Moin, I’m looking for a mount for the 4S in the MY 2012 XC 70. I find the Brodit ventilation grille Dinges diplomatically unsightly. For the old XC70 there was at least one mount for the lower side in the passenger area, which is omitted for the model year 2012. Jürgen’s mount is known to me, but not optimal if I want to see the display and read emails during the ride (and no I don’t want to hear that distracts) Are there any other good solutions?

Moin Volvo municipality, I have been reading here for a few days and I just signed up. First of all I would like to introduce myself briefly: My name is Ralf and I think at 46 or almost 47 years I arrived at the “Volvo-Age”. I live in Schleswig-Holstein near Elmshorn, am married, have a daughter of 14 years and a 1.5 year old German longhair males. Yesterday we ordered an XC70 D5 AWD Geartronic Summum in Electric-Silber with safety comfort package, Xenium package, premium sound, stand-up heating with FB, cooling composite seat and a few other more or less meaningful equipments. LT should be at the end of 02/2012. We are happy!!!! So far I have no experience with Volvo, I hope it was the right decision. In the past we had almost exclusively Japanese driving time as well as for example: Toyota Landcruiser 4 times (nie problems), Mitsubischi Pajero, Nissan Terano. Eshi 2 years ago we had a good time to say hello to each other.

Chassis V70 vs. XC70
Moin, I’m on top of it… Is the chassis of the XC70 stronger than that of the V70 or is it exactly the same? I would like the XC70 to be more resistant when used more often in the forest than the V70. Because with my V70 I notice quite quickly that the wear and tear increases when used more frequently in the forest, but it was not built for that, but the XC70 already? Does anyone have any idea? V 70 II 2.4 Bifuel problems in gas operation
Hello, it’s about the following car: Volvo V 70 II 2.4 Bifuel automatic from 12/2005 with currently 104 TKM. I didn’t really use the SuFu. Problem: 1. During the warm running phase and or partly when switching to petrol operation, the engine swallows up at lower speeds and goes off – can be started immediately and unproblematic again. It then does once, runs reasonably. That’s annoying, because I had almost someone sitting on it one or the other time… 2. In gas operation, the engine jumps into petrol operation and can’t be switched back at the switch again. If you restart the engine, it runs smoothly in gas operation. At first, it showed the error sporadically, no matter whether shortly after switching to gas or even after 50 KM trouble-free driving. Meanwhile, it does it at least once a day. Hello, my V 70 II (S) 2.4 CDI Year of construction 12/ 2005 MY2006 Power: 120 KW / 163 PS does not accept gas since today and shows engine maintenance required, after I have run the last 22000km absolutely error-free. More precisely, it starts still (bad), when you give gas it goes out. The ADAC has read out the error codes. Result: 22639 engine control unit – signal faulty 17568 exhaust return valve – sensor faulty The ADAC-Mensch then hit again violently on the AGR and the engine took gas again for a short time. It taps therefore on AGR – valve, on the other hand error number 1 engine control unit came again and did not delete itself. Should I replace the AGR – valve? Is anything to consider? Thank you! Volvo workshop test with Volvo XC60
In the current AutoBlöd a Volvo workshop test is published. Test cars were different XC60 diesels with and without AWD. Price range between € 320.24 to € 607.04 oil liter prices between € 18.28 to € 28.56 8 plants were tested. Gießen, Rheine, Mainz. Frankfurt, M’gladbach, Stuttgart, Landshut and Kerpen. 2 x very good with golden screw bowl 1x still very good 1x good 2x still good 1x sufficient 1x defective The plants in Landshut (sufficient) and Kerpen (insufficient, Master sees red faults between customer and workshop) caused 80% of all undetected errors. 4 plants have eliminated all errors. 1 operation missed a mistake and another half a mistake (!). Under the line against other brands as I find no bad result, of course the editor had to focus his conclusion text to protect ABM and to distract current scandals on the two exiters.

so after long back and forth between 3 cars of a separation and now a new start, I wanted to buy me nen s60 d5 awd!! have already found a good one at the dealer this has the 215ps d5 engine in it!! and there is my questions I have already been able to sample this motor in another vehicle, I found it quite quiet for a diesel!! so no nailing or sont what(like)^^!! is this usually so with this engine? on what for noises should I pay attention to? other faults with the s60 bj 2011? and would the 205ps motor also be worth a choice? or is this loud etc? would be happy about a few answers! have been looking for but not explicitly answered for my questions

Volvo Oden rims bought used – question
Hello everybody, I bought used Volvo Oden rims with winter tyres and had them put on them yesterday. I noticed that all the rims around the valve in particular look like they were welded there afterwards? Can someone tell me what kind of problem it is there. The seller now said on demand that it was paint damage, but on all four at the same time?
