  • Ford Transit Brake wear and rust

    Hello I’m looking after a larger fleet of vehicles, and I have now found that with all the Ford Transit we got new about 6 months ago already with running speeds of about 2500 km the rear brake discs on the inside show strong inlet tracks. and with a slightly older transit from the same series at 32tKm the front brake discs inside and outside are about 1mm and the rear brake discs are only scrap besides all F According to our Ford workshop this is normal and they refuse replacement. Our vehicles will also not overload or run nict under extreme conditions. Now I am looking for other experiences with these vehicles on this way thanks greeting Uwe

    Hello, today my FFB came from Rattlesnake and has a couple of problems when I see the many cables it actually stands at which colors have to be connected zb red to +12 V but that tells me jetz net how to find the cable and how to attach it or brown to the parking light for the blinker control? where do I find that. there is position blinker in the cable harness li. to the rear. and is it also possible to unlock the trunk by remote control? in plan s Does at least something of cable color suitcase contact. has anyone ever done that from ecuh? what would that cost if you had it installed by nem profi? thx

  • Learn Waeco Transmitter

    Hello I have the following problem. ́ In my MK7 the previous owner installed the ZV from Waeco.. I only broke one transmitter and this one is broken down now, so that I can no longer attach it. It is a transparent transmitter with 2 black buttons. Then I bought a new transmitter from Ebay (but a black one with a blue and grey button) but I don’t know now how to learn the new transmitter?! I have already looked on the internet and And then there was always ignition on and both buttons press but nothing happened. Maybe someone has no idea where the control unit could sit?! I have already removed the door panels but, behind it everything was still original glued up to the top and from a control unit there was nothing to see! Would be nice if maybe someone could help me…

  • RS 2000 engine has no power! Built in Super Seven

    Hello, have built an RS 2000 engine into my Super Seven. To have 184 hp. My Seven weighs just under 500 kg, so that we then come to 2.72 kg/hp. So it should go helllike – so below 4.5 sec. to 100. On the first ride I was then greatly disappointed. He felt 100 hp too little. Guess he has about 70-80 hp max. 184 hp in the Seven at 500 kg – there must be a run through the frame – that must go off like the post office, but not like that. He does very well. He turns around. t also evenly high up to the speed limiter. However, he still has no power. What can I do? Today I disconnected the battery, solved the plug on the control unit and clamped both again. Supposedly, the control unit should learn again. Unfortunately, I came into the rain.     Hello to everyone. I’ve already written the vileicht the turbo is broken but jetzt I found something new rasu. And I noticed this morning that if you drive in 5 gears I can just 150KM/H. Now I wanted to ask if the normal is that you drive 150 KM/H at a speed of 4,000 revolutions and the whole in 5 gears. And then I still noticed if I drive in 3 gears the MOtor should still rule normally at 4,000 revolutions nevertheless or not. goes the even further up 6,000 and even more hope me the who can help further whether this is normal or not.   • Refreshing + blower switch

    Hello again had yes some time ago, about it written that with us the ventilation only goes to level 1 and 3. On level 2 nothing more does. have changed to it today blower switch and resisted, since it was suspected it could be with me the switch or the resistor.
