Hello, I know that I have never again taken the position to do a Volvo again, I didn’t have so much pleasure at my V50 Momentum. The problems that I encountered at the beginning and the defective driver’s seat (after 32,000 km) were the reasons for my displeasure. Now I just looked at and tested the V60 DRIVe a few weeks ago…… if I hadn’t done it, then the V60 didn’t go out of my mind. So that I didn’t have to worry about the considerations, I bought it and got it delivered a few days ago. – V60 DRIVe – Multimedia High Performance – Winter package (the tyres and rims I didn’t get over Volvo) – Family package It’s already interesting what happened in the last 6 years in technical developments and optimizations and was thrown into the vehicle construction. I hope that I will find one or the other type of my vehicle here. If it’s possible for me, of course, with my modest technical knowledge with tips on day-to-day.

Child Diseases at V90
Hello dear community, I am interested in a V90 as an inscription and if possible with a diesel. That means I want to exchange my 14-year-old S80. I have an offer here about a quite complete, i.e. almost full hut, equipped V90, BJ. 9/2016 with almost 20,000 km for about 34,000 EUR. Also with my current S80 there were children’s diseases, in the first series. Are there also here any children’s diseases? If yes, better buy a 2018’er model? (with then a better exhaust standard (6DTemp) would be included). At the exhaust standard I would not let it fail, because I live in the country and the vehicle is moved almost only on the highway and Schleswig-Holstein. For the trips to the city (Hamburg) we still have a small car. My driving profile would be the journey to Italy (5-6,000 km) every year, operation various trips boat trailers, various trips in Schleswig-Holstein. I treasure so 15,000 km /year. For good answers I would be grateful.

Engine from washing machine?
Today I had the first dirt washed from the car. So off into the washing machine, automatically set to N and for a long time turned the start/stop button to turn off the engine. Unfortunately, the parking brake was automatically activated and did not let itself off without the engine start. I then drove through with the running engine, but somehow it has to be different. So how do you drive through the washing machine with an XC90?

Brand new V50 Momentum 1.6D
Hi people! Our new one has been on the doorstep since yesterday – and also unfirst Volvo: a V50 (not yet facelifted but new car) 1.6 diesel as momentum + small extras It is titanium grey-metallic and drives at its peak (at yesterday’s first 250 km). Motot performance is quite enough for us, it is also really quiet inside. We drive almost never faster than 130 on the track. Want to arrive relaxed.. and for that this car is simply perfect. I will then report how happy we are with our elk. So far we had a group brother: Ford Focus Trend 1.6i from 2002. With this we have covered 80,000 km without a single defect. Only cover part: brakes at the front (but not because they were down, but because of rust from long standing – thus rubbing). Cut consumption after 80,000 km: 6.54 liters Super-league on 100 km – that can be held out!

Volvo v50 1.6D coupling problems
Hello dear Talker, My v50 has problems with the clutch, clutch pedal stays now and then just down, I have to then make the car up the pedal and pump several times (if it comes back then) , now I had the car on 28.02.21 brought to the workshop, and I was told until yesterday he would not get any parts, on my question what would have been broken … the main cylinder. (Which is now the main cylinder?) I picked up the car yesterday statement I was able to drive with but has to pull the pedal back again and again, Very nice is of course super almost 4 weeks without a car with 2 children, for nothing. I called yesterday directly at volvo and asked how it looks like whether the parts have been in stock because I don’t want to miss out on the car again 4 weeks, and those who thought they would have to look which cylinder is broken and then it would take at most 4 hours… had someone already the same problem and can tell me which cylinder is meant by it ? V50 D2 – Starter battery type – Can you take it?
Hello to the round, I think I should miss my V50 1.6 D2 (motor code D4162T) this year a new starter battery. I have had frustrating experiences with the lead batteries before. I don’t think anything of Varta: They have rested forever on their laurels from submarine times and apparently hardly invested anything. For my previous car I had bought a banner battery with Ca technology from Austria. Although it had 2 or 4 Ah too much capacity, but in their 14 years NIE mucked. (Has sold the thing in the end even good conscience for 10 EUR.) I have now looked for a suitable Banner-Bleiakku (see selection in graphics), but really nothing fits there. Dimensions, capacities ok, but the cold test current is almost always too low (except the model of Exide). How decisive is this feature? Can I still take the Banner Power Bull P74 12? C30 Door lock Errors DDM-6C05 and DDM-6C08
Moin people, for some time now the following errors are stored in my C30 Mj2008: DDM-6C05 central locking motor M2. Fixed in active position DDM-6C08 central locking motor M3. Fixed in active position The function of the ZV is given. The error occurs immediately after deletion. The spare part is available as a version with (31416681) and without (31253657) secured closing position. My questions: 1.) Has someone already had experience with this fault picture and can support it? 2.) How do I recognize which version is installed without expanding the part? Thanks and nice weekend. VG Malte P.s.
