Good evening! We had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time! I had to wait for the good time to get a drink in the supermarket! at the start of the good time, the bad time was a big white smoke cloud in the sky, but I didn’t think about it, because the bad time was a few times, so I was happy to go on the first pass, without any further problems! then I went straight up the next mountain! after about 5 km on the second mountain I didn’t get on the fast track and I didn’t notice a little bit of it again.

Engine damage in V40 1.8 !!
Good evening, everyone! My father drives a V 40 1.8i with 122 hp, built in 2000 even before the facelift. (If I really read this you call this phase 1). The car has a good 130 TKM on the clock, was always good at Volvo in the inspection, had recently (before approx. 2-3 TKM) due to holiday time an extra-planned oil change with filter. Also with Volvo. On Friday the car on the highway suddenly had a power drop, rattled and rattled quietly but audible ahead and then went out on the next rest site a few km further. Read also not to start. No warning lamp has reported anything. Diagnosis of the ADAC: oil rod dust dry, 2 liters (!!!) oil refilled, track rod still still dry! The car has never lost oil and the engine is also now completely clean! Yes where eats then, the many good 0W40 ? Does this happen more often? Is the engine known for such things? Was there any call back for the model?

Volvo S60 D3 does not reach top speed
I’m driving a Volvo S60 D3 (163 hp), but instead of the specified 220 km/h, I’m running just 205, so about the top speed with which the current D3 with 136 hp is indicated. I’ve already driven an S60 D3 as a business car before, which has run without any problems 225km/h on the straight, even uphill it was at least 210-220. I’m sure that he would have run more than 225 if he hadn’t been locked off from the control unit. So have a direct comparison between the cars, the difference is that the business car of the 225 ran a model year 2012, already with Start Stop and the current one model year 2011 without Start Stop. The current one has only the driving assistance package to it. By now was already with 5 dealers and had contact with the Volvo Customer Care, which behaved from the customer care is indifferent to unscrupulously, I was always referred to the dealers. 3 dealers have more or less not interested in the problem, have pushed it to the performance dispersion or you don’t know what you should do there. One dealer has not told me the same thing about the odds, but I have asked me about the trouble.

Purchase advice XC60
Hello dear reader, I did a test drive with the XC60 today and what should I say … I’m thrilled. It has to be! After that I had a D3 summ configured. Now I would be interested in your assessment. Is it ok if I introduced the offer here once?

Entry tips – what are you looking for?
Moin together, yesterday it was time, the moose was allowed to leave the parental herd and went into our possession. To my question to the seller, during the instruction, what to consider when entering (speed limit up to xxx km etc.) this meant that this would not be necessary. The modern engines/gears would no longer need a drive-in phase. Now I know this from the motorcycle and the A3 (but both gasoline) quite differently. What do the professionals mean in this forum on this topic? D4 Geartronic (190 hp) – current mileage: 7

The Volvo pulls to the right
Hello parish a question in the round. My car pulls to the right while driving straight ahead. I can’t really explain it to me. The track the shock absorbers the air of course the dome bearings the stabilizers the crossbars… maybe one of you has an idea and knows this phenomenon. It doesn’t always occur but so 70% sometimes I think it’s on the road surface. But I rejected that again because I don’t always understand. Thanks for your ideas and the exchange greeting André

Adding additional instruments: oil pressure, charge pressure and oil temperature <- just how useful?
Moin, after viiieeeleen, almost unbelievable many OT contributions from me now again something on the topic of Volvo It is about the connection of additional instruments. Since a V70 unfortunately no turbo pressure indicator anymore has just as little as an oil temperature indicator (both is with the 850er T5 I believe with on board) I thought once, build you one. Then in the 3er-pack with oil pressure also. I thought, can not be harmed, if it is useful has put it there has cost the same as n 2er Pack! Now my question(s): Incidentally a slurry for the lade pressure (pane tree beside the engine block, search for a free port or use the T-piece) <---- charging pressure would be solved with it! The real problem is now that for the oil temperature n adapter for the oil release screw was included then with the question of the oil temperature.

OBD II protocol for 850 TDI
Hello, someone knows which OBD II interface for the 850 2.5 TDI (BJ 1996 MJ 97) is the right one. Which protocol you need and which SW is good. The newer V70 probably have ISO Prltotkoll, but unfortunately nobody knows anything about the Audi engine. Would be good if you could keep me going, as this model of the service can only be reset via the interface. Unfortunately, the friendly one was rather unfriendly and did not want to help me or provide information. Thank you in advance.

Valve flaps 850 T5 226PS normal
Hi! So today was day one of the ordeal “I’m looking for a new car” So we looked at a Volvo 850 T5. Stumm only that there were no red numbers at the dealer today…. So the part only started in the stand….and see there: valve flaps and indeed audible from the interior… Dealer meant that would give itself with some engine-running. spoke himself into the cart and gave 5 min. times bits of gas. ETWAS really only ETWAS became less it, however, you still heard the flapping very clearly. The car was driven by a doctor and someone else from his family and has down 160.000km (service booklet confirm that…) But… I don’t know…. What do you think about it? And, did I read this correctly: the T5 226PS to Euro 2 is not going to be converted? # thank you!
