  • ABBREVIATIONS AT FIAT !!!!

    So I bought my GP in juni 2010, used with 13000km down, until the end of the last year had still factory warranty and still a year used car guarantee so until the end of 2011, I also got an INSPECTION snowed at 13000km!!! so until then everything was to be satisfied. now I was in dezember at fiat because 3 of my shock absorbers were kaput I had to replace them on guarantee everything so far ok Now it’s going on !: When picking up my car has me dei werkstad MEISTER pointed out that I should extend my guarantee because it expires on 1.1.11, then I told him that I have a one year guarantee which even stands in the sun blände (sticker made clean by the seller) on that he said nothing further and say it has to be extended, after that I made in January an appointment for the GARNTIE RENEWAL which only goes in connection with an inspection, so I gave my car on the date and said noc h mall that I want to make a guarantee extension in addition with an ispection, and the next day fiat called the same as in dezmber (werkstad master) and say: THEY BREAK NO GUARNTIE RENEWAL BUT THE INSPECTION WE HAVE MAKEN !!!!!!!! so I drove right there, my car at the time (19000km), and I should pay the inspection 328 € for an inspection that is not necessary at all only from 30000km I almost overturned and paid, then I have with the werkstad master speaking the said stop there yes the inspection is so present and wouldn’t be slim!!! OB WOULD I FIRST A BEFORE 6000KM HATE he did not say anything further there I was already mega angry, so my father went next day immediately (must work) and got himself at the waste and the promised also that he cared, and 2 days later came a little comfort price per post afree oil change, which does not make in my eyes the 323 € again gu t, father was there again and you only have a discussion, and with the words: the work and the material is in there comfort!!!!!!! have called now 2 days ago in the customer center and described the thing, they have reported themselves today and called where I bought my GB (Berlin Marzahn, Rhinstraße 165) and the in the center have said that they have a mistake under running. and that is now like this !!! what can I still do I think even a legal attorney in store Leten !!! what do you think???

  • Experiences Panda 1.3 Multijet

    I’m driving a Panda Natural Power at the moment. I’m really happy with the car only the gas system [because it’s not built by FIAT, the rest is trouble-free] is already broken for the third time. Car is EZ9/2008 and has only 41,500 km. Seems to be a real weakness [see also various natural gas auto forums]. I’m now considering paying my Panda to get me the Panda with the 1.3 Multijet Diesel. How are your experiences with this engine in the Panda regarding -Spr It consumption -Inspection costs -Repairs -driving behaviour [he should have a small starting weakness] Thank you for your experience Greetz Der Gaswart

  • fiat uno Bj.91 doesn’t start much practice seems bar insoluble problem

    Hi@all got a fiat uno Bj.91 from my uncle last week. the uno got 2 yesher but jumped on immediately. got a full acceptance. so now the problem: in the night from Friday to Saturday you got me the petrol hose that goes up from the filler nozzle to down to tank on cut and benzin tapped. So I drove about 20 km to get spare parts, was only a pump for the wash unit and a belt for the driver sitting and the benzin smartc h. when we changed my father and I the parts out the car didn’t jump any more. let’s start turning around otherwise nothing passes. have first looked for if someone else has poured gasoline in the tank but clean comes in the front also over all. then we looked if a spark of ignition comes nothing, and hir is that problem buried have all the safeguards checked no capput, ignition coil from exchanged nothing did have changed also the control mudul hir did sic h also nothing. I hope hir can help me further thank you in front of out

  • Leon = Delta II

    I drove with my friend last week with his DELTA 2.0 HF (5 doorr) into a parking lot. Then a driver with a SEAT Leon Cupra R stupidly emboldened us. “What is this box, did they copy my Leon?” I told him that the Leon probably came on the market after 94 (Golf Platfform etc…) and therefore actually the DELTA II is the original. He then explained to us that his car for this has a much better chassis, moto etc… (didn’t even have the DELTA II HF a 2l turbomotor had. Not to mention the electronic chassis. Álso with us it is quite curvy, we drove with the DELTA II (fagment setting on SPORT) the LEON slightly off through the curves. I emphasize easily, because the DELTA (although on Tipo base can be extremely curved, I also notice with my Delta 1.6 LE). He was of course powerfully eaten and told us that he hates FIAT in general etc… No matter. So what does your Alfasud design model for the DELTA II mean? the LEON is for me the simple copy of this great DELTA II. (can one actually copy cars so “extremely”?) I find the DELTA still much more beautiful, it has much more edges and fine beading (from the dashboard with Lancia logo which glows at night etc. still not spoken at all) LG

  • Uno Turbo squirts. ASSISTANCE!!!

