Christmas is the time of wishes. Usually these go in the form of a wish list to Santa Claus. Well, we’re all out of age and besides, this is a forum around the topic car and motor. But why not even pick up the idea and use the opportunity here instead of addressing the wishes to Santa Claus directly to Fiat? Since we are already in direct conversation with almost all manufacturers, the chance is great that your wishes are also read we rden. So if you had a wish, what would you wish for Fiat for 2011?

Fiat Brava 1.6 – NOT MORE DELIVERYABLE!
Hello guys, I have a big problem! My Brava 1.6, 103 HP, BJ 2001 has a defective control train. It is completely rusty. The hammer: The part is not available worldwide at Fiat anymore! I tried everything and made a phone call. Nothing to do. Only needed to expand the part with a vehicle user. In stock it is nowhere, because it is always snapped off during the engine expansion. Now I found one, about 50 km from me (near Ulm), which has an old Bravo The dealer gave the information, however, that from BJ 2000 a new part was installed, but I should try it. What else is not left for me … And all this with a 10 (!) year old car of the compact class!! That in Italy is driving like the golf with us! That is the upper joke that his like is looking for … If you have ideas or can help me further I am grateful for everything. Original parts-No.: 46754801 & 46754800 The car is top there and because of I hate to throw it away for a 30 Euro part. One thing is certain: I won’t speak of Fiat as positive as before … Thanks in advance

Fiat PANDA, some questions…
Hello for now, I’m new here but think you can certainly help me… I bought a Panda 1000 (Bj.92) and wanted to know if I could install a ZV with the one, I looked at eBay once and there was one, the salesman said she had to fit with me too, right? Besides, I started to clean the tail so I put away the Fiat sticker, went quite well. Only with the Panda 1000 thing there were bit problems, is clean away, but now there are 2 holes, how do I get rid of them best without sticking anything over them again? Just by the way, am I the only panda driver here? Thanks already, MfG

Timing belt flat at 55000km!!!!
Hello Leutz, I bought a Fiat Bravo from a dealer a little bit more than half a year ago. Everything nice and good, I am not an expert in car matters, but I was satisfied. Fiat Bravo SX 1.4, 75 HP, 8 years old but absolutely top maintained and only 47800km down for 3450Euro. I also had an inspection at this dealer AND a used car warranty with 2 years running time completed to protect me from unexpected repairs. I felt on the safe side, at least until the next scheduled intake at 60000 km. Unfortunately I feel different today… Last Thursday the Supergau!!! Timing belts torn, engine broken. Cost point for a repeater at Fiat: around 1800Euro!!!! I then called the dealer, and told him the facts. His reaction: reference to the used car warranty. However, this does not pay , since the timing belt is a locking part and therefore not among the insured parts to fi I now call the dealer again and kindly told him that the disintegration does not pay and I must now probably turn to him, because after all he, as a dealer also one year warranty, must give, regardless of the additional insurance. But the dealer turns himself out and rejects any responsibility!!! So is the momentary state of things. Here’s my opinion: According to the purchase contract, the dealer has made me feel that he has an inspection at the He should have noticed that the timing belt is porous and if nothing is seen, he should have changed it anyway, because according to Fiat the belt is changed at 120000km or every 5 years!!!!! The car is from 96 and the rhymes should have been changed in 2001!!! the car he sold me in 2004, the belt was probably never changed… Could you follow me???? Please write me what you think about it… Am I right or not? Greetings, Robert

More torque
Hello, have a Fiat Uno 1.0 i e (146 A) since yesterday and wanted to know how to get more horsepower or torque out of this car at the lowest cost A sports air filter brings a relatively minimal increase in performance, how does it look like with a sports exhaust? Can you make any fine adjustments on the engine? it is a 93ér BJ. I’ve only driven diesel so far and find that these engines with the same kw number pull us a heavier car (Seat Terra box) much better. has this model already such a real ECU where you can install a tuning chip? Oh and I still have a few hammer horns Borbet-Alus flying around here the ware on a Fiat Tepra on it that are 6Jx14H2 sizes would make sense or drive the car only 80? because there are 185 tires on it, but would also need an ABE for it Tüv is to break value to me.=) would be happy about effective answers mfg shreddi0815

Y: Performance increase from 60 to 101 hp
Hello! Novitec (I know, pharmacy…) offers a turbo kit for the Lancia Y 1.2 8V for about 2,700 euros, which is supposed to increase the power from 60 to 101 hp. Since I love my Y and want to drive it as long as possible (300,000 should it hold! I drive 70% long distance and give it all 10,000 delicious top oil! 🙂 ), my question: How much does such a performance increase go on the life of my beloved car? Should one rather leave one’s fingers of this kind? Many thanks for your Opinions and Greetings

Stilo Standlights for LEDs
Hello, I drive a Fiat Stilo 5 door, which is why I can’t use the Dayline headlights often used at Stilo (only 3 doors). Now I wonder if it would be possible and legal to exchange these light bulbs which are in these blue “cups” through bright LEDs (white, but also like blue for example). I would certainly be much cheaper than the 600 € for 2x Dayline and I like the effect even better. I saw this in a YouTube video, only there is the all Stilo modified so strongly that the 100% is not allowed to drive on Germany’s roads:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RrADbbrf8A The blue is the hammer! Does someone know what? I am grateful for every help that my Stilo discreetly spices up^^
