  • Volvo s60 Tire Sweating

Moin bought me a Volvo s60 bj 2004 a short time ago and changed the rims from 205 55 16″ to 215 55 16″ and now grinding the front when I hit the right question? What can this be and how can I fix it cost-effectively. Thanks in advance.

  • DEFA Warm up

Has any of you already had experience with the systems or even used them yourself. In scandalavia they swear on these things think to me for this winter. Among other things also because I might drive to Lapland. Heating is of course better but for that I would have to be 4-digit. But should be mainly for here at home. A few reviews or your opinions would be helpful because I can’t find any of the things to tell me about it. Thank youDEFA WarmUP

  • Increase light yield – what is possible?

Would you like to ask if it is possible to increase the light output of the V50? Are there special lamps for or are there also clear glass headlights for retrofitting? Does anyone have experience with this?

  • Volvo XC90 PUV – Moose logo

Moin together, the photos of the XC90 PUV were really breathtaking, just, I wonder: Where can you buy this awesome moose logo?? Any idea? I’m tempted to ask a local screen printer about it…. First of all, best regards Jonanive

  • S40 T4 Bj.97 – ESP error, engine jerking

Hello guys. I bought a Volvo S40 T4 a few days ago and I have a few small defects. One of them is that the ESP light is on after starting and does not run out any more. According to the previous owner it should be on the front left – try to let the computer read out today, then I might know more. Other problem is that I can only turn up to 5,000 rpm. If I continue to speed up, it starts to jump like an “ELCH” :O). But no engine malfunction lamp or something like that. I have already thought that it might be on the spur, the previous owner has always filled 95ers, but according to the tank lid has to enter 98ers. Did one of you have the same problem? And can I possibly give a little hint about what it can be? I also thought that the engine might go in emergency run, because the DSA is constantly lit, but the performance is actually there. Thank me already in advance. LG New Elch drivers

  • Experience with retrofitted navigators?

Hello Elchgemeinde! I need your help! I would like to experience your experience with later built-in navigation devices! My previous, loyal companion “Petra-, (so we called ours, “old lady, Becker Traffic Pro 4720”), has said goodbye forever. They don’t release the CDs any more. So I have to buy something new. My favorites are so far: Becker TP 7945 Bluatooth (should be a super device but unfortunately no color screen) I was so happy with Becker seeeeeeehhhhhrrrrrr. Pioneer AVIC-X1 (software from Teleatlas should not be so good?) Already a great thing with extendable screen, TMC, DVD navigation, etc. Maybe someone of you has already had experience with these devices. Could one ever install an RTI, or something comparable aftertaste? Greet Barna

  • Crash current past the fuses and relays

Hello dear elk friends! I hope one of you can help me so that I can save the expensive and unfortunately not always omniscient ones. Unfortunately, the only topic that already exists to my problem does not help me. To the problem: my 850er station wagon, 170 HP gasoline, automatic, trailer coupling, BJ 1996, no additional installations sucks between 0.4 and 0.8 amps (!) out of the battery. I checked that so far: measuring device between minus pole of the battery and the black cable. Shows in average 0.5 amps. All fuses in turn pulled, all relays in the box of the series pulled, starter clamped, Lima shut down. No success. Then I cut the plus cable strand on the battery coarsely, with the result that the current over the seven (?) merged, thin cable disappears. The thick, red Kable and the single thin take nothing. Only the cable strand, which then disappears somewhere in a flex hose pulls the whole electricity. Although I have a circuit plan (Haynes) here, I don’t have to worry about the hook up with you?

  • Mainland XC90 not “England”-suitable…

I read in my daily newspaper yesterday that Volvo has failed to make the xenon headlights of the left-hand handlebar versions of the XC90 “England” suitable (i.e. you can neither adjust the pig thrower direction nor stick off the angle as it would be necessary in right-hand traffic countries) In England, therefore, you must not use light with a mainland XC90 (there is a protocoll).
