  • Drive shaft broken in wheel bearing

  • Shock when switching spark plugs

    Hi, for a few days now my C70 Coupe has been running like a sack of nuts. Ruckled while starting and speeding up. I then had the idea to buy him a set of new spark plugs, in the hope that the error will disappear and I can save myself the workshop visit. So I got the original candles from Volvo.     Hello at Motor-Talk I have my Volvo V50. The problem is a total failure of all instruments. When typing on the brake, the errors are immediately there with various messages. E.g. Airbag maintenance, brake failure, power steering etc. All want of course to be absolutely maintenance or failure. But I can continue the car for 2-5 minutes without a turn signal. Radio, windshield pulley, window lifter and fan remains as it was before the failure and can not be operated anymore. After 2-5 min all errors are gone and I can operate everything again until I have to brake again. It has been for 5 weeks in a factory town of Volvo and every time that the saying everything is well I drive again a few days and that all errors come again. It is div. sensors (airbag, cat) and various relays dived out. The bad thing is the time I can’t use my car at all?

  • V50 has no more power and only turns up to 3000 u/min

    Hello everybody, today on the way home from work I noticed that my V50 (2008er 1.6D slightly more than 100000km) has much less power and only turns up to max. 3000 u/min. Otherwise the engine runs quietly. There is no warning light. Since the workshop has now closed: Does anyone have any idea what that can be? It almost seems to me as if the turbo is no longer running? Can this be possible? Can I drive to work with it tomorrow (max. 10km)? Would you be very grateful for the answers!

  • Brakes Deletion – How long?

    Hello Have changed the 2 rear brake cheeks and loins at the T4 today.. It was quite good – to the very end.. Be sure to have kicked the brake pedal for 2 minutes – But neither air came out nor got sucked in.. (Put a tubing from the valve into a glass full of brake fluid and then pumped with the brake pedal) Did I do something wrong? I can now fully thresh the brake pedal – the car brakes NULL… (except in the front something) Did I just stop pumping too early while unloading? I also noticed that the screw that has a hole in the hose for the brake fluidity to the piston… Maybe that’s because of that?

  • T-5 does not start after service life and empty battery

    Greetings God, I have the following problem with my T-5: The car has been standing in the garage for a long time, I have always bridged it if necessary. Now I have noticed that the red light-emitting diode where the pin of the WFS is plugged in no longer flashes. I thought this is due to the empty battery… Now the good one no longer has juice, but light goes on in the tacho so no ignition happens… Did someone already have a similar problem or solution suggestions?   • Brig-Diag doesn’t get a connection to the ECU

Or can this only be due to the OBD plug or cables?
