Hello together, about 1.5 years ago I renewed the brake pads at the front of my KA (accessories ). Since the pads are on it, it “cracks” every time I step on the brake. The new change on original parts also did not bring any improvement. When looking more closely, it was also clear where this came from: The pads have around 1.5 mm air in both directions and beat each time when braking against the coating carrier. If the rust had been violently attacked, I would still understand that. -But it’s not. Everything is fine from the brake performance. But the “crack” annoys me without end. Has the problem ever occurred or known to you !? Already thanks for your answers and experiences !!

New purchase KA – yes or no?
Hello together … after I have been thinking about buying a car for a while now, I ask myself with several models the question if it could be the right one for me … for almost 8500 you get the 2012 KA Champions Edition, which of the equipment has really everything you need … pricely I find the 8500 of therefore absolutely in order. I do not need a car at all, yet it of course brings you a little comfort and luxury. He would only be used for i Nnerstadtische rides and for an additional three long distances (200km easy distance) per month. Now the questions that ask themselves so … * what are the disadvantages of the KA? * which parts are vulnerable, which maintenance work expensive? * Which speeds can be reached with the KA? So at Fiesta I have terrifyingly bad view around the car and back … so pure from the design I would guess at Ka it is no different. * and finally … as silly as it may sound … can you drive the KA as a man? Coupling pan 98 Ford Ka
Hello together, I have a question about the clutch change on the Ford KA. Ford Ka RBT 98er 44KW/60PS key number 2.1: 0928 key number 2.2: 966 So now to my question / problem. I changed the clutch, i.e. central outlet + clutch disc + clutch machine. I noticed that the central outlet had a screw connection before and now has a plug connection. Thus, the non-return valve no longer fits the new component. I tried the Kupplu Can it be because I used the old hose and in the description I was in need of a new one that is slightly different from the new hose? What makes me stubborn, Ford probably still sells the old part even though you don’t get it anywhere. Maybe someone can help me, I need to know if I need a new hose or a suitable check valve. Hello dear reader ! I drive an old Ford Escort, Bj 87, 3 doorr, diesel 1.6, 180.000km. Unfortunately, yesterday another car with Karacho sailed in the back: rain – traffic light red, braked in front of me, I braked, unfortunately not behind me. The car is otherwise top maintained and has new tires / brakes / shock absorbers, etc. actually w I would easily drive with it for 2 years. What sums do I have to expect ? About to have a clue. sorry,that you have to read this now..but I’m doing my annoying air..I bought a used escort on 23.07.2010..tüv was made on 29.06.2010..so new..nun good..on 10.08 my brake control light lights up..seen..too little brake fluid inside..hmm..since the brakes were new at the front, I thought that too little brake fluid was refilled…so only on minimum..I was refilling something,but a stupid feeling remained..I to the workshop..says the, that complete bremsystem rear is rotted..from both brake cylinders the fluid runs out..a baking sass completely tight..back right I had a braking force of 50 kg..all in all was back in the ars….the car was not driven from the date of the new tuv.. first from me..where did he have the tuv her????the mist cost me 456 euro..but I pay the dealer home..he knew about it..there I am sure…tüv was of the kiss..in the afterward I know that a scissbude is..but before..naja..pech had..the plaque is worth the paper net..and who looks at the purchase already in the brake drums??????

Hello guys, I bought a Ka 1.3 2005 for my girlfriend, 60 HP 100,000, little rust !! The car comes from Austria, but bought it here in Cologne from a dealer, about 3 months ago !!! Extremely high fuel consumption

Sure, it is winter and it automatically builds up more, but I drove 340 km first and already the tank indicator is in the red area. Although I don’t really trust the display when I was refueling, I got in ONLY 32 liters. Did you also have such experiences?
