I drive a Euroline petrol truck 2.0l BJ 1996 with 115hp. I also use it professionally with heavy trailer. Now it happens every few months that you have to push a heavy trailer backwards up the mountain to get into a narrow driveway. The process takes 10 to 20 seconds. Unfortunately, the engine has too little power and the clutch grinds along (otherwise it goes off). After that it smells terrible … Do I really think that this stench from the wear of the clutch k How often does the car do such a thing? Is this a great wear and tear or is it mainly just a smell problem? How do you value it?

Euroline brake drums
Hall people, My Transit year 2004 has had the problem since the beginning that the brake drums rub at the rear with stronger brakes. I was therefore already in the workshop, where I had been told that the rubbing would come from the brake distribution system and showed me a scrap of Ford. But when the rubbing did not get better, I went to the workshop again and they did something, what I don’t know. Allegedly the drums were changed, which I don’t believe. The workshop told me that it was on the tires, or if you change the tires, it was supposed to affect the drums. Has any of you had similar experiences. Everything goes with the ignition, radio light is all there, only it doesn’t start. The spark plug was new 2 months ago, I have the feeling that he doesn’t get fuel. Where do I start with the search? Hi, after our old small car was transported 3 days ago by a sniper into the tinned Jenseit I am looking for a most favorable transition solution at short notice. I have here an offer for a deregistered 92er Escort Kombi which has still a short year tüv, motorization so far unknown, has approx. 115tkm down and makes a solid impression from the photos from outside. What are the problems with Escorts this year of construction more frequently occurring, which the driving operation gets ephemeral or completely restricted? (e.g. injection, cylinder head (sealing), ignition, suspension, body, etc.) What should I pay special attention to during the visit? Idle problems
Hello people have an Escort Combi EZ Is 09.98/ 16V 90PS 206000km When I start all so cold it turns with a little bit higher speed which is normal! only the speed stays at approx.2000 revolutions until I have to wait longer at a crossroad and that even if it is already warm! that means driving 30 km in a piece the speed remains at 2000 revolutions, I have to wait at a crossroad as already written above the speed drops to normal! what can that be? Z And so I can exclude those are good! I’ve already changed the idle control valve! Then I’ve already disconnected the battery, didn’t bring anything! then I noticed if I give gas while I’m running the engine with open bonnet I hear a hissing as if it pulls air somewhere! is there maybe an air hose leaking? how many airlocks does the escort have, and where are the exactly? otherwise good car except the sorry rust problem what the Escort ha would be great if someone could help me further

1.8er 115 HP does not start sporadic! Who can help?
Hello I have a 97er 1.8 liter/ 115 hp Escort. The following phenomenon turns out to me 🙂 : car is in the shade, everything is good. starts wonderfully and runs round. car is standing for a long time in the sun without the engine already on before was so e.g. around noon and car was parked the day before. car does not start the first time at all, feels like a diesel has not glowed long enough. In the second attempt, everything works wonderful. in? Second problem: Suppose I turn the ignition, lights up everything that needs to light up. A quiet buzz can be heard briefly from the cockpit, which shuts down after about 1.5 sec. (petrol pump?). When the ventilation is on, I hear this too. Now to the problem: If I turn the ignition on another day again, everything lights up in the cockpit as it should, but the ventilation does not work, a short buzz from the cockpit is not to be heard and when the ignition is turned, nothing happens. No starter, ga r nothing! Lighting in the cockpit doesn’t go off. I do that about three, four times. Pull the key (there is only the red key) out of the ignition lock and at some point it works. So it’s not possible to reproduce! Maybe someone has an idea? Would be very grateful.

Hai people have the following problem. I recently looked at my DOHC 92` and had to find out funny whites that the two front springs are aggressively infested by rust. Since when is there such a thing? My question is actually what do I have to consider when expanding? because I have next month tuv and I don’t want to stress so I thought with that I just do other springs pure. is the best solution or?

female workshop victim seeks advice – motor control lamp
Hello together, here is once again a female workshop victim and needs expert advice. The engine control light in my Streetka (2004, 1.6l.95hp) went on and I drove straight to the next Ford workshop:1. Visit: Ignition cable & spark plugs as well as lamda probe replaced plus other toys like oil change etc. =700,-€ I drive with my Streetka from the yard immediately on the highway and after 50km the engine light burns again:2. Ford visit: Exchange Ignition coil =300€ So dear Kundi Now everything is fine – after 50 km the lamp is already burning again3. Ford visit: “Oh that doesn’t look good” Catalyst has to be replaced – 1000 € please. So, dear customer now is really everything in order – drive with empty account from the yard and after 20 km already this crazy engine control light burns again. Quickly bitten into the steering wheel and immediately to Ford:4. Ford visit: Now allegedly also the cylinder head seal is broken and Ford would like to now also for this again I meant that probably only now the real cause for the burning of the engine light was diagnosed. Ford thinks, however, that the new damage has nothing to do with the engine control light and this is a consequential damage ?!?!?!Does that mean? Does the engine control light really not burn in case of a defect of the cylinder head seal and do you know what legal possibilities I have? I am happy to hear from you!

Ka Heating controller blowers
Hi, hope it can help me. with the Ka from my wife the heating blower only goes, if the rotary regulator is turned to 4 and then also with the full speed.On 1,2,3 does nothing. Does someone, what could be defective here and where and how I get to the defect part? It is very annoying to run the blower on full steam. The Ka also has climate. For tips I am really grateful.
