    Moin! After meeting a few people here from the forum yesterday in Bad Bramstedt, I introduce myself now. My name: Martin Age: 40 married I have been living in Revenah near Apensen since the beginning of the year. That’s about 30km southwest of Hamburg. I’ve lived in Reutlingen for professional reasons for the last 3 years. Luckily I was able to move back to the north at the beginning of the year. For a real Nordmann, the Swabia is simply nothing I’ve been driving Volvo for 5 years now. My first was a 850-comb automatic with 170hp. 2 years ago a 850 2.0 Turbo with 211, or after a performance cure 256hp At the moment I drive a V70T-5 with approx. 275hp.     Hello dear people, I have to look around for an alternative to my 9-5 station wagon (kid car doesn’t fit in the trunk), because I thought I could see what the other Swede could do. (-: I looked at 2 V70 today, year 2000 and 2002, unfortunately I don’t know the equipment lines. In itself nice cars, very spacious. What made me with both of them but the driver seats were quite soft for my taste.     Hello dear friends. Car found (xc90 2019 Diesel), Also with the desired equipment. Price is very good, but are the last 2 inspections due. Last was on 04/2022 from Volvo dealer. How big is in your opinion the risk to buy such a car? What can happen with such a car and what would you advise me to check and what to do? To this day, however, not. Last inspection was at 60000 km. It has driven today 75000 km, so in 2 years about 15000 km with 2 due inspections. What can get broken and what would you advise me to check. Thanks in advance

    I had parked the car overnight in such a way that the front was pointing upwards on a road with a slope. When I got in this morning, I saw that water drops were hanging on both C-pillars, the tailgate I had not yet opened at that time, so the water could not come from there. I could only take the attached photos about an hour later, a large part was already dried off. Nevertheless, it can still be clearly seen that it was not very little water. Above the dividing line of the C-pillar covering visible in the pictures everything was dry, so I believe that the water has come out of this seam. Can it be that the processes end from the sliding roof?

  • Water infiltration Luggage compartment

    Hello together, I have been walking a swimming pool for a few days. In my V90 Combi (EZ 12/2017) with panoramic roof water runs in, probably over the left D-pillar. During the inspection in December I pointed out this to my FH, but he did not notice anything. Have a new workshop appointment next week, because now I can wring out several towels after one night in the rain. Does anyone know the problem and is the cause perhaps known?   • Great….first vacation trip with caravan – emergency run

    Today 740km with caravan towards the Mediterranean. In Lyon then suddenly the sign “reduced engine power” and the turtle. What do you do? Then the last 80km went on our internight place. Up to 80km/h it still went. When accelerating one hears on the front right from the engine room a clear hissing. Think, there will have torn a turbo hose. Volvo On Call. Much they can not do. I drive Monday early to Valence to the Volvo dealer. Then look how it goes on. Nerv. But apparently still a problem with the D5. These turbo hoses.

  • Axle cuffs changed.

    Hello. I changed the one axe cuff today! The screw was fixed!! I took two hours until I had everything loose. That’s why I only made the one side where it was already sniffing out. For reasons of time!! The rest comes the days. And then I look for two (favorable) nivomates.! Mfg.Stig
