    Hello everyone, I just ripped off a wheel bolt when changing tyres. Can anyone tell me how I can renew it,or is it complicated? Have ordered a replacement bolt from Volvo, lasts 3 days until delivery 2.75 euro the piece, remains only the replacement. Do I have to dismantle brake caliper and disc to change the bolt?   • HEICO performance increase in the XC60 D3 AWD with only 198 hp instead of 230 hp

    Hello, I have a XC60 D3 AWD MJ 2011 with HEICO tuning. Here in the forum the performance gain is described with the descriptions „completely new auto- or “… the performance fold is done with clearly more pressure but quite uniformly. I could not confirm this with my vehicle. It was after the tuning a performance gain to be recorded, but almost 70 HP (from 163 to 230) was certainly not. So what to do. From the performance test stand and sometimes independently the performance had to be checked. The result : 198 HP engine power according to DIN (according to EEC probably even less) measured. This corresponds to almost 50% less performance increase than promised by HEICO. At the HEICO SPORTIV premium partner it was announced that the date for the re-examination at the Tuningdoc. One day workshop stay with an S60 than rented and in the evening the missing horses should be in the stable or under the hood. Let’s see. Today then on the performance test stand and let the horses count. 235 PS engine performance measured according to DIN. Well, it’s not possible!

    I allow myself to open a new thread. It should make sense to discuss the software versions of Sensus (with the SuFu I found nothing suitable): What I read so far are crashes, the TFT remained dark etc. Also the problem with the Iphone and Bluetooth. In the last days the first vehicles with the new version 09F5 were on the way. Maybe this version has fixed one or other problem or implemented new features ?

  • V60 galvanizing – light defective display

    the V60 has a galvanized body (read nothing of it in the technical data) – I also ask because the warranty, which was 12 years against rusting in the V50, was obviously reduced (according to the car newspaper) to 8 years. Is that correct? 2. also I read nothing anymore that the V60 has a “light defect” display. Does anyone have experience? Is this reported in the BC with defective bulb or LED? 3.   • Brakes – V50 – with how much KM change

    Hello, just one more question 🙂 I bought my V50 with 39,000 km – it was rather short distance driven. Since then I drove about 2500 KM, almost only motorway. The brakes work perfectly, but are not very noise-free. One could call the noise scraping or grinding. No squeezing, does not pull in one direction either. Often it is also caused by frost – especially in damp weather. Do you know this ? Greeting & Thanks Elchtest

  • Have you ever looked back?

    Sometimes I can’t read the number plates of the cars that follow. I only know this when the rear wheels are not properly dressed or unbalanced. This is noticeable at certain speeds…less at certain speeds. Have now new complete wheels on it, it can’t lie on the pellet. Am I the only one? What is the cause and how does it turn off? Overall, the V90 D3 is not very quiet…if I can say that. Thanks already!

  • Start/stop function with Auto-Hold (XC90 T6)

    Hello, the start/stop function is basically reliable. However, I have noticed that the car starts again as soon as you take the foot off the brake, although Auto-Hold (Bremse) is on. I drove yesterday about 120 km over city, country road and highway and not once he left the engine off when I took the foot off the brake. That is very annoying, because I would like to take the foot off the brake. When we got the car new 2 weeks ago, he did not turn the engine on again, which should be so. Then a week later, sometimes not even yet, and now the engine is always on. Is there something here like in the Mercedes that is dependent on the braking force/duration that you spend? I tried it, but there are no differences. With my previous car (BMW 528i Ft) it has always left the engine function from Holt, maybe the other engine function from Holt to Holt.
