  • Engine has no power

    Hello, short to the vehicle: Ford Mondeo, Bjh: 97, 1,6l Petrol 16V my problem: The vehicle has no more power, the acceleration leaves anyway too much to wish for but it’s just a vehicle in which you get ALLES (full range PERFECT)! Causes suspected by me: leakage in the intake tract (I will check with a can of brake cleaner) Air mass meter->can you check this even without a tester if yes how? In the case of a resistance measurement between which Do I have to measure it? Lambda probe (Well, she just had Tüv assume she’s still iO! A big THANK YOU for your help!

    Moin people. So really get rid of it: Every beginning is really hard. The removal of an engine is really a SCHEI**!!! Ok. I tried it now for the first time and I think it will be the last time. Since the cracker and water pump are already gone, I thought I can now just here the few screws And now I’m totally pissed off! You’re going to get a fat LOB to all those who can do it!!! I’m going to get rid of it and then lift it with the trecker up and the gearbox out. Yes Schei** what, I got heavily on gravel*. Well, the end of the song is. The engine is still half in it, because I can’t get rid of either two screws between the engine and the gearbox or I can’t get in on two screws under the gearbox, because no lifting platform.   • When driving and light braking, the wheels block!

    Hi youngs, I have a very funny problem and only since before. When I was driving on the country road at 100 I lightly and only slightly pressed the brake and suddenly I put down a full brake! I look in the rear-view mirror and see a huge cloud of smoke coming from me! I was, of course, terrified that I never experienced what was going on there. I then let my father drive earlier and there was the same at 60 km/h! Clack and blocked! Does one of you know what this is all about? Will with it of course jetz ersma nichmore driving is clear … Please help me car: Ford Escort Bj 93 Bremdisks and brake pads in front are new! Have I changed before 3 months or so so they can’t be be case-by-case.

  • Scorpio MK1 – Require some repair prices

    Hello, in advance: I am neither a hobbyist nor an expert, just a lover of this car. It may be that some of the following repairs have to be carried out on a Scorpio MK1 BJ 92, V6 2.4 in a specialist workshop….. I would be interested in what these repairs including material would cost individually approximately to obtain a comparison or overview: 1. Change valve cover seal for the V6 2.4 engine. 2.   • Are Ford drivers suicidal?

    My Scorpio Cosworth just stopped while driving, did not take any more gas and then died. He was dragged to the workshop and after a long search it turned out that the wire harness or the insulation of the wires dissolves, pulverized or whatever it is called! Shortly before this breakdown I was on the B12 and overtaken some vehicles.   • Scorpio 94er 115 hp motor/optical tuning

    Hello I drive a 94 Scoprio MK1 and I wish myself a bit more performance when driving.. Would anyone have a good idea for this???? and someone has a clue what max. size of rims I get on my Scoprio… I want low rims 16 inches but I have no idea with the ET= press-in depth there only 38 allowed and find in every shop for all Scorpios rims but not for my (GGE) Thanks already

  • SUHE SUPERCHIP DOHC MK1

    I exposed my steering gear today, and look at it incredibly there is actually some blue SUHE superchip on it. Fixed with tape, it seems to shake away. Surprises sometimes ……….. What does the chip do with the DOHC actually do? Since I don’t know about it at all, I wanted to know if you can just pull it off, to compare it with and without a chip.

    Ka Klickert, Quitscht und und und und und und Hello have a couple of problems with my Ka Bj. 1997. The good one starts to clack when I step through the accelerator more than half. When I drive it pulls to the right. If I want to go straight out I have to turn the steering wheel to the left. Besides, it squeaks very unpleasant when I drive with the right front wheel over a hube or if I just push on the right side and then let go again.     The old familiar flaws such as main-beam automatics and problems with the rear camera have been fixed. However, the following problems remain: 1. The seat squeaks – is there anyone else like this? 2. Doors “shepper” 3. The camera sensors hit the front 3 from the left (i.e. from the 4 sensors the middle right), although there is nothing. …For the back I got a new camera with the first complaint?! 4. Radio transmitter is “delayed” every now and then when restarting or another . The snoring of the seats and doors makes me crazy, the seat sounds like a good slatted rust:-(Otherwise Top Karre!!! Planned: a) Chiptuning from upsolute.at from 155 to 190hp or on 435NM.
