Hello, I’m a little irritated about the distance radar. In the new Saab 9-5, there is a FullSpeedRange distance radar. It works from 0 KM/h and therefore also in the city, traffic-settled area etc. pp. And also slows down accordingly to 0. (Similar to BMW, which have a stop&go function). What can the Volvo distance radar do? Does it also slow down to 0 or can I use it in the city, according to the motto: 55 km/h desired speed and go?

XC70 experts
Hello everyone and a good new year! I’m now driving my third V70 (from 2007 2.4D Edition Sport) and have been considering for a few weeks whether I could be happy with an XC70. My approximate driving profile is 30 Tkm/year 50% AB dien other half city and country mixed. In my eye I have a young demonstration car D5 model year 2011 Summum/Xenium etc. in saphirblack with 18 inch Merac. The following is especially interesting to me before I try to get a test ride. 1) On what differences in driving behaviour/driving comfort do I have to agree? 2) Is the Four C especially for the XC70 absolute duty to get the higher center of gravity under control? 3) Which driving differences do the “SUV” tyres in particular cause compared to the V70 ? 4) Does someone with the 18/19 inch wheels (Merac, Erakir) drive possibly quite normal summer tyres, so k e i n e special SUV tyres ??? In the Sufu I’m not quite fündig mich sehr fünd mehr möfrei sehr sehr Vorsuch sehr Besuch ich seine ich seine ersteilen, wieder.

XC 60 BJ 09/2011 – Connection to iPhone simply can’t!!!!
Hi guys, we’ve been one of the proud owners of an XC60 since today. But the joy has already gotten a little crack. We just don’t get our iPhones (3G) connected to the hands-free system. Does anyone know how to bring them together?

Also…
…ordered. XC60 2.4 D3 Summum AW, Family Pack, Volvo On Call, Security Pack, Xenium Pack + Premium Sound, Driver Support Pack, Driving Dynamics Pack, Home Link, Stand Heating, Real Wood Design incl. steering wheel, glareable rear mirror with compass, electrically foldable headrests rear, DAB preparation, headphone outputs rear, subwoofer, TV digital, multimedia system for the rear bench, winter tires 17”, trailer clutch, camera front l/r, protective carpet for the dog in the trunk. Color: bronze outside, beige/brown two-tone inside. Tuning Rica with soft loader. Delivery time 2 months. Cost 80k CHF smooth, payment when picking up. Apparently, Volvo dealers even have a certain shot premium if you were to make a leasing or similar, i.e. it felt quite unpleasant to ask if you would get a discount on cash payment. But compared to the list price (96870 CHF), I found the discount acceptable.

Different prices for inspection
Dear Mitelche, I’m mad. I called three different Volvo dealers on Friday and asked what the 40,000 for my V70 D5 costs. The first one demands € 353,-. My (former) favorite dealer in Neuss wanted “just € 450,-” and the hammer: The Düsseldorf branch of the same dealer takes € 50,- less. The included performance was the same, free replacement car included with all. However, on my question, which explains these price differences, the surveyed service managers thought there would be different hourly rates at the individual dealers. Why the hourly rate in Neuss should be considerably more expensive than in Mönchengladbach or even in Düsseldorf, nobody could tell me. I can only advise everyone to handle it as I will in future: Before each inspection I call three to four dealers in the area, and the cheapest one wins. As a result I have just saved almost € 100,- it was similar with my wife’s Renault Espace. By previous price comparison, I can’t understand the price for a lot.

V70 driver tests XC90
Moin together, for the second time I had the opportunity to test an XC90 D5 while I had my V70 D5 in the inspection – all with Geartronic. But unlike the first time (last summer) it was the new model year, and he had only 400 km (instead of approx. 5000) on the Tacho. Besides, I had much more time because I could keep it until the next day. My findings: Conclusion: I love my V70, but the XC90 really pleased me. 1 year and 9.5 months still, then my leasing runs out – I already had the XC90 firmly in my sights… By the way, I also had my OHL drive: Was very pleased… “Approved”, it was said… Greetings Frank

V70 2.4 140 PS Questions??
Since I am supposed to switch from the D5 to the 2.4 gasoline with 140 hp due to the car policy of my company, my question to drivers among you with the same vehicle: – what is the experience with the automatic? -What is the experience on the highway in terms of speed range 160-170? -What does the moose take on average? Joe (who hates to exchange his D5 into the alternative Mondeo full equipment)

I did it…
oh , oh , inwardly the bad conscience blooms with me…… Yesterday I became unfaithful to my elk and ordered a new car. after a lot of things it became a S80 Black D5 edition as a switch. Since it becomes a company car and already leads the basic model to the payment, the remaining equipment is manageable: level, rain sensor, laminated glass. Upholstery Savannabeige, outside black uni (one of the ugliest colors, but extra charge free…) well he has no Russ filter, but with 4% total load my bad conscience is kept within limits. well, let’s wait there what comes and how he does his thing. Through some reports here about errors, which I don’t know with a 2001 S60, I am already unsure. This was one of the last free S80be nationwide. now there is still in the order association 2 S80 BE…. (model year 2005) oh yes, someone is looking for a practically slap-free very well preserved S60D5 premium with 170,000km (yes, in 4km) Jürgen, etc.

V50, 2.0D really that bad?
Hello, I’m going to buy a new car in the next 12 months. Maybe it should be a V50, 2.0D. Now I’ve read here that there are many problems with the 2.0D, but they should be fixed from MY08. Can you say now if that’s true? Where were the problems exactly? I drive about 20,000 km a year, there is actually only one diesel in question for me. We “repair-friendly” is a V50 actually. Can you change the light bulbs yourself or do you have to go to the workshop for it? Drive it only in contract workshops or is the car in a free workshop just as well. The next dealer is 30 km away from me. Greeting, Peter
