Since the general representative in Austria and Germany was unable to send an answer to my question, I directly addressed the experts in Gothenburg. It was about the approval of a tyre size for the Volvo V40CC automatic. I wanted to leave the tyres in the 16″ size but widened. Now I can leave it here. The Volvo V40 CC has at least in Austria a release for 225/55 r16.

Consumption indicator/residual speed indicator spins XC90
The above signs spin. The car is now 4 months old. I was suspected that it might have to do with the heater that I had started now. But the error now also occurs without a heater. When the car is turned on, the average consumption indicator jumps immediately to 30 – 50 liters, no matter whether the car is warm or cold. After that it goes down slowly, depending on the kilometers driven, it can also run back into the realistic area. Is such a mistake known….Software should actually be on the stand.

V70 New vehicles are generally delivered without jacks
I now wanted to mount the original winter wheels and found that there is no jack in the vehicle. I asked the customer service department in Cologne why the new vehicles are generally delivered without jacks and received the following answer: So it is in Germany that we deliver a tire repair kit instead of a full replacement wheel or an emergency bike to the vehicle. To use the tire repair kit no jacks are needed. Against this background it is perhaps understandable that we no longer supply a jack anymore. Basically, the jacks supplied with vehicles are a breakdown tool, which should not be used regularly to change their own wheels. Because of the fact that it is a mechanical jack, it must be taken into account when actually changing the wheels, that neither escape nor slip the ground worry for a one-sided load. The risk that the load is too high when a day is used regularly is due to the fact that it is a mechanical jack to be used for the regular change of the wheels to be a hydraulic jack to be used by the car lifter.

Internet in the car
Hello, I have a D5 with Sensus Navigation and on call as well as CarPlay/Android Auto option. I connected my iPhone 7 via Bluetooth to the car and set the ticking Internet via Bluetooth when communicating. I only noticed now that I was not connected to the Internet via iPhone so obviously, because when I opened a WLAN hotspot with the iPhone and connected the XC90 via WLAN, I got the real traffic information (roads in the city were green and red, was not the case via Bluetooth, because they were only gray). Also, download app etc. was not possible. Therefore, my question: How can I use my iPhone to make phone calls via freephone and at the same time to download traffic data? Thought, that’s why you have to put the hook. Do I have to set up something in the iPhone? (That no mobile data are available while you are on the phone is clear to me). How do I connect my iPhone via CarPlay? Then Bluetooth is snapped. Traffic data I want to have anyway. Somehow I don’t get through there anymore. I don’t want to create a SIM card for the internal modem.

XC70 MJ16 vs V90CC MJ20
Hello guys. Could get a question on the round on super conditions to a new car V90CC MJ20. Currently I have one of the last XC70 from 2016. I ask here in the round, who has changed from nem XC70 to nen V90CC, what is missing you more. Above all, there are also dog owners who have 2 dogs in Labbi size, how do you deal with the trunk?! Unfortunately, this is significantly smaller and early sloping. The biggest problem for me. Then I ask myself why is the loading possibility away. That is the XC70 super Then better air comes to the trunk. The current solution is doof. I’m curious about your answers. Thanks Lg PS: In principle it’s only about the trunk and then of course the i get my XC70 well further

Warranty for work during recall, diesel leakage at the injector
Hello! It’s about a Volvo XC 90 D5 185 HP MJ 2006. A year ago a Volvo operation carried out a recall action.http://www.autoservicepraxis.de/cms/volvo/60181? The injector holders were replaced and the high-pressure lines replaced. Now the engine on an injector massively loses diesel. I guess: either the high-pressure line is damaged (word) or it was not held up at the injector when the transfer nut was released, so the injector is broken. The running workshop is no longer available (insolvence). Little further has a new Volvo operation opened… Therefore I can not assert warranty claims. How does this look with warranty about Volvo?

C30 1.6d Drive e Turbo flutter Blow of?
Hello, for some time now my turbo makes fluttering noises. The sound resembles this Fast and the Ferious sounds, at the beginning I found it kind of funny, but now I worry that it hurts the turbo. The sound arises when you go under load from the gas. The best described can be described as a Chu tu tu tuuu. Somewhere in my back of mind I think of a broken blow of, but does the small 1.6 diesel have one at all? If so and where would it be possible to find it? Repair feasible? Cost? In addition, my turbo has always lost some oil for a long time, but it always kept in limits and by annual oil change I never had to pour oil. By the way, the car has now already 240000 kilometers on the clock. I hope someone can help me with the problem. Greetings from Hessen

Castrol engine oil for Volvo C30
Hello. I’m in front of the 80tkm inspection and got a KV at a new Volvo workshop. There’s a Castrol A5/B5 0W 30. When I used to buy the C30 from the Volvo dealer, Castrol Professional Longtec A3/B3/B4 0W 30 was filled in at the 20tkm inspection (at least on the invoice). On the badge in the engine compartment is 5W 30, but without specification (the car is from Spain!) and according to the German operating instructions I should take an A3/B3/B4 0W 30 and in bad conditions A5/B5 0W 30. At the 40tkm and 60tkm inspection I have brought the oil with me and indeed the Castrol Professional Longtec A3/B3/B4 0W 30. What’s right now? I don’t have to change one time. And lastly: Castrol is changing the terms of his oils. Total confusion. The Castrol Professional Longtec A3/B3/B4 0W 30 will probably be called Castrol EW 30 Professional.
