Hello dear people, today I brought my heater, Eberspächer D2L on my Nuggi Bj 91, 2,5 D, back to life … Drive the Nuggi now 6 years and my predecessor had shut down the heater …. For all those who want to point out this, yes, I know the 10 year regulation. Now to my problem: the predecessor had shut down the heater in this way that he removed the dosing pump of the heater, the pipes were cut, simply let down. l which goes from tank or diesel line to the dosing pump, was removed. Probably there is working with a T-piece there ? Or goes directly to the tank ? I know the thoughtful safety aspect of the D2L, that it only runs with full tank, or minimal half or something, to avoid that one does not heat the tank empty. But that would mean that it is not a T-piece but goes directly to the tank ? Long story short: Can one villt. take a photo under the car n, where the diesel is picked up ? Or describe it well ? Would be great. Dear Gruss Ps: Who asks why I want to know it so “exactly” and not just create a “new” place, is because there are also max. lengths of the conveying lines for the small dosing pump and I do not want to go below it, otherwise the thing may not work.

Actual power at the 2.2TDCI engine
Have you ever been satisfied with the performance of your transits? When I picked up mine I thought I was towing a 4 tons trailer? I had a Renault Trafic 2.5 dci 150 before and it was loaded more powerful than Ford with alleged 155 hp completely empty. Also this speed limit was such a thing. Known driving the same model and coming with the 15 inch winter tires at 142 km/h according to Navi. Anyway, I claimed the performance and after 2 days in Werksta dt, the statement is 155hp. So off to the test bench and what a surprise for Ford 139hp, the funny thing about it the owner of the test bench told me that is the 98 transit with the engine and no matter what power 100-125 or 155hp you buy it are never mentioned. Also I was informed (in the test bench people) that up to 10000km a drive-in program runs and only afterwards the power is fully available, just that it was already more at the time of the test. Ford Werkstatt ha V max control has also been deactivated, just like the AGR valve and now it runs almost like the old Trafic even if the suspension with leaf springs at the rear does not get close to that of the Renault, but with air-suspensioned driver’s seat it is bearable.

Transit Custom Kombi/ Tourneo Custom carrier
I didn’t want to have the foldable system (ex works). The dealer couldn’t show me a car with it on site. Thulé rods I still have in this car width. As far as the feet are concerned, Thulé and Montblanc still have nothing suitable in the program at the moment. I had written to both companies recently. Rhino Delta heavy load carriers are already available, but I doubt that Thulé accessories (for the classic 4-kant tube system in steel) fit on these rounded rods. to release with roof support?

Consumption of new transits from 07, high roof
Hello! Consider a new transit, FT300 high roof 2.2L 103 KW, 6 gear to buy, in the catalogs the consumption value of 7.4 liters combined or 6.1 liters outside appears. Can someone deny or confirm that? Would expand it as a Womo, so the weight would be approximately 2.4 tons.

Badway package / delivery time Tourneo Cennect
Hello, can someone tell me something about the “bad way package”. There is indicated “with underbody protection” Does this mean, without this package the Tourneo has no underbody protection ?? Does it make sense to order this then with? What protection is that then?? …and someone possibly knows as long as a new Tourneo has for delivery times ? Thank you

ESP expansion, transit year 90
Servus Community, with my ESP it really smells out now, at the adjustment wave above, so far it was only a little wet from time to time … I decided to seal the ESP myself at the adjustment wave, although the instruction by Uwe Reimann is very good ( for all who want to try it nevertheless, here the link: http://www.uwereimann.de/poel/esp-deckel.htm ). I would like to have my ESP completely resealed, in order to save some money, I would like to expand it myself. M a question: Is it enough to insert everything (as bein timing belt change, OT and NW, KW, ESP lock) during removal, or has something to be taken care of? What is it like afterwards when reinstalling, it is enough to bring the pump into the starting position, so as before in a fixed position? Or is everything different after the removal and the removal of the belt disc?

Xtl without clearance drive ?
Moin dear engine understanders, with me nearby is a score petrol station which offers Diesel Maxx100 (xtl) Ford has released the EcoBlue 1.5l engines from 5/2019 for xtl. My vehicle is built 2/2019 Diesel 6d Temp. I drove a tank filling diesel Maxx100. I didn’t notice much difference, the consumption was a little lower and the particulate filter has regenerated much later, otherwise it has driven quite normally. Can the fuel be harmful to my engine? What’s wrong with my engine? could be the reason that the vehicles were released from May 2019, but not before that? Couldn’t he tolerate the high cet number? Would you still refuel?

Volt indicator for cigarette lighter Tourneo Custom built in 2024
Does someone have a volt display for cigarette lighters that shuts down automatically. Or turns off the cigarette lighter socket in the dashboard after a certain time, themselves.

2017 Grand Tourneo Titatium – Newbie with questions
Moin, I finally have my 2017 Grand Tourneo Titatium (PJ2) here and still a few questions. Ford also talks about advertising, which can be flexibly interpreted. “Emergency brake light”: Does this mean that the warning flash system is switched on during full braking and nothing else? “Safety brake assistant”: Ping and Blink if you want to collide with something, and a gentle brake intervention – or does it pack to the full? “Heater, electric (PTC), front”: Cooling water becomes elek “Active City Stop”: Engine goes off and off at the traffic lights again, right? “Battery Management System”: What exactly does that do? “Train stop assistant”: Does the only noise or does it attack the steering wheel? “Tired warning”: Only coffee cups LED on or beeps or jerks in any way? Is the tyre pressure control system of a tire sensor that only detects over unequal rotations over the ABS that what is there? can’t be right? In addition, my Sync3 (V2.2…) reports that most recently updates were searched for via WLan today, but not if there are any. So doesn’t do anything in that direction. Shouldn’t something with 3.3 be current? Thanks already.

Engine control lights
My son drives a Ford Transit year 2011. Running power approx. 288,000 km. Engine was replaced after 120,000 km. Last year the turbocharger was renewed, the Russian particulate filter was renewed. On the way from Portugal the car stood in the workshop and the AGR valve was replaced, as the engine control light no longer went out. The car is absolutely normal, only the lamp is constantly lit. Now also the differential pressure sensor was changed. but the error cannot be deleted. The friendly meant that can be basically anything, cable breakage, ECU etc. Someone has an idea. I am grateful for every idea. The error code is P2463 Lg Sandra
