyone already have a schematic of one of these vehicles? I have created a new topic, because the electrics is just a separate topic.
