Hello today with my C30 the erte gafahren in ne Textil Waschanlage after that I noticed that the badger spoiler in the middle of the soiler at the gate where he has stopped having a scratch. Unfortunately I noticed ed too late to advertise. Had a slight cracking heard of the automatic sounding as the hair dryer in height was badger spoiler. Can it be that the laser that scans the car through the 5cm gap from the roof edge to the spoiler didn’t recognize it properly? 1.Did you have such a thing before? 2.What can I do the next time against it? 3.What can I do if I get a scratch there again like Reklamiere ich ( das auto ist ja komplett alles orginal) and how are my views when reclaiming? Have to drive completely shot again in a machine.

Completely detached – park sensor in free fall…
Moin on the other hand, I have been struggling with a rather banal problem for almost six weeks now and am curious whether you can share it….. or if I am once again “the only one” who has this problem, as the local would like to make me believe. On my XC90, the front, inside park sensors regularly say goodbye to each other, i.e. the two, which are installed in the middle of the apron between the louvres. It is enough tempo 160 on the highway to push the crammed things out of the anchorage. They also do not survive a washing system. Afterwards, they dangle around the wire harness functionally and scream beepingly for help at every stop. Very annoying!! Obviously, Volvo’s cliff was constructed too small, so that the mere sensor stuck between the lamellas has no proper hold. Supposedly, Volvo has recognized this problem and constructed another clipping that was ordered extra for my car. However, the success remained out of the same problem with a new clip. Then, the Örlich has the sensor stuck between the bolts again? What is the only problem?

Pressure/pedal travel brake pedal
Since my question went down to other places (the big question-collecting thread), now again separately. When braking I have a “comic” resistance when tapping the brake pedal (perhaps 0.5-1cm pedal path). I can’t describe it better, but it’s not like the rest of the pedal path. If I then completely release the pedal and use it again after 2-3 seconds, the feeling is gone at the beginning and it feels constantly the same. After a short ride it’s as usual again. At the first brake it’s a little “different”. Did someone have something similar? Must soon go there, because my switch for the seat heater is stuck behind but wanted to hear before, whether it is imaginable or not.

Comfort / noise suspension and rims
Hello guys I’m still at the final configuration for a V90 Cross Country. It’s about the following: The vehicle must be as quiet and as comfortable as possible! The acoustic glazing is therefore a must. Actually I like the 21 inch rims. Now I was told that these are significantly harder due to the lower cross section and also have a somewhat louder rolling noise. So I would have to return e.g. to the 19 inches. In the chassis the “standard” is minimally tighter than the 4-C in Comfort mode. However, there is less resonance noise than the 4-C. Therefore a question about the 4-C. If I take the 21 inches, the 4-C balances that again or better the standard chassis and the 19 inches? Who can help me there? Thanks in advance and greetings from the CH Stephan

Vmax XC90 D5new
After I have read in your Freds always something of top speeds beyond the 200km/h, today I am full of expectation once again in the demonstration car of my friend (8600km). Was over the maximum possible 190km/h (on a level track without headwind) on the Tacho then a bit disappointed. The hand-stopped 12 sec. on 100km/h may come from my suboptimal because not yet practiced switch egg. Does the larger part of the new D5 really run over 200km/h? Reimport XC90
Hello together, since I have only read along so far, I want to finally contribute something. Currently I drive an 8 year old Honda CRV. Now it is time to buy a new vehicle. This will be an XC90. After many dealer requests I have not yet been offered the appropriate discount. Since I spent this year holiday in Denmark, I wanted to take the chance to get an offer from a Volvo dealer from Denmark. Denmark, who knows, has very high taxes. Since you have to save some!!! Because also the imports of importers have already some percent more than the German dealers. The anticipation was quickly vanished. The net price given to me by the dealer was after the conversion of crowns into euros and the surcharge of the VAT more expensive than the German list price. What did I do wrong? Did someone have better experiences with reimports from the XC90 ?

C70 parking brake, did the workshop rip me off?
Hello dear Volvo community, today my elk was in a free workshop around the discs, the coverings of the HA and the coverings of the parking brake to change and then to join HU/Au. At the parking brake, as with many, the coverings had dissolved, so that one heard this “klong” when the FBremse was put on slowly. Unfortunately, the new coverings that I ordered on the Internet did not come and so I had to bring it without into the workshop and tell the master that probably the coverings had dissolved but he should just look after it. He then called immediately 2 hours later and said that the things had already fallen against him and therefore he had to install new ones for 54€. Well, I had not really wondered. When I just picked up the trolley again, I did the home journey to the Festell brake test. And what was to be said about new ones? …..”klong”…. On the paper of the Tüvs it is to be seen that the power of the Fb is different (right 160 and left and 190). Now I guess that my old Bebrem test is going to show up.

Ventilation smells – climate not
hi, another climate thread: sometimes, without which I can reproduce it as much as I want, the air smells like…yes, after what actually, hard to describe. I don’t know if “muffy” is the right word, that’s always subjective, in any case I get heavier air through this smell and must turn off the ventilation then, because my brain tells me “age, turn off, otherwise soon no air at all!”. so, but now the funny thing: 1. it’s not always, and 2. immediately, as soon as the air conditioning is on someone an idea? mfg
