Hello, my Delta Integrale has suffered a turbocharger damage. For me the following questions arise: 1) Can you drive with it at all without affecting more parts? 2) Do you have to change the engine oil when installing the new turbocharger? 3) Do you have to drive in the new turbocharger? How best? Thanks for the help!

Question on the change of the ZKD
Hi, so after some have said here that my ZKD is defective, I would like to change tomorrow. We got two instructions from the internet, the parts are already here. However, I still have ambiguities regarding the instructions: 4. Flamm tube on the exhaust manifold, or alternatively solve exhaust manifold on the cylinder headWhat is the flame tube and where can I find the exhaust manifold? Never heard or seen before 5. Remove cables and hoses, as well as gas train on Mono-Jetronic, injection same questions, where is that, what is a mono-jetronic, where can I find it? 6. Remove spark plugs and cablesAnd again the same question, where is it about? 13. Airing the cooling system – completely turning on the heating valveWhere can I find it? – some versions have on the cooler and/or on the discharge of the heating hoses into the interior ventilator valves β these carefully open until only water comes inWhere can I find them at my Punto? – until the fan starts the How do I do that? And are there any other things you have to consider? I wanted to change the water pump by the way, but it says in the instructions “When installing the water pump you have to obtain a special sealing compound available from Fiat (loctite 270).” This loctite costs over 200 euros!!! Can’t you take something else for it??? Thank you for the answers in advance π

Croma 1.9 16V Mulijet with def. AGR valve
After 17,000 kM with the first one, after a further 14,000 kM, the second AGR valve was changed. At times, the Croma no longer took any gas, if you were lucky, it started with a little delay. In addition, there was a significant loss of power in the lower speed range. This problem is not unknown to the workshops and thus a new AGR valve was ordered directly. However, these are in a backlog with Fiat and you have to use a Until then, my workshop has closed the AGR valve with a sealing disc. The Croma runs as usual again, only the engine control complains now. I will also have the charging pressure sensor cleaned and talk to the workshop again about the retrofitting of the “hole plates”, which are probably offered by Fiat and should limit the exhaust gas return quantity. However, my master said, the AGR valves would have been revised and the new versions would no longer need these plates. So the arduous topic of the AGR valves with the diesels does not end. Let’s see if there really is a revised version and if it is better. Greeting Balu

1.2 Fire engine related to durability/robustness
Hello together! I would like to ask a few questions about the engine: Fire Motor 1.2 8V I drive the new Panda and there is also this engine in it. Now my questions: How long has the engine been available? Has it only been adapted to the exhaust emission standard? How does it look with defective ones? Are there weak points, (I think with the 1.1 with the cylinder head seal that burns away) How does it look with durability and durability? How can you improve the durability? I drive when it is cold, only up to 2500-3000 Tours and switch! And if you have any other infos, give it to me π Thank you in advance

valve cover seal or cylinder headd.
Hi, unfortunately, my engine “something” (fiat tipo 1.4 bj89) oil consumption / loss is about a half to 0.8 liters on 1000km the oil comes out somewhere about 5 cm above the ignition plug, is that the valve cover seal? do you think what would that cost in the workshop and what would it cost if it is the cylinder head seal? can the engine break off?

Lancia Lybra – Model modifications (years of construction)
I’m interested in a Lancia Lybra (possibly a 1.8). I’m interested in which years of construction there were special innovations or when there were changes to certain models. Is there a listing for this somewhere etc. because I would like to see from which year of construction should I look at the best? Have you got tips. THANK YOU.

Oil change indicator Panda 169 1.3 Multijet with DPF
Hello, otherwise I am at home in the VW KΓ€fer-Forum, but now I have a problem with my Panda EZ 02/2008 again: Oil change was done in the course of the 60,000-er inspection about four weeks ago, driving performance since the 1,500 km. Now the oil change indicator lights up. Mind you, not the service, but the oil change indicator. The service indicator has been reset, you can see when flipping through from the onboard computer. show the necessary change when the oil is consumed. But that after the short time? What could be the reason? Greetings, Manfred

Wait for new panda or buy the current one at an adequate price?
Hello, we play with the idea to buy a current Panda with 69 hp; Dynamic equipment should be it already. Price max. 9,000 EUR, daily registration. Or should you rather wait for the new one? ESP probably series, price with equivalent equipment will be probably so 12,000 EUR, I guess. TwinAir models again 1,000 EUR more. Area of use: Short distance with 10 % highway, highway. 12,000 km per year. Opinions, assessments? What would you do? Thank you and greeting.

Fiat 500 7000km and exhaust already rusted through???
Hello dear Fiat community, have confessed our Fiat 500 BJ 2008 to the first oil change. Then the friendly one that the exhaust is rusted and I need a new one told me. I get it new on Garntie, but what is that scrap, I need now every 7000km a new exhaust. And the best is still coming, I should also pay the rental car because the Mobi guarantee does not apply. So I find the outrageous of Fiat first they do not give any discounts and then they sell d Is there any similar cases here or am I here alone with this exhaust problem? Thank you for your answers!
