If I understand this correctly, then the music would have to become louder at higher noise levels in the vehicle and quieter at lower noise levels. So it was at least with my old Fzg. and the Becker radio built into it. I can set in the menu what I want, it changes with higher or lower noise levels in the vehicle (e.g. highway ride or loud fan noise of the air conditioning) nothing at the volume of the radio.
