Hello people. Need here a Fiat specific. I have the prpblem with the venting of the cooler circuit. The following I have made: Cylinder head seal renewed with new cylinder head. Timing belts with Wapu New. Everything joined together and jumps super well. Problem: cannot be ventilated because water comes out of the cooler tank and temp indicator rises high !!! What can this be? I have now bought a new cooler the days still installed. Thermostat defective? You Rchfluss direction to the hose to the heat exchanger is there. On the hoses are si knurled nuts to ventilate but has nothing to offer. What else should I do? Can be net that it is so difficult to bring the system to ventilating. Tomorrow when the new cooler comes I will check the thermoswitch. Have the cable bridged fan runs. All a bit funny ……… thank you for tips Greeting Master Paul

Hi, so most people know my problem already ^^ My Punto always runs hot according to the display. It goes up to max. 1 line before red. The temperature rises then NOT ONLY, as soon as you use the electrics, e.g. light, ventilation, electric window lifter etc. and goes down immediately, as soon as you turn it off. Heat comes after approx. 25 minutes. The plant has now replaced thermostat, cylinder head seal and water pump. New Kühflusigkeit etc. The fan also starts. Nevertheless the Pr oblem. What can this be now??? Cooler possibly clogged by oil (zkd was burned)? That’s all I can think of.

Hello together, I have for 2 days the following problem with my Punto Sporting. So he stood over Christmas 2 days when I wanted to turn it on you already noticed that the battery is difficult, is still the first and at least kept 8 years. So immediately started On the way to the car parts dealer then my speedometer started to spin. At 70 kmh he started to twitch and is at zero. Next time he didn’t want to start at all. So the needle only twitches, but always stays at zero. New battery built in (now it starts again super) but the speedometer is still dead. The kilometer counter Funzt however still as well as everything else in the instrument cluster so control lights, temp, tank, speed meters I don’t know if the thing with the battery has anything to do with it that he doesn’t want any more. Therefore, my questions: What does the instrument cluster cost at Fiat ? I found some combi instruments on Ebay although not from the sporting but white dials don’t have to be if the part is new to expensive. Can I just expand the old one and exchange it for another or do I have to go to the workshop ? Are there only seven screws if I have seen correctly. My Punto Cabiro Bj. ́95 88PS sometimes doesn’t start and squirts sporadically during the ride…sometimes the fault light for the injection goes on. What can that be?? and here the detailed version: I have the Punto for about half a year and I am quite satisfied. After 2 weeks I had to make the ADAC efforts because the fuel pump had acknowledged the service. With a new (used) n) then everything was OK again and he was driving… A few weeks ago the red light for “injection” went on during the ride… but it also went off again. Since that time again and again with more or less jerks paired. And since about 3 weeks he sometimes does not start, if you have stopped briefly and want to start the engine again after a few minutes (e.g. after refueling). If you wait then 5 minutes, he starts as if nothing had been done. However, it was now one morning that ic He then checked whether: – Zündfunke is there –> OK! – Signal for the injection nozzles is there –> OK! so he closed on the fuel pump…and with a few hammer strokes the box ran again. Hi, I’m looking for a cheap second car. So far I’ve made my way towards Corsa, Clio, Peugeot 206 smart. You don’t get around the Punto as 188 JTD when searching. So my question: How durable are the boxes compared to the other brands. – 100km a day commuting distance – workshop costs? – Maintenance? I mean the years of construction from 2000, rather 2002 to 2007 (about 4000€ purchase price) depending on the km stand. What can you recommend me, or even advise against Fiat diesels?

Hello tosmamen, I recently had a slight hit at the front… Specifically, a headlight, bumper and radiator is damaged as well as the climate condesator and some bumps. Now I want to change the whole… however, the cooler incl. condesator with radiator is attached to a plastic suspension near the lock carrier (2 black brackets/mounts). These are hit in the accident and the cooler is now lying down – on a metal carrier which probably has to be attached to the lock carrier. The cooler is supposed to hang. Now I’ve been looking for without end but these parts don’t… know one where to get them?
