Hi people. Could not find anything here about my problem. Therefore a new topic…. Transit 2.4 diesel 140 ps mk6 box. My wagentur will feel 100 degrees hot in the inside room. When I turn the button on cold place happens nix. Still comes hot air. Background: Had a leak at the climate. Newly filled, all holes stuffed. At the test however nix has done. All fuses are intact. Compressor runs even when it is on. But since also in normal blower without climate only h hot air comes out I type on the switchgate which does not react when put on cold. Therefore the question: where does this flap/stell motor sit exactly? Seems to hide somewhere in the dashboard. The only part that would fit is behind a cover right in the foot room faheer side. I also have some pictures if needed. I urgently need help because I cook my legs away…. Since there

AHK at Transit Euroline 2011 with step and PDC shutdown
Hello together, I drive a new Euroline and would like to buy for this now also a trailer coupling. According to Ford, however, with tread level and PDC is not available. Now I have found at an online shop one of Bosal which fits on vehicles with and without tread level and has a vehicle-specific cable set. As far as no problem. But I would also like to switch off the PDC when driving backwards with trailer automatically. Unfortunately, exactly there is the point. I find though u Niversal sets for PDC shutdown ( from Jaeger ) but unfortunately nowhere information about the installation and connection in transit or even in general for this module. Has this been successfully installed here or has further information how I can realize all this? According to the Nuggetforum the PDC does not beep if no trailer hangs on it, however I would also like to rest while ranking with hanger. Greetings Hulkyoh

Decision-making aid leather or fabric
Hello in the round, We are about to buy a Tourneo custom. So far we have driven like a Touran Cross and were looking for a car with the same flexibility in the installation and expansion of the seats which offers more space, therefore our choice was on the Tourneo custom in length L2. The car should be dangerous in everyday life as a family carriage plus large dog and on holiday as a camper with tent. We camp/camp for about 20 years. So far it was not a problem sometimes on longer distances a nap Now we’re going to have an extension with a bed. We’ve already looked at really great extensions here in the forum and got lots of inspiration. Now we’re faced with a decision: fabric seats or leather? A Titanium X model laughs at us, but we’ve only driven fabric seats so far. Therefore, our question into the forum. What are your experiences with the leather seats at the Tourneo custom? In everyday life/when camping? We would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

Compression step driver’s side
I have already asked the same question in the thread “Inside panelling decommissioning”, but maybe those who can’t answer have read it there…So please excuse me if I ask again: Has someone ever expanded the step level on the current model (my is BJ2020)? Nothing seems screwed up here and I assume that I don’t have to decompose the B-pillar panelling, but only the panel around the lamp? Background to my question: I want to see if the control unit for the AHK is already in it. Underneath the vehicle is already the complete line set, including the short piece which goes under the step level…would be great, of course, if the control unit were already in it.

Lowering Sport Custom
Hello, After all the posts I have found on the topic from 07 are……sometimes a new attempt. Has someone already lowered their transit? And where do I get the necessary parts? Yes I know …. Is an NFZ but I have to put it in an underground garage more often and there would be a little less height already more. By the way, it just looks better! Greeting

Turbocharger, too low loader pressure
Hello I am new here and hope for help. I bought a camper last year. The base vehicle is a Ford Transit year 5. 2008, 2400ccm, 140 Ps Diesel FIN Nr. WF0FXXTTFF7P41163. Now to my problem: After some1000km the lamp engine control went on. So I read out into the next Ford workshop and the error (code P0299) and paid off 30 euros. Control lamp was off, everything great. Continued. After about 500 km lamp again on, but still continue after a few km the lamp was out again. I now hoped that the problem has been solved by itself. Pustekuchen. After about 1500 km the lamp went on again, not during the ride, but it did not go out after the start process. I returned to a Ford workshop, the same error (P0299 turbocharger- too low charging pressure). They wanted to change the complete turbocharger immediately. But if I refused to delete the error, nothing was wrong this time. After 2000 km of lamp on again and as before it did not run out after the start process. I did not notice any loss of performance during the whole procedure. Someone knows a advice

Installation Stand-up heating – supply via diesel return line
Hello together, I am currently expanding my second camper. This time, however, not with gas heating, but with a diesel floor heating. Many go over the tanker and expand the whole tank. That would be my alternative now, but I would prefer to implement the supply of the heating via the fuel return line. Unfortunately, in the construction guidelines I can’t see where this is located, over the pictures of the spare part it is a bit easier. 1. Is it possible that a friendly forum friend with BEMM will give me access to the certainty of where the line is located 2. Does someone have experience of tapping the return line?

Is the extension of the LTE modem (TCU_CPPM) on a Ford Transit, technically possible?
Hello together, since I have not received a competent answer to my question from Ford directly, nor from a dealer, I turn to you once, in the hope that maybe one or the other can give me a technically experienced answer to the topic. I am currently in the decision-making process whether to order a new Ford Transit van or a vehicle of the competition. Since I like the Ford Transit with a higher quality audio system (e.g. 21 or 24) However, the problem arises from the fact that the new FordPass system, which also includes a fixed LTE modem, is also installed. According to Ford’s CAN-BUS plan, this module seems to be an external module TCU_ CPPM on the HS4-CAN bus. (See attached diagram and legend) Is there now the possibility to disconnect this module and/or expand it without putting the entire vehicle in a paralyzed position? I already realize that this would mean that the whole APP-Kra m and the remote control, as well as traffic information and just everything that an Internet connection needs, will not work any more. But then the rest of the vehicle and also of the media center still works, or comes a permanent error message? If yes, can this also be programmed? In principle, one would eliminate the complete HS4-CAN bus with the extension. Shouldn’t technically be a problem. Cell Phone Passport Module (MODEM for CGEA1.3c), or the complete HS4-CAN BUS can be easily expanded without causing any major interference in the media center and the remaining vehicle control? I ask you not to start a fundamental discussion here, why you were right to freedom and do not want to be permanently monitored. It is just a technical question, if it is possible. And yes, I could alternatively simply use the standard Radi o (Audiosystem 12), where the modem is not installed from the factory at all, but if it is somehow possible, then I would prefer the other audio system. I am happy to get a positive feedback on this topic.

Ford Transit alternator
Hello dear ones, I’m asking for help. I’m looking for the battery charging control light on my Ford Transit Bus BJ. 2013, 2.2l with 100 HP EURO 5 engine when driving. Suspicious alternator failed. Now I’m thinking about installing a stronger LIMA. As standard, a 150A LIMA is installed. My idea is to install the 210A LIMA from Ford Transit Custom (2013 – 2015). This first custom model has the same 2.2l engine with EURO 5 installed, as far as I can see. Then the LIMA would also have to fit….? Optically on the Internet (purpose order looked) these look identical. Can anyone possibly give me information if this is possible? I would like to thank you for any feedback. My regards PS: I found a model of the 210A LIMA, where also the same number of ribs (6 ribs) are present on the strap disc as with my model. That would have to fit, right?

Ford Transit Brake wear and rust
Hello I’m looking after a larger fleet of vehicles, and I have now found that with all the Ford Transit we got new about 6 months ago already with running speeds of about 2500 km the rear brake discs on the inside show strong inlet tracks. and with a slightly older transit from the same series at 32tKm the front brake discs inside and outside are about 1mm and the rear brake discs are only scrap besides all F According to our Ford workshop this is normal and they refuse replacement. Our vehicles will also not overload or run nict under extreme conditions. Now I am looking for other experiences with these vehicles on this way thanks greeting Uwe
