  • Connect tachometer

Hello, I got a Ford Escort 1.4 GAL for my 18th birthday and already a lot of it converted and tangled around, but now I am facing a problem. The Escort had no tachometer and so I built in a new tachometer with tachometer, but now this tachometer still doesn’t function. Could it be that there is no connection between the tachometer and the measuring station? Also I would like to know where the line to the tachometer I would like to see a picture of the engine compartment or something like that, which explains the connection of the DZM. Gruss Bloodfire

  • Exchange problems with the Ford Sierra wire harness

Hello everyone. Have a really serious problem. Have a Sierra 2.0 DOHC 88KW BJ.90. Would like to install a wire harness from Sierra 2.0 Ghia DOHC 88KW BJ 92 and I encountered the following problem. A connection cable from the main wire harness (connection below the suction bridge) to the motor wire harness (from the motor usually 2 plugs, ener weibl, one male, with 8 contacts each) does not fit to the motor wire harness because it has contacts instead of 8 contacts 9 and is thus also larger than the plug with 8 contacts. contact(Both plugs maenl.) Unfortunately, I don’t have the power harness to the main wire harness. What do I have to do to make it work? I am grateful for any help I can think of.

  • Scorpio gear damage?

Hello, we have a 95 Scorpio, (2) 2.0 l. It now has a good 89,000 km down and has automatic transmissions. For some time now it has been jerking as if something was wrong with the rear axle and it was blocking for a short time. It feels like someone was driving up for a short time. The more gas you get, the worse it is when it is switching. In addition, it sometimes starts to seal while rolling forwards as if you were playing with the gas. Our Ford workshop said that it was probably a This is typical of the Scorpios. An independent workshop also said that it was a gear damage and the gear box was also d-effect, which is why the forward seal. In addition, it stutters terribly when braking. According to Ford a scorpio disease, the brakes had to be centered, it had something to do with the ABS. Before we had it repaired expensively, I wanted to ask here if with someone similar Problems with the Scorpio have occurred, and what else could it be? Greetings, amie75

  • Scorpio disease crossbar VA

With my first Scorpio I changed my crossbars wg of the emptied bushings at 150,000 – after that the driving was fun again…. – unfortunately the rubbers have kept only 50,000 – then I had again fluttering brakes – restless driving behavior….- … – new Scorpio – 160,000 same problem – have philosophized with my workshop about the problem – they know the problem – and also a crazy solution – they told me that was already a Sierra disease – and you shorten e infach die Büchse im Gummi – schon die VA no longer has a game… – especially with vehicles that are heavily loaded – like mine – big trailer etc. WHAT HOLDS YOUR DAVON?

  • Circuit fuel pump Scorpio BJ88 2.0 DOHC

Hello, have the following problem. There is no power on the fuel pump (or crash switch). I manually put power on it and the pump then runs perfectly. 12 V is on the fuse 11 (fuel pump). According to the circuit diagram (ADAC), the relay is BEFORE the fuse. This means that the relay should be ok. From the fuse to the crash switch, the 12 V would be lost. If the relay is behind the fuse, however, it could be defective. ue (somewhere behind the amature board) and check, maybe someone can tell me where in the circuit the relay is now sitting (before or after the fuse).

  • good by Scorpiofriends

So dear Scorpio friends. I bought myself a Mondeo MK3 2.0l TDCI today. I guess I’ll be mocking my hate-loved Scorpio now.

  • ST -Interpretation questions-

Hello, I have some questions about the Fiesta ST. 1) I want a black amature board, not this blue one. And since red is also not in question, does it have to be the leather package?! Falkenauge or Indian Saphier. Do both look quite similar, differences? And I thought the ST has a partial leather package series, is that then fullheather or where is the difference? 2) Decor aluminum center console Does one have a picture? 3) Automatically blinding interior mirror or even exterior beige l isn’t there? Tank blanket must always be unlocked with Schlüssel? If you have any other suggestions, always give it to Greeting Pascal

  • where is the voltage/generator regulator be Fiesta bj.95

Hello! I have an important question. My girlfriend bought a Ford Fiesta (lll, GFJ, Built. 95, 1299 sqm). After the car did not jump on the first time we charged the battery and it ran again a few days. Charging voltage was right. At some point the battery was flat again….my conclusion: accumulator broken! I bought a new one then. That went well then also a few weeks. Now the car does not jump on again. When I then measured the battery voltage, ic h me wondered. Something I must have done wrong because my multimeter showed me 207V!!! Already in idle the charging voltage is about 22V. After my experiences the voltage/generator regulator is broken. But where does it sit???? Have a book from 89`Bj. there is described that it should sit at the back of the generator. But that doesn’t look like this, and before I take everything together I wanted to ask. I thank you already in advance for every productive e answer!!!

  • Tourneo Custom heater

Hello together, maybe one of you knows a link to a reasonable description of the preheater installed from the factory? I somehow can’t do that. Especially when manual “start now”. There is always only the message “additional heating in operation” in the display, but no warm air is blown into the interior. Unfortunately, the manual doesn’t give much on this topic… Greeting rorrb
