So it may be something, but does not represent the maximum for me. Especially not with a performance increase. Large brakes (AP, MoveIt, etc) I can not build up, because then I can’t drive my winter bikes any more. So I have to stay in the 16” sector.

my engine still doesn’t want to start
I don’t know what to do anymore. the error memory only has a message from the abs sensor at the front left or right, otherwise it is empty. the ignition plugs, whether I take new or old, reach after the start attempt well after sprit. so sprit it seems to get. i tried two other ignition coils already. divisor cap and finger are new. cable to the control unit from the ignition coil, cam and crank-if sensors are measured through, all ok. other still wave sensor are installed. other control unit (that for the ignition system) tested. and everything without success. he doesn’t go on and has no spark. as he does not care at the beginning I have at cylinder one more guckz above he has a spark, since he still had one, at two to five he had no more, and then I didn’t have a spark.

New C70 delivered by Volvo wrong. And now ???? 🙁
Hello, we were at Volvo today to examine our new C70. It was great joy, because everything seemed perfect. Then a lot of sudden, that the ordered electric passenger seat is a manual one. We are two wheelchair users and have ordered it extra so that everything is perfect and easy to adjust. And now that! On the binding order and the written confirmation is the electric passenger seat with on it. Volvo offered us immediately to order a new car with the missing electric passenger seat. Because a retrofit is not possible. But that would mean then again 3-4 months delivery time and the disabled car conversion should also be renewed. Then the convertible sommer is already largely around again. It is possible for us to do without this electric passenger seat, but with much more effort at getting in. So how would you behave in our case? We have from our point of view the following possibilities: – let car come again and wait several months on it. – Accept the delivered car with the defect and let the resulting damage in money (Summe) let go.

Volvo V40 1.8L timing belts ripped what now??
Hello.. I am proud owner of a Volvo V40 1.8L petrol engine, year 1998, 239000km and have now to fight with a timing belt…. The car is currently in a workshop.. She called me on Friday to tell me that the engine is probably broken (ventile crooked).. You don’t want to make a new timing belt for this reason, because it would only cost a lot of money… That wouldn’t be good for me, because the replacement of the engine is very expensive.. Will I then have to buy another car then… To my question: I have read that there is also something like free runner.. V40 motor goes off and can no longer be started
Hello dear Volvojaner, my V40 BJ 2001 , 93000km (key no. 9101, 820) has been annoying me for weeks. About 1 times a week, while driving the engine out and can’t be started anymore. 20 attempts nothing… On the next day (somewhere at the roadside pushed) it starts as if nothing had ever been. Ferries some 100 km error-free, then the same problem. Achja with mobile reader: No error code. My friendly workshopman slowly develops a hatred and I am now driving on the BAB only to the right. I was very satisfied with the last years but now I am very unsure, what to do, let Volvo for a lot of money and still have the problem at the end? Recently (at 90,000) the petrol pump was renewed and the tank 2x washed, then was 2000 km quiet (because he had this here also a lot of described engine jerking with dropouts); now the o.spurg. Problem. So I’m still driving but slowly a real mimose. (the last mistake with the binstor) had been very much to say that I had a little to say about the Volvo!

Autonomous acquisition of the changing speed limit possible
A stupid question, because I can’t find the right thing in the Hanbuch. With cars with pilot assist and active cruiser it distance radar you can let the changing speed limit take over independently or do I have to adjust the cruiser manually with every speed change?

Expiration after ordering from Volvo
Hello together, after having asked me about upholstery/decorations a while ago, I have ordered now. However, it was not the originally targeted CC, but an XC90 T8, which corresponds to the CC rather exactly because of cheaper conditions, but offers more space (and more performance), even though the form of the CC still suits me more. But this is not the case here, but about the procedure after the order: I read here again and again about the fact that on the part of Volvo an order confirmation is made etc. I have not heard anything from the dealer after the order on the last day of March, except the notification by e-mail to me that the vehicle has been ordered. On my request the – very nice – dealer informed me that everything has its correctness and now only has to be maintained. Does this really apply? It is a commercial leasing (no Care Boy Volvo o.ä.).
