  • Transit Custom 2024 switching problems 8–speed automatic

    Hello, I have a new Ford Transit Custom 2024, 170 Ps automatic 8 gear. I would like to know from other owners if the car never uses the 2 gear. It always switches from 1 gear to the 3 and when switching back from 3 gear to the 1. When rolling out in manual mode, you can see how it switches all gears through, except for the 2 gears which it leaves. But you can hear a noise at 20 km/h as if it wants to insert the 2 gears. Then it stays in the 3 gears and shortly before standstill, it changes to 1 gear. Manually, the 2 gears can be switched up and down.
