Hello dear people, I would like to know the following from you. I have ordered a Volvo XC60. Now the dealer who the foot sensor for the tailgate is not available and the Apple CarPlay would not be available, he thinks that there will probably be a retrofit kit in the spring for 400€ – 500€ probably, I would not be willing to pay that out of my own pocket, but the dealer seems to disagree. I have all assistance systems except Driver Awereness (was no longer selectable at the time of June/21) In any case I have had everything in it except air suspension, B&W sound and headup display. Would the above things be a reason for a discount or a cancellation? The dealer rejects both as a reason. I am not sure in which packages the two things were included. Because in the contract are only the packages and are not listed. It is very annoying for me that both things should now be missing, Apple CarPlay and the foot sensor. I would be very grateful for your help.

Good evening, 1) does one know if the new model year has received the digital display like the C40? 2) Does the extended ambient lighting now contain more than the previous small light emitting diode? So the lighting goes through the dashboard similar to other manufacturers? Thank you very much for your help.

I have consumed everything in the (German) engine press with interest in the last two years, which dealt with the newer Volvos: V90 new, XC90 new, XC60 new and lastly: V60 2. Does it perhaps call it “disappointed love”, but the tenor in the professional press is always somehow: beautiful, well-processed car, but stuttering driving comfort, even with adjustable dampers. Should the emancipation of FORD have a negative effect here for the first time? I am certainly not a fan, but with the occasional use of rental cars I notice that the colleagues understand quite something about car tuning. As I said, I have quite a basic sympathy for Volvo and drive a C70 (a focus with cabriomäntelchen) and would have been more than happy if the German driving reports for the V60 had been unanimously positive – only notice the basic goodwill, but so rightly the journalists do not want the new Volvos in the air traffic again.
