Question regarding Fiat purchase
Hello dear Fiat municipality, I’m driving an old Ford Fiesta GFJ built 94 with 160tkm on the clock at the moment. But since I’m a frequent driver in the near future I have to do something different. So I’ve already looked at many different brands and of course compared the models with each other. I was/am looking for something that’s not too small and not too big. The performance should be right and the comfort should be given. And so I am after a long time I found out about the Fiat Panda and discovered the 100HP, which I immediately agreed to. I have already informed myself about the vehicle and found out that the Fiat Panda with this engine can easily take it up with a BMW118i and a VW with TSI engine. Furthermore, the car should bring the same performance as the Fiesta ST with 50hp more power! End speed of 185km/h are also in order, because 160-170 on the B Now I wanted to ask you if the Panda 100HP is suitable for long-distance use and if the comfort is right. Or would you rather recommend something else? Because what I’m worth it is a good seating comfort and a sufficiently strong motor for the motorway use, which also participates in a speed of 160-170 times. Blocked steering at the Fiat Croma 194 (2.2)
Hello together, read here in the Motor Talk several articles about problems with the power steering. My Croma year 2006 is since last Tuesday after twice blocked steering in the workshop and all are with their Latin at the end. Thanks to guardian angels I had no oncoming traffic when turning at a crossing, because the steering blocked and I came to a stop in the turn-off track of the opposite traffic. After this full braking the steering functioned again as if nothing happened. 5 Minutes later, when turning at another intersection, the steering again blocked. From there, the ADAC went into the workshop in the piggyback pack. When the engine was started to load, why was always displayed in the display “Inertial switch”, which had actually triggered even though there was no external reason for this. After that, the engine could be started and the steering worked again. The workshop could not detect any errors in the steering when reading the fault memory. Only the hydraulic oil level in the balancing tank of the power steering system was slightly below minimum (200ml filled up), where the missing oil has migrated is unclear, because no leaks could be detected, even the cuffs were dry. Fiat TESEO has proposed to the workshop to replace the steering wheel lock and the ignition lock, since a message was filed in the fault memory which read “sporadic ignition lock / steering wheel lock not recognized”. is informed about this incident in writing and by telephone, has not yet contacted the workshop or with me, even after repeated phone calls. Does one of you have an idea where the problem for blocking the steering is to be looked for? The workshop has now carried out several test drives with the vehicle, but can not detect any steering problems. Otherwise the vehicle is in a very well maintained condition, my confidence in the croma is several wheel bolt fractures (during the ride 4 of 5 bolts broken off at the rear right and 6 months later 3 of the newly used bolts broken) and a failure of the ignition coil unit during a ride on the highway with consequential damage catalyst dropped to NULL. The wheel bolt fractures were dismissed by the customer service, since there was no guarantee anymore and there was no damage to property or persons. Would I be pleased for relevant information.

FIAT has no power at all (battery is full)
Hello together I’m about to despair… When my car didn’t start after about a month of not driving, I assumed that the power in the battery is all. Now I’ve charged the battery, with the multimeter it now shows me 12.7 volts. Unfortunately, nothing happens at all, it’s only when no battery is connected. At first glance I didn’t find a bit of cable. Did someone have an idea what I can do or where I still have something nac can it be because these plates where you can see on the battery are not completely clean anymore? Friendly greetings

Fiat Ulysse JTD 2.2 ESP / Exhaust gas detoxification defective
Hello, was with my Ullysse in the washing machine and after about 10 further km the error message ESP / APS and exhaust gas detoxification system defective+ particle filters quickly possible regenerate. I then left the battery stuck off for a while. After again clamp and first test came only the message particle filters quickly possible regenerate. When the car was then really warm, the other messages also came back. After the message ESP / APS defective the car drives only with 1/4 power. Hello, I have problems with my Punto S, 1.1 55 HP, BJ 1996, KM 161000 Sometimes the first and third gears are only very difficult or not at all anymore and the reverse gear only crashes with force. 2. 4th and 5th gears are never a problem. Is everything totally strange. Sometimes it doesn’t work. Last week the clutch rope was renewed, so it went well for many days. Now the problem is just as described again.
