Hello you dear elk handlebars My mom and also my dad fell in love with the V60CC. Who could blame them for it… ๐ Now they play quite concretely with the thought of just as much. We played around together in the configurator and came up with the following configuration: V60 CrossCountry D4 FWD GT Summum Color: Rich Java 18″ Neso rims Interior: K70P, leather Comfort seats beige, beige sky and rest black Real wood Modern Then the packages: Business Connect Family Pack Intellisafe Pro (ACC etc.) Light Pack Options: Disc wash nozzles and seats in front heated steering force Shopping bag holder DAB+ Parking aid in front and rear rear rear camera Leather is mandatory, since Mama doesn’t want black interiors. And sports seats don’t go, because her seat area is too long. Xenon is obligatory, as well as ACC and active long-distance light. Return camera and beepser only right. What do you think about it? Would you leave something away, complement opinions to the color combo?

Winter suitability V40 2.0T
Hello, I have been driving my V40 2.0T (phase 2, 163 hp, no traction control) for 8 years now. With different winter tyres and profile depths (only brand tyres from the dealer) I noticed that traction is consistently underaverage compared to other vehicles. Even with some rear-drivers a better advance is possible with snow. Since I am traveling with many different vehicles, I say that it is not due to my driving skills. I try to drive with snow with little gas and otherwise rather down-touring to avoid turning the front wheels. I am surprised that the traction problems are hardly addressed in forums. Especially in areas with lots of snow and gradients this would be a clear exclusion criterion for me to buy a vehicle. What is your experience with snow and ice? What are the reasons for the bad traction ? Weight distribution or differential ?

What do you think, Volvo V50 or Lancia Delta?
Hello Volvisti, We are looking for a new car for my wife (aka OHL). After many test drives and rolling through countless catalogs various manufacturers are now 2 candidates left. Basic requirements were: gasoline, automatic (minimum 5-speed), air conditioning, seat heating, etc. The 2 candidates are: – Lancia Delta 1.8 T-Jet (200hp) and 6-speed AT; quasi full equipment (platino incl. panoramic roof, parking automatic, etc.) – Volvo V50 2.4i with 5-speed AT; summum with a bisserl frills on top of that price are both at a level. The driving performance at Lancia is better, but that’s not decisive (in the V50 there would be also the T5…). Lancia says the belly; sometimes something new – and the car has convinced with the test drives. But the head says Volvo – drive only Volvo and am satisfied for years. My wife likes both cars equally well… If you could take the pink Volvo glasses (Danianiel would take them).

Key forgets sitting position
My C30 (D5 GT, MY 2008) with electric seats does not remember the sitting position. As a first measure I replaced the batteries, did not bring any change. Then the:-) put the keys back, did not bring anything. If I turn on the two keys and both sitting positions directly in a row and close everything works. the seat drives when the door is opened into the last set position. But if a day is in between there is nothing left to drive. Finally, I open the door with my key, nothing happens, put the seat with the memory button in my position, drive and lock again. When I then get back in 10min later, the seat drives into the position of my OHL when the door is opened. Has anyone ever had this, or has any idea what that could be? Will the position be stored in the key or in the vehicle? Greeting Jens

Inferiorization v70II too extreme??
hallo volvo-gemeinde have a big problem!! I got a volvo v70II, 2,4l, 170ps as a family car 4 years ago. I’m still very happy with the swede. I then built from the company weitec deeperlegungsfeder 30/30 pure. until I noticed at the last customer service that a spring (HA) was broken. then I have now a complete suspension of the company K.A.W 40/30 pure built. result-> hell deep and the following problem: in empty condition everything is in order. however, if I put a person in the back (85kg) I have only 1.5cm to the limiter in the limiter shell and the volvo hangs also quite deep down. if I now imagine that I am in 4 weeks on vacation (corsika) go with 3 adults and a child + luggage now I know that the seller said that between the normal but I don’t believe is the same thing.

Volvo V70 2.3 T5 Doing?
Hello, I have a Volvo V70 2.3 T5, I register here to talk with people who can help me with the title And my Volvo series has 250hp, has very fresh oil and fresh Iridium spark plugs, he also gets a new air filter. Unfortunately he cracked the 200.000km mark last week, but runs impeccable.. Now I wanted to ask how I could tickle a little steam out of him, he goes Semptember over the TรV so 2 years no worse because of Kat o.รค.. I thought if you let him chip, clean the cat empty and make a sports pot under it, should he come to 290-295 Ps, I see that right? And because of the running performance this should be no problem, it was always great at Volvo customer service and has also been picked up there. I drive him since he has 150Tkm, there were never problems, only a few mistakes had to be deleted. Wouldn’t I be very happy about the help and the good news of a Volvo customer service!

Specific purchase advice to the Volvo V70/II (offer linked)
Dear Volvo community, since I am “Volvo newcomer”, I ask for a purchase advice on the following model:http://suchen.mobile.de/…/details.html?… I have been looking through the forum diligently over the last few days and informed myself about the possible weak points, which I should pay special attention to during a visit and test drive. The advantage of this car is from my point of view that the car is sold by a Volvo dealer. In the description of the vehicle I only lack the cross with “check booklet”, so I will definitely have to look at the maintenance history once. The timing belt should have been changed long ago at 120 000 km (including the water pump), or? It would be nice if someone could tell me if the purchase price seems too high or if I should pay attention to something special.

Noise engine front passenger side
Hello together… on my car there was a problem recently that after hot driving there were noises from the engine compartment. The search was caused by strong vacuum in the area of the valves. The pressure compensation then probably via camshaft seals or valve lids… The symptom has now been fixed (two 5mm holes in the valve lid). But the reason is not. Therefore the question: How does the pressure compensation usually happen ? Can it come to such a large vacuum? In the meantime the engine control light occasionally goes on. The on-board computer does not show any message. OBD II causes the message mixture to lean. Theoretically this can be related to the additional “ventilation”. What do you think about it?
