Zimmermann, however, has about e** y cheaper, set incl. brake pads for 99 € (no-name products again significantly cheaper, but we prefer to leave the fingers off). Basically it also comes to 50 € more or less not at such a repair. * Do I really have to renew the pads when changing the discs? Was only done half a year ago, Volvo original pads, now about 8.000 km old. I have heard that this is always recommended, since the pads depict the bars of the old disk and then work these into the new discs, like a kind of stamp.

Roofing mouldings V70II, Reeling disassembly
Hello together! I have to follow my V70 before spring and would like to dismantle the roof rails in the course of this project. But now I have seen that the roof strips are cut and I need new “transparent”. Can someone please tell me where I can get these strips cheaply? Water in the oil!
Meal! The other day when I looked at my 850er 2.4 10v again after the oil, I noticed the much-loved milk coffee-colored mucus on the oil cover and on the measuring rod. My brain of course first switches into panic mode because I could not afford a cylinder head gasket exchange. Now, however, I lack the other symptoms of a broken cylinder head gasket. Although the cooling water disappears something, but this is due to a small leak on the cooler. It smells neither according to A. The car has been moving a lot in cold weather lately. Can it be that it just formed condensation water or something like that? After I drove a little long distance the slime had definitely disappeared. But came back sometime after the short distance rides. So I should panic or just drive the long distance often to blow out the water?

Ignition cable C70,T5,142kW,Bj.12.2000!
Hello guys! Have a little problem again. I noticed during the last turn of the plug that the insulation of the ignition cables under the cover is broken and I could suck them away.I then isolated them with cut-up hoses as the actual cables are very thin and it gets quite warm under the cover. The candle plugs are still ok.The plan is to change the cables.With the Volvo dealer, the over € 150,- for the complete ignition cable set have My question to you is: Does anyone know a source of supply where you can get the cables cheaper? Which headlights really fit ??
VOLVO V40 Kombi (VW) 1.9 DI Kombi 03/99 – 07/00 95ps Hello all together, After a long search in the topics I found unfortunately nothing to my problem. And indeed I did not come through the TÜV because my right headlight is oxidized from the inside (reflector). But now I wanted to change all the lights (both headlights + both turn signals ) because they are also not so beautiful from the outside. But in the search I encountered problems with the year of my V40. 9101 809 have the year of construction 03/99 – 07/00 and according to ID number is my V40 B.j 2000. At Ebay I find even a whole set (both headlights + indicators) of Polar Parts however these are ONLY from 08/00 The poles (4-pole) even agree but according to the key number would fit only for a stronger model (102ps + 115 ps) and only from 08/00 i.e. only one month later than my…. Clutch defective and no longer starts
Hello, my wife has just left. Clutch fluid has leaked out and there is no gear in it. At the same time, the car no longer starts. How can this be connected? I already read it, clutch encoder cylinders defective.. but why doesn’t it start? Where can i find the cylinder? Connections Headlights?
Moin together. I installed clear glass headlights in my V40 2.0T ’98 H7. With one the reflector disc was burned. New ordered, installation is no problem. Now I have found that I have 6 cables on the wire harness running to the headlight. However, there are only 5 connected. (photo & colors follow tomorrow) Now my question – does anyone know what the sixth cable could be for? The moose is an import vehicle – so much I know. (In the vehicle license is V30, TSN is ge Light turns on the following: • Ignition on, main light switch on 0 -> everything, except stand light • motor on, main light switch on stand light -> everything on, except the stand light • motor on, main light switch on dipped light -> everything on incl. stand light Confused greetings & beautiful Easter days Manuel

Imprecise BC? / Switch lighting
First of all a happy new year and always a good ride! Have a question about the BC….Have the impression that it works somewhat imprecisely with me. The clock feels something. I always put it on the news on the radio and have to put it occasionally, although I already introduce it… 🙂 The daily kilometer counter shows about 400m more than the mechanical daily counter at about 600km ride. The average speed is somehow always 55km/h….:-) Consumption, temperature Is everything not an issue, of course, would I be interested to see if you have seen something similar before?! The light of the switch for the rear window heating / heatable mirrors is defective. Unfortunately, in my well-assorted car accessories trade, there is no such thing…:-( If I go to a Volvo Glass Palace tomorrow, I will certainly pay a fortune or is that a cent article there? VG Bird