    Hello Fiat friends, have a problem with my Fiat Uno Turbo 1.3 BJ 91. Ask for help and thank you for your efforts in advance. For some time now the Uno has been smoking quite out of the exhaust and smells quite unpleasant. When I go to work in the morning, everything is ok, then there is no smoke. As soon as the car comes to temperature after some KM the thing looks different again. As soon as I stand at the traffic light then it starts to smoke after a few seconds n, if I then drive again, then everything is ok. Even during the ride, when I drive without charging pressure no visible smokes. However, when I give gas and then change the gears, a strong smoke cloud comes out of the exhaust in the time and the backman certainly does not see anything more. Then it settles again until the next load change. A colleague said that the turbocharger is defective, but nevertheless builds up properly charging pressure, but sometimes more times less. (sometimes 2-3 tent el difference) Charging pressure is about 1 bar, have bought the car like this, with the charging pressure, but also seems strange to me, because the pressure should be about 0.6, I mean at least. Should the loader actually be over, what else do I have for alternative ones, because a used 1.3 he turbocharger is very difficult to find!? Do other turbochargers from other Fiat models also fit, without now great conversion something? Maybe also something with a little more Le istung?, but doesn’t have to be, would only be happy if the car still brings me good to work and of course also back again.   • Quo Vadis Fiat ?

    Moin, did you ever notice that German consumers apparently have no confidence in Fiat anymore? Although with a lot of advance on the market … I hardly see any new Fiat Pandas … Honestly, I haven’t seen a single one yet. Even Stilos are comparatively rare. Although much longer on the market than Astra H and Golf V I see more of them. What about the Idea ?! I’m just wondering if the car is even present on the market. Fiat … If so I think it’s a trust offensive due. Only over the price you can’t sell cars. MFG Kester

  • Fiat Punto – Investment ruin

    Hello everyone, drive a Fiat Punto 176, built in 1996, 55hp. The car has now run exactly 58000km and it was already a lot defective or worn out. 3x ignition coil, 2x spark plugs, electronic problems, brake discs, brake pads and then last month the clutch. The following problems I have now since the latest… In standing and driving (there is gas) it rattles very under the car. I guess it’s the catalyst. The sound gets worse every few hundred kilometers. It was easy and rare to hear. Now it is always when driving. Can it possibly be that the catalyst is defective? I would never have heard of this before.   • Punto 188: Problems with wipers

    Hello dear people, need your help until the next rain showers! In our family there is a Punto 188, year 2001, 60hp. The windshield wiper ratters more often. My father was then at Pitstop, they pressed the pole together with a plier. But the rivet which should do this is in my opinion firm. Pitstop as well as a free workshop mean that the WISCHRMOTOR with poles must be replaced for €240 + installation. I think this is a joke, the car has only 80,000 Is this the case with Fiat? Has someone here already had this problem and a tip ready or can recommend to me in the area Cologne a workshop which makes it a fair price.   • Size comparison Fiat Croma & VW Passat

    Hi Together, a year is around again and a new car has to come. Now I am thinking about what it’s going to be. Anyway, bigger and a little more comfortable than my now Grande Punto. Now I have found the Croma (Bj. 2006, Diesel, 150hp). I like technical data very much. How about the size. The dealer told me on the phone that it wasn’t really a station wagon… Now quickly the dimensions are picked out… and the car should be 4,75m long… not bad, an actual The VW Passat is only one to two centimetres longer. Only the Ford Mondeo Combi is a good 10/12 cm longer. Who has of you Croma and can tell me what advantages and disadvantages are on the vehicle. I don’t want to transport much with it…, but it should be big enough to accommodate luggage for 4 people and two/three weeks of holiday. Greeting Flo P.S.: In my vehicle choice I can only choose between the brands Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia – alternative ones such as VW, Audi, Renault etc. I’m not tied to these stamps.

  • Fiat Panda 1.2: engine oil completely black + increased cooling fluid consumption

    hello people, theme 1: black engine oil at 20,000 km service had changed with my panda 1.2 60 ps, gasoline, bj 2005, 60,000 km, timing belts u wp not yet changed!, (1/3 city + 2/3 highway rides), after the last service (40.000km) had an oil change again. the air filter was also not really dirty. the mechanic noticed that the motor oil (5w30 from the fiat service workshop) was completely black and looked like a thick soup. for the mechanic the k omic. from my own experience I know that the old motor oil is rather black to dark brown in diesel vehicles, but with the petrol panda it should be more normal-brown or? question: is it normal that the motor oil after 20,000 km is completely black in the petrol panda? topic 2: increased cooling liquid consumption since the summer I had to refill two times a little cool liquid (red liquid) since the coolant level slipped under the min limit. in the garage I found no e drip tracks or similar, which would close to an obvious leak. also I noticed no changes in the driving behaviour of the panda. maybe now in the winter the cold motor blows out a little more white smoke in the morning while exhausting. but not somehow noticeable. except in the garage the exhaust smells a little more than before. every now and then it knocks something in the engine room (in empty run), when the car is cold at the start. but it disappears again, when it is warm. then si and the quiet knock/knatter sounds in the empty run also away. question: can the coolant loss point to a later error in the motor? can the coolant loss somehow be related to the completely black motor oil?
